my name is Ritu sharma. my card number is [protected].This is regards to the HDFC Bank credit card settlement for which I was physically & mentally harassed by the agent named Ravi sharma - [protected] & his Team Leader Pradeep - [protected], i hold your bank card last 3 to 4 years and my last payment is on December 2014 is 33, 000rs/-, i got a call from collection department executive ravi sharma on December month for the payment of rs, 20, 000/-, i said him its not possible for me to pay this big amount in very short period, but he said if you never pay this amount your card should close and collection persons came to your home for colllect money, and they were very rude. i request him not do that with me. He said so pay the payment. after that i pay the amount of 4000rs, and than he call me again and said 16000rs is balance to pay i again request him its not possible for me. but he never listen and threatened to me. than after that i asked him for full and final settelment. he said ok i discussed it with my sernior mr. pradeep than let you know. my husband call to him for settelment he said my sr. is on conference so mr. pradeep said to my husband you total amount to paid is 33, 000rs, but i deduct 6thousand to 7 thousand for your account your settelment last amount is 26, 500rs.. than i sold my jewelary and pay 20500rs/- after that ravi sharma said now your balance is only 2000rs. you can pay it on january month. after this i purchased some goods for 3000rs. and i planed my last payment and present payment is 5000rs. so i paid it on january month end. but i called to customer care they said my total amount to pay is 15000rs. i shocked to hear this. i called so many times in customer care they were not help me out. and repeatedly said we arrange call for you with our collection department. collection department never call to me and never pick my calls. my husband also visit collection office of rajouri garden they were never help us for that.but nobody call to me. ravi sharma not picked my call, and pradeep also not pick my calls. iam very helpless. Nobody sort out my problem . my husband jobless, father - in - law heart patient my all earnings were spend on it. iam not in position to pay more money. please help me out. please help me out.

    Policy number[protected]; Date of issue - 28th Feb 2014; Date of risk commencement - 17th Feb 2014 An agent sold me an investment instrument but made me sign a policy. I am an 80 year old man and signed papers in issue of the policy believing the agent. On receiving the policy document, I sent a request for cancellation with a complaint within 15 days of receiving policy document. The complaint number was [protected]. The company received my cancellation request on 14 mar 2014. I received confirmation on cancellation request and complaint dated letter 20th mar 2014 by the company. The policy is issued in name of my son, Vishal Anand. I paid the initial amount from my account via cheque. The cancellation request is not honoured. There is no action taken against the agents for total misrepresentation of information. I am now being sent sms for auto debit from my account. The sms states that I need to have funds by 17th feb in the account. This is joint account of me and my wife (not my son). The account owners have not authorised collection of premium via ECS. This is mental harassment for me and none of my requests are being heeded. I would like to cancel the policy and not be hounded by more payments as false promises by agents had been made. I would like to request for strong action against HDFC Life for using malpractice in fraudulent selling, not honouring their own time frame for cancellation, not taking any action against the agents and forcing victims like me to pay up further premiums and creating mental tension for me that I don't need.       Dear Team Hi, I m Sanjay Kumar & I m the policy holder from HDFC Life last five year, actually I got your young star super policy since Five year ago & when I complete five year to continue my this policy than I went to paschim Vihar branch new Delhi to surrender my policy of 21st Jan-15, I Met your executive which name is Lokesh and get saw my all policy document, he checked status my policy from our system & told me you policy stats is in paid up and submit 60000 Rs by check or 40000 by online. But today I talked to customer care executive for asking how to make payment online, he was told me there are no requirement to submit extra mony & you can easily surrender your policy without any extra charge, I was socked that time so i want request to you kindly take action immediately your paschim Vihar brach executive for given wrong information to me, because he had waste my all working time, convince & my office work, his name is Lokesh Kumar & his mobile number is-[protected]. If you not take urgent action of this guys than I will complaint your poor & wrong service to IRDA & also will go to consumer court..         Cust Id:[protected] email id:[protected]@gmail.com Phone:-[protected] Date:-12 Feb 2015 Narration:-DEPOSITORY CHARGES JAN[protected] Cheque/RefNo:[protected] Amount Deducted:-561.80 The HDFC bank employees forcefully gave me a DEMAT account as part of the Salary account and told me that the Demat Account is free of service charge. Yet they deducted 561.80 for from my salary account as service charge for DEMAT account.I haven't used the DEMAT account even one and the account is inoperative; they didn't notify me of the deduction thus cheated me by forcefully giving DEMAT account saying its part of salary account and is free of charges but charged the service charge for the same. Please do the needful regarding this issue.
        Convert your account to BSDA. Submit a simple form for BSDA.

          When I saw my SB account statement I am suprised to see an amount of Rs.28/- was deducted
          for NWD charges. I have not withdrawn Money from any ATM other than HDFC ATM. Why I was charged. My account no is [protected].

            I have my salary account in HDFC bank.An amount of 266.07 has been deducted from my account without any acknowledgement or intimation and that was the amount in my savings account on that day.don't know if they have deducted more if my account has more amount.I need my amount back and also I need justification for this.

              Hi, My customer ID is 47227522 email id is : [protected]@gmail.com An amount of Rs 842.70 has been debited on 12th Feb 2015 from my salary account, mentioning about depository charges DEPOSITORY CHARGES JAN[protected] with a reference number[protected] on demat account. I have never used this account. This has happened in spite of me not using the demat services and when the account was given to me it was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers. Why do you people let your representatives tell like this, they should say the charges when we are opening account. It's really double standards when we were opening account agents used to call us and they collected all documents even though we weren't interested. They behaved like we will get the same type of service through out the span of account where as if I want to close the DEMAT I have to visit the nearest bank personally, then what's the point of net banking. This makes us sick. AXIS bank on the other hand is more transparent and truth worthy. If I have not received any explanation I will close my account. Regards, Sadanand.

                I don’t remember exact date or month but the starting of year 2013 a executive called me to convert my current card into platinum card + one year of demat account free. I was interested to convert into platinum card but I don’t want to use demat account & never want to use this in future also. So as per conversation with executive I told him that ok I agree to convert my current card into platinum card but I don’t want to use demat account & even I don’t know about this. But he has forced me to open demat account & he seduced me that its totally free with your account for one year & after one year it will be deactivated itself, if you use the demat account or don’t want use the demat account it doesn’t matter because after one year it will be deactivated itself. So for fully satisfaction, again I told him that no any kind of charge should be deducted from my account. He did totally agree me that mention not about that. That’s why I’ve agreed. So as I never want to use demat account I didn’t touch any mail regarding to demat account.

                But after many time (on 5th feb’15), when I was deleting my unnecessary mails from my mail account then I saw a mail subject “Dear Demat account holder” when I opened the attachment & totally shocked, Rs842.7 has charged to me for maintenance of demat account.
                & also this amount has been deducted from my account. (Very very very disappointed)

                That’s mean executive totally seduced me.(may be he was achieving his target)


                Please help & return my money back of Rs842.7.{Cheque/Ref. No.[protected], Date: 12 Feb 2015}

                  Hi, This is Padmaja.I got HDFC ergo Health suraksha plan along with my credit card.The HDFC credit card division ensured me the premium I am going to pay is the security deposit for credit card and is reimbursable at the end of 2 yers.The policy costed 110, 70 and that's totally free I just have to pay the security deposit 527 per month. However I got to know from other sources, there is no security charge and the 527 per month is the EMI only for health insurance.Now I raised a request for cancellation.After getting 2-3 calls from ERGO, I got call from HDFC credit card division, Kolkata they told me if I am canceling my policy still I have to pay.I called ergo customer care again and they confirmed no such things my entire amount will be credited once cancellation is there.I confirmed to cancel. As soon as this call over I got another call from credit card division, that person literally requested me if I will cancel the policy, ergo will put cancellation charges on bank even not on me.So I will jsut confirm ergo I want to continue policy..and bank will put a mail that this customer(Padmaja) having transaction issues so bank want to close her policy. I did what they said..my policy was active.I was waiting for cancellation from bank but no such things happened..I again called ergo and raised cancellation request.Now I dint pick any call from credit card department which started like +11********* .I got confirmation call from ergo but they said as I have already raised cancellation request and cancelled, now my cancellation is chargeable, I have to pay 5000 and my policy will continue till 6 months.Then I have to again raise a request to close the policy. I have to pay for the misguidance of HDC credit card division kolkata.I dont want to pay unecessarily.Please look into this matter. My HDFC Ergo policy NO-[protected]

                    Hello Sir, Madam Recently, I had opened a Demat Account with HDFC Bank. Post one week I received a call from the HDFC Security Customer Care that my Delivery Instruction Slip booklet was returned back as the courier company could not locate my address and I was asked to collect it from my Local Bank. When I visited my local bank, they mentioned that they have not received any Kit and I will have to follow it up with the HDFC Customer Care ([protected]@hdfcsec.com/ [protected]@hdfcbank.com) to get my welcome kit which contains the Delivery Instruction Slip booklet. My Initial communication was sent to the HDFC Securities on 09-Feb-15, requesting for delivery of my Welcome Kit along with the Delivery Instruction Slip booklet. To this communication, I received a reply stating that the courier was delivered back to them as the courier delivery boy could not locate my address and concluded that we have shifted from the given address. I then sent another communication on 09-Feb-15, stating my Address and also mentioned to them that we have been staying in the same address since past more than 25 years and the claim of the courier company are absolutely false. I again requested them to send my Welcome Kit along with the Delivery Instruction Slip booklet which remained undelivered due to the incompetence of the courier delivery boy locating the address and returning back to the bank on false reason. I also mentioned in my email to the HDFC Securities Customer Care that I did not receive any call from the Courier Delivery Boy seeking the location of my Address, which should have been done. Since then I have written two additional emails (10-Feb-15, 11-Feb-15) for which I have not received any communication. I have also tried to raise this complain to my HDFC Personal Banker (Narendar/ Shivramkrishna - narendar.[protected]@hdfcbank.com), but failed to get any solutions from their end. I am a senior citizen (Aged 73) and it is not possible for me to drive to bank and keep following Hoping for speedy resolution to this matter Thanks and Regards

                        Alwar branch of HDFC asking cheque bouncing charges while taking continue installment charge with late fee and a person collect each and every month from home and provide receipt ! We costumer paid regularly installment for Car loan since last 35 months and at last installment asking to pay chqque bouncing charge, my question is that if customer is paying every month installment with late fee and banker is providing receipts perhaps asking to pay cheque bouncing charge why customer will pay double charge ! I have written to higher management of HDFC but they don't reply ! Is there any rule we can take panalty from Banker specially from Private Bankers ! Once they take late fees and other hand cheque bouncing...they shouldn't ask for late fee or wave off cheque bouncing.                           Unknown organization clear the cheques on My a/c no. And after 10-30 day that amount removed without information. This happen More than 8 time. Initialy i inform to bank & Even put up the complaint.but bank representatives has neglect this observation. In last month, suddenly huge a/c credited on a/c. I transfer this amount on to my another Account. After 30 days bank said, this happen due to wrong nft done and block the both a/c without information. I Ask to bank representatives but bank has not given any clarification. I am ready to clear this issue to my side with proper clarification through bank for this incident repeatation.But bank not support. How does i solve this issue immediately.                               Dear Sir I had bought my HDFC LIFE policy 17222607 on (2dec-14) through Policybazzr. The commitment that was done with me all terms & condition are wrong. So I had decided to cancel the policy & mail to HDFCLIFE many times but there is no reply from HDFCLIFE .When I had received the policy document then I went in the hdfc branch they have declined by saying our computer not working.2nd time when I visited in branch they declined me that take proof from Hdfc life through mail.                                 The advt states a 5% cashback upto a max. cash back limit of Rs.2000/- for purchasing online using the HDFC debit card.Accordingly, I made a high value purchase worth Rs.36000/- in Sept. 2014.When there was no credit of the cashback amount for nearly 5months, I contacted them now, in Feb.2015, they say its only 500 points / Rs500 that I'll get. Incidentally, I made another purchase worth 28000/-, using ICICI Bank debit card, which had a similar 5% cashback promotion and within a month I had received the exact cash back amount. So HDFC is only cheating its customers by providing inadequate information in its advt. For all those who are reading this, please read every condition mentioned by HDFC before using any of their products. Banks asks customers to TRUST them, but with this kind of cheating, I have lost all trust in HDFC and pulling out all my investments with them.

This is with regards to my complaint reference number : 861769 on 2nd of Jan, I have withdrawn 10000 (TEN THOUSAND RUPEES) money in other bank ATM, its Kotak Mahindra Bank ATM located in vepery high road, vepery. I haven't received any amount in the transaction. On jan-5th I noticed my balance was gone down because the amount was debited. I've talked to the customer care regarding this issue. they provided me a complaint number 861769 and updated me that it would take up to 9 business days to process this query. I was waited for almost 2weeks because there are pongal leaves in between. I never got any update from the customer care. then 22nd or 23rd I called the customer care and asked for the status they had told me that the transaction is showing completed so please go the nearest HDFC branch to collect the transaction details and submit to the Kotak bank, i was visited to Egmore HDFC branch on 24th and explained about this issue, they have provided me a form to fill it and collect it from me, i do not have any acknowledgement copy for this. when I called the customer care 3rd time yesterday I have again got a wrong information from them, the lady told me to go and collect the transaction details from the home branch ( I do not know why i should go to home branch which is 20kms far from my home though all hdfc branches are globalized) to get the transaction statement and also she told me that I have to submit that statement to Kotak bank, i do not know why they do not know the process clearly. When I went to kotak bank after taking the statement download from netbanking the people are laughing at me and saying that there is no such process to approach an another bank for transaction dispute.. I do not know what is the solution for me and it would be great if i've a single point of contact to touch with them until the issue get resolves. will you help me on this.                                   Everytime when i call customer care or support team all the time they provide irrelavant information.

                                  Friends, if you have HDFC account please close it & use govt bank atleast we can help our country.

                                  My 10000 rupees was gone with HDFC, i have asked them to check the CCTV they said they can't do that.


                                  Sent a notice and going to face this in consumer court..

                                    Hi, I am a HDFC Titanium edge Credit card user. My annual cycle completes on 7 November. As per Titanium edge card terms, if the annual expense on card is more than 50K, Annual fee is not chargeable. I have spent more than 50K and still the fee was charged. When contacted customer care they said it will be returned within three months but it is not returned yet. I have all the proofs to prove my claim. Please take necessary action. I will provide card details as and when demanded.

                                    with reference to above this is to inform you that I have received a bill of amount Rs 2807.88 with statement date 03/03/15 and payable due date[protected].

                                    regarding above bill I have following submissions.

                                    1) I have already closed above credit card since long and not using this card.

                                    2) At the time of issued credit card I have been told that no membership fee is payable lifetime and not received any bill for membership fee. After so many years all of sudden received membership bill of Rs 2807.88. which at any case not acceptable to me.


                                    3) If your records my this card and any other card is issued please please cancel the same at immediate effect and and give me revival of bill issued.

                                    4) the same thing was explained over [protected] and customer service attendant told me to write letter foe closer of credit card and revival of fee.

                                      I had opened a saving account ([protected]) in HDFC on 12/01/2012 but due to financial issues at that time I was not able to maintain my Average Quarterly Balance. Seems the charges were levied for non maintenance and eventually my account balance was nil. Due to my Engineering I was not able to check the statements. When I went to HDFC Bank for closure of account I was asked to pay account outstanding amount of 5000/-. I had a talk with my branch manager as my statement there-off showed 0 balance. It was never shown negative nor was I informed via Mail or letter or phone when the outstanding balance went to negative. My request to waive off the charges was also declined. Would have appreciated if the intimation was given via said means so that I could have done the closure or required action immediately. Please Suggest!!
                                      As per my knowledge the bank intimates the customer when the balance becomes zero for a longer time (dormant account). Also I have a friend from ICICI who said no such amount is levied without intimation to customer and also if levied the same is intimated via mail and letter. Your statement also shows 0 as the balance and no outstanding due amount. That is wrong on banks part.
