I have received an sms saying

Dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected]xxxxxxx issued to xxxxxx xxxx pvt ltd with value rs. 10000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch.

Can please help me out to understand this
I have visited nearest branch but they said they have no idea

Kindly please help, i have not submitted any cheques to anyone
