I had paid the premium on 19.11.2014, and as per HDFC schedule medical done on 25.11.2014, I called so many times and given numerous mails to [protected]@hdfclife.com regarding the issue of policy but HDFC had failed to issue the insurance upto 09.01.2015, then I requested to cancel the policy and HDFC has simply accepted that not a single person taken the responsibility why I have one for cancelation. HDFC has reply we have accepted your requested for cancelation and your amount will be refunded to your account after deduction of medical charges. I replied to HDFCthis this is not my fault since HDFC has not issued my policy after completion of two month hence forcely I requested for cancelation of policy, hence medical charges shall not be deducted from my premium. HDFC replied This is with reference to your e-mail communication, we would like to inform you that your policy has been withdrawn and refund amount will be credited into your respective bank account shortly. Today I checked with HDFC customer care HDFC had refunded my premium but deducted medical charges. I have tried so may times to HDFC Customer care but never got any satisfactory result.     dear sir, my name is sachin verma and i am having a personal loan from HDFC bank, i have paid my 11 installment of rs 7230/-, but right now i do not have job to pay my regular EMI. for that i have already mailed in bank that i need some time to repay my installment. but today a field executive came to my place name Gopal pandey. he miss behaved with me and my family also. he gave threat to me for killing. he miss behaved with my brother also. i asked him to go for that moment he abused me and gave threat to me . after that he called to some ajay choudhary, manish there were 4 or 5 people on phone a girl also they all were threatening me . i need you help, olease pay some attention to my case and help me from them. thanx

      I have made IMPS[protected] transfer from HDFC to SBI on 2nd Feb
      2015, amount is deducted from my account and not credited to
      beneficiary. After 4 hours I got SMS saying "transaction timed out".
      HDFC customer care told me that transaction might have failed due to
      some network issues and amount will be credited back to my account
      within 3 working days. When I called HDFC Customer care after 3 days,
      now they are saying it will take 3-5 days to get the amount back. I
      asked HDFC to take the complaint, but they are not ready take complaint.
      Need to transfer the amount immediately, Pls help

        I applied for a personal Loan and the complete documentation was handed over on 13th Jan 2015. Got a call from verification department on 19th Jan and i asked them to visit the house as i was present at home. The guy on the other side said that he is passing the file with a positive status and stated that he will write that he has visited and if anyone calls, i should say that someone has visited the house. 2 Hours after that call i started getting calls from ICICI bank loan department for getting me Loans at cheaper rates. Next day negative report was sent stating that no one was at home. I called the same mobile number and the guy on the other hand said that he has a general store in Rohini. Clear observation is that you have moles in your verification department who passes the info to other banks and deliberately mark the file negative forcing the prospect to approach other banks. After this a physical verification was done at my home and office by my Branch and the file went positive. Week after this i got the info that approval has come. Today again i was told that the file went negative as you had some one instance of bouncing with some previous loan (which was paid off completely in Dec 2014) and hence file again went negative.

        The issue is the delay. A person applies for personal loan based on some unavoidable and urgent requirement and yet you people keep playing with the file for months. If nothing is happening you should at-least inform me, enabling me to apply in some other bank who has been giving me loans without any problems. Your advertisements say get loan within 48 hours and i suggest you to change it to 48 days minimum.

        It was my mistake of choosing HDFC for this. With immediate effect i will stop all my banking transaction with your bank.

          The worst customer experience i have ever faced.The people from collection department calls me evry month on time to collect the due amount, but i placed a request long back to reissue my credit card with chip which i didnt receive it till now but paying money to bank every month.The collection dept people speak very rashl and they dont concern about our complaints.Seriously vexed up with the services.And these people demands to pay money though i didnt receive statements of my card.

            Maturity payment of my hdfc life insurance policy no 10151894 due on date 04/01/2015 is purposely delayed by the company without any valid reason and payment of the same is withheld purposely by hdfc life insurance company and delayed which is ashame for business
            Policy. Regret company is unlawfully delaying payment of customers
            Public should be made aware of the bad ethics of hdfc life insurance company

            My earlier complaints dated 14/1/2015 and 16/1/2015 were not published by you.
            Yes, same with me. I have sent yesterday with my men 6 insurance policy at fort Branch for maturity payout alongwith all the documents which were asked in discharge letter given by the. But the person didn't accepted the same saying person holding the policy must only come which was not mentioned in the letter. On asking the person to give my men in writing that you are not accepting the same for not original policy holder coming, after some heated arguments he had given some other forms to my men so that delay can be done for making maturity payment. i had On the other hand LIC gives many reminder for taking our maturity payment with a single one page form to be signed by policy holder along with policy which can be submitted by anyone and the maturity payment is received very easily. HDFC is purposefully making the maturity payment complicated so that they can delay the payment. At the time of making HDFC policy they are helpful but while returning the payment that think we are begging from them and they will show us lots of formality paper work to be done by ourself without any help so that payments can be delayed.

              Got response from hdfc life service department on Match 11th to cancel the policy by courier written letter to any of the hdfc branch. complaint number[protected]

              But today HDFC bank tirupathi branch was not accepting cancellation letter due to not having confirmation from service dept.The guy who handles in hdfc life branch tirupathi is krishna chaitanya [protected].

              It has been 4 months. since there is no solution!!! Really frustrating
              Issue is solved now and bond was canceled and got check

                    With great pain and regret, I am forced to raise this complaint against the employees of the HDFC Bank, Tagore Garden Branch (hereafter referred to as “branch”).
                    I, Ranjana Jain, am holding a savings account with the branch for the past couple of years. On Saturday, 31st of January 2015, at around 11:30 AM, I requested the lady sitting at the reception of the branch to issue me a passbook, duly filled up with all the entries. At this, the young lady refused and told me that she cannot provide me the details of my account besides the last three months. At this, I requested her again but she maintained the same tone. She was disinterested in handling our issues and was prominently in a rush and was very rude in behaviour which is an actual misfit for the service industry like banking and also unexpected on behalf of the bank.
                    In the middle of all this, I asked her politely to let me know the opening date of my account from the empty passbook that she was holding. But she blindly refused and with a bad tone and attitude told me that I can see it by myself when I will get my passbook back. Though, this is not a very big issue, but the actual motive is to throw light on the poor behaviour and skills and ways to deal with the customers.
                    Anyways, she informed me that if I come at 3:00 PM in the afternoon, then only I will be able to get the complete entries filled in to my passbook. As customers, we also lost our temper after dealing with highly inappropriate and negative attitude of the employees at the branch. Gradually, another employee at the branch intervened. She stated that putting entries for more than last three months is not the policy of the bank anywhere, which is a little contrary to what the other lady at the reception had told us previously, that she will put all the entries if we come at 3:00 PM. They gave me a real tough time. When I tried to warn her, she was reluctant and told me to go and do anything I desire. And she left the seat without attending me. It was extremely embarrassing for me.
                    I have had experienced such arrogant behaviour from the branch employees on three previous occasions as well. But this time I decided to raise my voice as things can’t go on forever like this and steps must be taken to tackle such unprofessionalism. On one hand, we are taking about modern, smart and a powerful India. And at the same time, banking is still maintaining the tradition of harassing its clients.

                    I request to one of your representative for a credit card, he probably hand over my request to some leady named Priti Das (cell no - [protected] ), she called me on August 23 and told to send Aadhaar Card and Pan card in her whatsApp number, after some time she called me and told me that some one call me from bank and ask me that she come to my office for signature or not ? but no one called me,
                    Today morning i called her regarding the status of that .. but her phone was busy,
                    she called me after few moment and talk with a insulting tune .. that whether i have need quickly my credit card ?
                    her throwing is very bad, i told her that I don't need quickly, just check that whether it will processing or not .. and also told her that if not i will send request from my net banking also.
                    she threated that i cant get credit card from your bank,
                    I don't have any credit card and I don't need any Credit Card after this ..

                      DEAR SIR I would like to lodge a strong complaint against HDFC bank for holding my funds without any reason. I was shocked when I saw my a/c is NIL when I had been to ATM to withdraw amount for my mother medical expense. When contacted they say I have a credit card due to the bank, I don't have any credit card in hdfc bank, That was something which I found utter, unethical and not tolerable. With this letter I would like to lodge a strong complaint in consumer court against this robbers who are playing with many innocent lives in the name of Bank. I will be submitting my A/c details at any point of time provided these Dacoits should be dealt strongly for robbing & hacking accounts of innocent people. I strongly believe these buggers are rotating their money for their own benefit and I am pretty confident that they have no proof to defend my case. All I need is my money 20400/- back in my account within no time else I will gladly take up this matter to the Courts of Law without any delay. I will now make sure that the bank should pay heavy cost. I will knock all the legal doors. "Let them mark my words"!!!                         I have used the HDFC IMPS facility to do an immediate transfer of money but the same has not been credited.Also I have received an SMS that this transaction could not be processed. If the facility is for weekends and holidays why the bank is continuing this service even when they are not capable of. I have seen complaints that this transaction does not even transfer for days. Need to transfer the amount immediately, Pls help.

                          Company is only interested in sales not in giving services I have got lots of calls for issuing credit cards but I hv not received any single call while I am facing problem, nor I am getting help from any of the nearest HDFC Branch bank. There is no coordination among the various departments. I am using HDFC World Card right now, my card has been upgraded but not received till now, my previous card has also been blocked without any prior information, my SMS services has been bard without informing me, lots of charges has been levied.                             The worst bank i have ever dealt with...the credit of this company sucks to the core no benefits at all...i am working for a cop orate firm and they told me coz u working here u will get a lot of benefits on the credit card which is . the customer service of the bank and over the phone is pathetic.. the employees of the contact centre are not trained on customer service and talk like they are some loafers...interup ting and over talking is their forte, , , that prove that we Indians are good in talking but not listening.im bored typing anything more...bored with this bank.

I am a premier HDFC bank customer having NRE, NRO, FD's with HDFC bank, Indore and tulsiani chambers, mumbai and policies with HDFC Life and Demat account and shares trading with HDFC Securities. 2. In sept 2013 i was approached by Mr. HL Mehta mobile nbr [protected],[protected] claiming to be a HDFC officer and he offered me a policy where he would ensure excellent returns. 3. I agreed to this policy in the name of my wife Gopa Dua client ID 50630965, proposal 16491855. 4. Medical of my wife was done in Dec 2013 and i paid first premium on 10.12.2013 by HDFC bank cheque 000056 from my NRE account[protected]. 5. Till march 2014 i didnot receive any further intimation from HL Mehta or from HDFC Life. 6. On 7th april 2014 i wrote the first email to HDFC life [protected]@hdfclife.com 7. HDFC life didnot understand that i am an NRI and cannot come to their offices for sorting out trivial matters. 8. HDFC life kept communicating with me trying to amend the email ID from which i should send them my complaint. 9. On 9th July we again complained in writing to [protected]@hdfclife.com, [protected]@hdfclife.com [protected]@hdfclife.com, [protected]@hdfclife.com about non receipt of original policy. 10. on 1st AUG 2014 we received a final response from Swapnil Kadam of HDFC life stating that the policy document was dispatched to our residence address on 26.12.2013. 11. on 02nd Aug we wrote to HDFC life that we donot accept their final response as we have not received the original document and cannot read the terms of the policy. We asked for Proof of Delivery signed by our family member. My wife Gopa Dua and daughter Shivani Dua are residing at the address and we donot have any live-in servants. 12. on 14th Aug we received a phone call from HDFC life stating that Proof Of Delivery will be sent to us. 13. On 6th sept 2014 we got an email asking us to escalate our grievance if we were not satisfied. 14. On 8th sept we emailed to Mr. Ravi Chikkam stating that we have still not got the original policy document and also we are not getting Proof Of Delivery as claimed by HDFC life. Also on 8th Sept i sent this escalation of complaint letter by courier to Apollo Mills compound address of Mr. Chikkam 15. On 20th Oct 2014 i have sent reminder to Mr. Chikkam and [protected]@irda.gov.in that we have still not got the original policy document and also we are not getting Proof Of Delivery as claimed by HDFC life. It is very easy to send the POD by scan copy as email attachment. 16. we have also written to Ombudsman, bhopal but without receiving reply.
                                HDFC Life customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  I have been charged late fees on my card and my card blocked unnecessary.

                                  Details Below:

                                  1. Card charged with Rs. 44067 on Jan 1
                                  2. I write a mail to HDFC and get a response the refund will be processed and no charges will be applied.
                                  3. Also, assured no charges will be levied and also no need to make any payment
                                  4. I pay rest of the balance and assume this is closed
                                  5. Next Payment cycle I was charged 700 for late fees though the entire amount was credited back by 31 Dec as refund was processed by that date
                                  6. Customer service told it is a mistake and they will refund but asked my to pay advance charges for next cycle to unblock card
                                  7. I write 3-4 mails to grievance cell but no response

                                  Is this how a 10 year old relationship is being treated.

                                    It has been 3 months now, yet the dispute regarding my credit card payment has not been resolved. Kindly provide me with the contact details (phone numbers) of any HDFC supervisor/managers with whom I can talk directly. This level of carelessness is not expected from a leading bank such as HDFC. The card details shown in my Netbanking Account are showing balance as zero, my mail id is not being updated correctly and the faulty charges are not being reversed. Despite my rigorous attempts to call Customer Care/Grievance Cells to provide me the payment amount, card against which I have to make the payment and issue of no due certificate, I have received no concluding response from the bank executives. I am highlighting again the whole episode: 1. I had an outstanding payment on my credit card. This card was valid till 2016. 2. Suddenly, I see my card's status as Transferred and a new, so called upgraded card appears on my name in HDFC Netbanking. The amount due is also transferred to this new card. This was done without any notice or prior information to me. 3. I call customer care, write emails to raise this grave issue, and they say that the card has been dispatched to Bangalore address. But, the address that is linked to my account is not that address. 4. Furthermore, it is really of great concern that the credit card (on my name) was delivered to someone else(may be Bank's relative) whom I do not know. How can any bank deliver a credit card or any card to any other person, than the person it is issued to. I suppose you guys do ID verification before delivering the product. This is a criminal act from HDFC's side. 5. Now, with the card not in my possession, I cannot make any payments against a card that is with someone else. After repeated calls, finally I was able to make the HDFC guys block the card which they had delivered to someone else. And, still instead of reverting the charges for those 2 months, the HDFC Bank executives hotlisted my old card and keep on adding Finance Charges and Late payment charges. I asked them again and again to please let me know the payment amount(after reversing the faulty charges), card against which I have to make the payment, method of doing payment and how will I get my no due certificate. Please look into the matter urgently and fix this ASAP. Thanks, Santak Dash Mohapatra

                                      This is with respect to the DDA housing scheme .. I had paid online using HDFC net banking .I missed the Draw. Payment Id : 11066350 Application Form Number : 3079692 The money was sent through DD using the speed post to the registered address . I had gone for leave and thus there was no body to receive the speed post and as per the speed post services speed post was returned from where it came from. Now I Do not know where is it and what should I do so that the DD should be sent again to the registered address so that i can receive it this time. the HDFC phone bankers say that it is with the speed post and the speed post is not ready to share any thing about it.
