[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Processing fee already deducted but no loan disbursement

Hi,

I am facing an issue to get back my processing fee from HDFC bank. They have deducted the processing fee after receiving all the papers from me. Then they started asking me about more and more document. I have sent them all the papers but they are saying that still more document is required. So i asked them to refund my processing fee, but after n numbers of e-mail reminders, they are not giving me processing fee back. Kindly look into the issue.

Concerned person of HDFC bank is Sanjeev.
