Hi i am a holder of hdfc regalia card where i had received priority pass for using lounges across airport terminals which is complimentary for some visits on yearly basis. I had used the priority pass in domestic terminal on 31st july, and also few other times later. Unfortunately for july i have been billed inr 4133. Reason not known, here are the issues
1. I have not submitted my credit card during the visit, so i dont have any idea how they had imposed charges. Priority pass says that to check with hdfc and hdfc says otherwise
2. As per new policy hdfc says priority pass card should be used in international airports and regalia to be used in domestic airports. Who informed and when? They say to check emails, but all their promotional emails are in spam folder
3.. I had not used the card for paying even a penny in lounges
4. My branch is absolutely not returning my calls or trying to help despite they know the situation.
Being a preferred customer of hdfc with all my investments, portfolio in hdfc for last 5 years, now i feel i am trapped and who pays 4k just for a coffeee and tea at a lounge. Time to quit hdfc at the same time i wont pay 4000
They have all the time to call and offer credit cards but no time to give us useful information and let us know the necessary policy changes. Ridiculous...
This type of service is not acceptable from hdfc.
