Can you please show some courtesy to let me know current status of this refund process. I can understand from such a delay that this is a herculean task for bank to process this refund.
Still i would expect some additional help to process this for a customer who is associated with HDFC for more than 6 years with all types of accounts and savings.

I have not expected this kind of delay in processing this request from bank like HDFC. Me and my wife are associated with bank for more than 5 years and having salary accounts and other savings with HDFC. I am loosing trust with HDFC due to such incidences.

Please note that we are banking your procesing fee cheque immediately. Kindly ensure adequate balance in your account.

HDFC’s fee policy entails a deduction of a statutory minimum fee of Rs. 2000 ( plus taxes) should HDFC decide to not sanction the loan or provide a lower loan amount which may not acceptable to you.
In case an applicant misrepresents any facts to us, HDFC will retain the entire processing fee and no amount shall be refunded.
