I really feel bad for stating that hdfc bank is really bad service provider at all. Requesting all not to open account in hdfc bank. I have done a transaction from flipcart, wherein order was not placed, but amount was deducted from my account.
Most disgusting thing is, they dont care for customer.. That they don't entertain in bank, and ask to contact customer care, wherein they dnt revert back. 15 days back i have drop a complain on this. They just only generate transaction id, and again then no revert.
They think we peoples are fool, roaming behind them. They think we dnt have any other work, so we can waste time behind them.
Even i tried reaching customer care, but they say "just wait we are tranfering the call, and they disconnect the call".
So 3rd grade bank.
