[Resolved] HDFC Bank — pre-closure of insta jumbo loan

Hi,

Need to pre-close my hdfc insta jumbo loan on credit card. There is no process mentioned on hdfc bank website or netbanking account. Since the process to take loan is easy then why they do not have any process to close the same online as well. On customer care number it is very difficult to talk to customer care executive. They have everything computerized. It was mentioned that i can pre-close it after 1 year with 3% on outstanding principal amount along with 18% g. S. T on 3% pre-closure charges.

Please help me resolve this issue. I want to close this asap.

reply from hdfc customer care is not make any sense. it doe'snt answer the query. they must provide the close the loan through online and forclosure amount should be shown in the netbanking itself .

I face the same situation. The still do not have the pre-closure option in their net banking portal. We can say that they will take interest from you anyhow. This is not the good approach from the bank.
