I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 4281 without my concern on date:15/05/2017.
I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

call for personal loans and credit cards

Employees of HDFC bank are harassing people by calling every 2 hours for personal loans, credit cards etc.

They should remove the numbers of people who are not interested, from their list instead of harassing them daily. It should be updated at all the branches not just one branch.

Please resolve this complaint as soon as possible. It is becoming annoying day by day....

I have applied HDFC credit card through customer care on Aug - 2017, They have activated one assist account for me without my knowledge.
An 16.08.2017 they have debited Rs.1299 from my credit card and i worried even didn't received my credit card.
Suddenly i called them for the complaint they said one assist account has been activated for you that's why we debited. And i asked to cancel this account also...

Respected sir,
I had paid wbsedcl bill through upi, the payment got debited but they did not get it. I immediately contacted their customer care and was told to contact sbi customer care.
