OTP not received for the past 10 days

I am a customer of HDFC.I use net banking extensively. I have been unable to add third party beneficiary or any transaction that involves OTP to the mobile.The issue has been raised with HDFC consistently.Afetr sleeping on this issue for 3 days, the guys agreed that there was indeed a problem.They contacted the 3rd party provider and requested 3 test OTPs to be sent.The test were all received.However, OTP initiated through net banking...

Respected Sir, This is regarding the my credit card mentioned above for the Cash Limit is Zero the credit limit is 30, 000/- however the card was paid in full in year 2013 and did not used in year 2014 however decided to use the card in 2015 .. when i received the card i was told by the customer service agent that the cash limit is zero and she is going the raised the request for the same, this conversation had on 13/01/15 and was told it will be done in 2 working days however almost 10 days are over but still nothing is happened about it. mean time i spoke to the supervisor named KAUSAL and this supervisor has assured it will be done with in two days however this is not happened even after 3 days. There are few things observed would like highlight those 1) THE AGENTS ARE NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL 2) NO EMPATHY 3) NO SYMPATHY 4) NO ASSURANCE SORRY TO SAY THE HDFC BANKS MOTTO IS ONLY TO EXTRACT MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMER AND HIRED PEOPLE UNPROFESSIONAL, I WILL CLEAR ALL MY DUES AND CLOSE THE A/C AND I WILL MAKE SURE THAT EVERY DAY I WILL EDUCATE ONE PERSON NOT TO BANK WITH HDFC BANK AT ALL.

    im amit yadav holding an account in HDFC bank and the problem is that bank have put all of my amount on hold not know why i have a ( credit card ) of hdfc and the due date is 26 jan 2015... I open my Net banking account to pay the ( credit card due ) but there was no amount in my account then I come to know its on hold because of my card due but why when im paying my due on due date ever month ...can u explan it plz why it have put on hold sir im having lot of problem as now now i not have any money in my pocket so im going with lot of problem sir when im going to play the amount why and how bank have put my amount on hold ... sir hope u will going to help me if can't then its an request plz let me know to whom i can Wright or call about the problem my account no [protected] now i have to pay my due on 26 jan for my card but bank have put hold all of amount how can i pay the due on - car no ************7965 plz help me i not have any money in my pocket because all of my money is in my account how can bank do that without informing me ...can u plz explain it and it is for sure im not going to use hdfc bank from now as no one helping me ...when im ready to pay what i have to pay how can bank put my money on hold ?       Hi All Public, I am Vinoth From Chennai. I would like to share my experience often i am having with HDFC Helpline Team. As we all know they helpline is HIGHLY CHARGED with our money. before connecting to the support team, we are wasting lots of money may be 10+ Rs. After connecting the call to the person, they are in confused state whether they are responsible for the call to solve.We are calling the helpline to know the details about the problems that are facing. When we try to explain the situation of the issue, they not even understanding the issue, and tends to transfer the call to another person. AT THAT TIME THEY ITSELF CUT THE CALL AND BLAME THE NETWORK OR SERVER PROBLEM. Again we need to waste our money to contact the next support team person, HE do the same and WE PEOPLE LOSING LOTS OF MONEY here. The HDFC SUPPORT Team is worst in responding to the customers and solving the issues. So as a random for calling the customer call from my mobile phone, I am wasting 30RS atleast and wasing my one hour time hence my issue remains same. Why they cant call us and enquire about our issue, when the call got disconnected. Recruit the strong support team and train them well. I want to know, if i am calling the support, it will get recorded for you. How the issue will be closed without giving the solutions? Why are they not monitored?         Dear sir, Need your support and required resolve my long pending redemption of my HDFC life insurance I have a complaint 6 time they refuse my redemption no any acknowledgement that process started from the last 3 month is very ridicule for the costumer.           I have opened Life Insurance Policy with HDFC Life through agent India Infoline. Initially they have said that we are offering bonuses and all but haven't provided anything. They have told not to tell anything on HDFC Life verification call. I have told that they were offering such things but my file haven't been processed. After that I have opened another policy and that time I haven't told that they are offering me bonuses and all that time my file has been processed further. But they haven't provided any bonuses and all. Now I am getting calls from Gainmax Services to open agent code and they are telling that we will replace India Infoline agent code from my policy to my agent code and bonuses will automatically get deposited to my agent code. I just want to know whether the information provided to me is correct or not.

              I have a SBI BANK Credit Card, I received a call from this Mob no.([protected], [protected], [protected]) from Master and Visa Verification Department at CHENNAI on[protected]. He told me that SBI Bank Issue a new master Discount Card on behalf of my existing Credit card. So first Bank Debit the charge of Rs.-8229/- but Your bonous point is 6000 that the same amount will be credit in your account before generating your bill. BUT AMOUNT IS DEDICATED FROM MY CREIT CARD. So please Solve My Problem and Save me from This Fraud.

                Dear HDFC, I am Ajit Kumar singh working with HDFC ERGO GIC Delhi. 10 days back, I applied for personal loan for Rs.1 lacs . since then i am running from piller to post but not getting any reply. My record is clean and submitted all documents to Mr.birju and spoken with Mr.saurabh kapoor in Rajouri Garden Branch. I wrote a mail to him too but no reply till date. Now He is not responding my phone calls. Please note that My credit card is due date is 23rd jan-15 and keeping this in mind i had applied much before. Delay in response will cause me financial loss as credit card Company will charge interest to me in case of delay purpose of taking loan will get forefitted. i request your intervention on asap basis.                   On 04.11.2014, remitted Rs 50 000 as premium for HDFC LIFE SUPER INCOME PLAN, and submitted all documents and details as requested by your staff. But till time even after 75 days I have not recd. policy document. .If you have any problem in issuing the policy document, please return the premium amount paid immediately. I am very unhappy with your practice I took the policy because of the faith on HDFC.But now I lost the confidence on HDFC Life Insurance corporation. Best you please return the amount paid.                     In the month of March, Mr. Saikat De, Personal Banker, HDFC Bank(Vashi), told me about HDFC life policy. As i didn't need any tax benefit for 13-14, I told him I will get it done in month of April. He said to me "give me documents now, I will get it done in April only". I told him to get it done in April 2014 only atleast 15 times and even tried to give him postdated cheque but he insisted you give current dated cheque and i will deposit document in April 2014. It seems that his target was to be fulfilled, he submitted the document in March 2014 itself. He also told following things wrong about the policy that 1)minimum amount to be invested is 50, 000 2) that its fixed income policy(its just like an fd) 3) I was never told it is an insurance policy. When i got the document, i asked him that there was no medical done and i don't want an insurance policy, he told me it doesn't matter. When I got the policy, I tried to cancel it in free lock period, but he told me ur policy would be effected from April only, i will get u document whenever u need it(he was saying that till December).I trusted HDFC, so I trusted everything a personal banker of HDFC said. So, i never tried to cancel the policy and i okayed it when i got phone call.But 15-20 days back, when i tried to contact him for document he said nothing could be done now and cancel ur policy.I have lost tax benefit on premium i have paid in March, and even by getting provisional certificate for next premium will still not fulfill my loss Please cancel my policy and refund me my full fund amount ASAP. It seems that HDFC SUPPORTS AND ENCOURAGES CHEATING DONE BY ITS EMPLOYEE that's y it is refusing to cancel my policy and they r not even reading my mails properly as I am saying that I want cancel as I cant file it for Income Tax saving and they r just saying terms and conditions were told to u(even those were told all wrong).

                      Hi Team, when i took HDFC credit card in Dec 2013, i was told that sir if you are unable to make the payment you can only pay the minimum due and and there will be no charges.. and when i received my statement in Dec 2014 there was financial charges charged to my account. When i call customer care on 21st Dec 2014 to discuss this after long conversation he was unable to give me the right justification, he was kind of playing a blame game and gave me some answer, he said bill will have the offer end date etc and all and when i questioned him that in bill i am unable to see any end date then he was changing his colors. I told him to arrange the call back with the senior authority he said he shall in next 48 hours. But i havent received any calls since then, on 16th Jan 2015, i get the call from collection team stating sir your payment, i explain him all over again and i ask for call back, he said sure sir i shall have the call back arranged and then we can talk about you settling your bill, and its 20th Jan today i still havent received any calls. and in the meanwhile i have another bill generated with few other charges and late payment fees etc..now why should i bear these expense when there is the miss from HDFC bank, i am being proactive and been calling them to talk and settle the bill but seems like they are not interested in serving the customer and clarify the doubts, i would like to take this and expose in public the service given by the HDFC bank.. its pathetic and horrible..

                        My HDFC Card number is - [protected], and I am facing issues regarding statements of credit cards. 2 years back, I did not get statements for a few months, and after 4-5 months later again statements started coming, with added charges. My card became overlimit. I complained over phone, but I could understand that people who were calling me for payments were not from bank. They seemed agents or collection executives. I had personal problems, for paying full amount at once, but I kept on regularly paying the minimum monthly amount every month and have kept on doing this till november 2014. In fact the people who called from Bank said that I can pay the minimum amount due, and sometimes they even asked for the minimum amount only. Suddenly, from November 2014 I was started being pressurised to pay full amount and the person who called was calling at all odd hours of the day, and a letter was also sent that I was not reachable over phone, and various communications from bank were not attended by me. However, this is a complete wrong statement, as I was very much reachable and was speaking to their executives every month, and also making the minimum payments every month . On 8/12/2014, a letter was sent to me that my HDFC account is locked, and by 23/12/2014 I must pay the full amount, On 23/12/2014... Rs. 17537 was deducted from my account. Interesting this account is actually held by my Mother and not me, and is a Senior citizen account. I have a joint account here, and upon insistance from bank executives, I have made quite a few ATM transfers for the Credit card from this account. Then a person named Subir Singh (phn-[protected]) called me and told me that I need to deposit Rs.1000 more. Interestingly, this same person visited my home, and since I was not at house at that time, left his card, and I contacted him upon reciept of the same the very next day. Mr. Singh visited my home on 8/12/2014 and the letter from the Bank was also dated on the same date!!) I was in guwahati, and I made the Rs. 1000 payment in cash from there. Mr. Singh assured that all these payments will be reflected in my statement. The next month I did not get any statement!! No acknowledgement of payment made!! Called HDFC help line, they had no clue for my payment, or statement. They could not say anything, and said that they will arrange a callback in next 4 days.I am not going to accept the bank sending me a statement after 3 months, and then again ask for money. Please treat it as a formal complaint.

                            Hello Team, I Am Lingala Anusha card holder of [protected], has applied for EMI plan for 6 months on 18th January 2015, Spoke to one of your agents.The agent has converted the EMI for 12 months instead of 6 months without intimating me, So it was your agent mistake that has to be taken care of. I request the team to take an immediate action for converting the EMI form 12 months to 6 months. If this is not possible, then increase credit limit up to 50% immediately. Has already spoken with the supervisor and they said the request will be taken care in 4 days, if there is no positive response, then I am going to meet you people through mail in complaint forum.                               Dear Sir, I am having my saving acccount and credit card from HDFC bank from last 10 years. Pleas check for my relation with HDFC bank. Last year I have taken cash on call of 50000. I have paid my all EMI. Last EMI because of confusion it was not paid. after raising a compalaint : [protected] I have to pay 4917.17 rupees. I have kept the account balance for next EMI. but my account got credit instruciton for rupees 5478.97 instead of 4917.17. I called so many times customer care please check your recorded call details i have not got any help. I have again paid the amount by debit card, after getting confirmation from customer care.                                 Sir I am a saving account holder a/c no. [protected]. In one day bank deducted 12 times AMB charge and after this I maintain 5001INR in may 2014 after this bank continue to deducted further from June at the name of AMB charge of May 2014 June 2014 and so oN. In june the deducted 4700 rupees at name of Reff NWD. I don't know what is this deduction then after this my balance gone below to AMB and bank continue to charge AMB. In whole period bank provide no any alert or mail. Plz inquire this and refund my balance in my account. Thanks

                                Sir I am sending you my account statement by which you can easily understand that what we want to tell you about my account related complain.
                                Sir I again tell you inshort that HDFC Bank deducted AMB charge from my account 12 time in a same day and stated it one by one for 12 months till may 2014 on 19 may 2016. Then i again deposit 1500 INR on 20th may 2014 and 2400 INR for maintaing AMB as bank regulation 5000 INR. Now on 23th may 2014 my balance become 5001.12 INR. Sir after this it maintain as such above 5000 INR till whole month of may 2014 and thereafter may it continued as such in next month i mean from 1 june 2014 to 17 june 2014 and i do no any type of transaction between 23 may 2014 to 17 june 2014. On 17 june 2014 my account balance maintained above 5000 INR. Now on 17 june 2014 bank again deducted 280.90 INR stated that AMB charge for May 2014. When i stiil maintain account from 23 may till that day above 5000 then bank again deduct and bank make my account again below AMB.
                                Sir Bank deduct total 5000.03 INR in the name AMB. Sir they cut 12 time AMB it means that from 12 months my account not do any type of transaction then why they not make my account inactive and when i deposit after 12 month then why they deduct. Plz Solve my problem as i tell you. Sir i attached my account detail so you understand my problem easily.

                                  Sir Myself Satin kumar I have an HDFC Bank account in Lekhraj Branch at Lucknow UP.My customer Id is 40054571.I withdrew rupee 2500 from Syndicate Bank ATM on 18/01/2014 in New Hydrabad Branch at Lucknow about to 20.32 but my transaction was fail but my amount was deducted from my account.I contacted to Syndicate customercare officer they told me to contact HDFC ..So please resolve my problem.

                                    Dear Team, I Santosh Pandey, Employee code:36601, worked with HDFC standardlife insurance company from July2008 to 16 Dec 2014 when i left the job in month of December 2014 i have marked some attendence of December salary month on that basic i am expecting full&final amount from company side and i dont know what basic they asked 16 days salary from me i have mail the salary and hr deptt many times for full&final details but they are not replying any mail because of that full&final my PF is also pending.
