Good day sir,

My name is NADAR VISHALRAJ S. I am one of your HDFC pollachi branch customers. I have NRE account from 24.01.2017. I am seaman working on ship as 2nd officer. I have good transaction since 2017. My wife also having saving account in your bank since 12.05.2015 she is running textile business at home. My monthly salary is 1200 USD and my wife earning 20 to 30 thousand per month, now coming to the point directly.

1. I applied for the personal loan from pollachi branch on 18.07.2018. Application number is 59260491 my application process took care by Mr. murali. He told me I will confirm the status I also called him so many times same reply I will do it sir and after one month he said not possible. Even not take proper documents from me only bank statement, adhaar card, pan card and one photo.
2. Again I applied for personal loan from Coimbatore loan centre on 23.08.2018 one day before Eid. Application number is 60399507. I got message from HDFC bank that application is has been accepted on 28.08.2018. I submitted all the documents passport, seaman book (coc), last 8 months salary slip, salary certificate from company, per ship joining letter and etc. Today I got personally message from bank staff that your loan has been rejected.

I ask why they said last 3 month’s salary was not credited in your NRE account. I said I am on vacation because my last contract on ship for 11 months apart from family. They said we need continue transaction. Please talk logically according to them don’t come to home stay on ship and send salary every month then apply. When I opened the account they said we will give good facilities.
My question is simple there is no any facilities for me on your bank as NRE customer and for my wife account also. For my wife account showing on net banking pre approved loan for 2.74 lakh when we go to ask them same reply no we can’t do anything. Even bank staff is saying please try at kotak Mahindra or bajaj finance. What is the use for keep my account in your bank???
They are not understanding my profession or not helping the good customer also.

This is my first loan at your bank and worst experience I am facing.

    Sub:- Prayer for oblation of fraud me by your Bank Staff Mr. Saptarshi Misra,

    This is to inform you that on 30/08/2018, I had gone to your Bank branch with my all documents to enquire a bank loan of Rs. 5, 00, 000/- which was the urgently required by me. I had shown my all documents to your Bank Staff namely Mr. Saptarshi Misra and after seeing my all documents Mr. Saptarshi Misra said me that you have to provide your Net Banking ID And Password for checking your Bank Offer. According to his advice, Innocently I have offered my Net BANKING ID and PASSWORD to him because as a bank staff I had believed him.When he was checking my Bank Offer he had ( Forgery No 1) made a Recurring Deposit from My CD a/c without my consent, I understood when a Mobile Message come to me. ( Forgery No 2 ) After checked my Bank Offer he assured me that your Bank loan can be approved within two or three days but first you have to take a Life insurance of HDFC BANK as a GUARANTEE. I asked him is it necessary ? Unfortunately He replied me that if you die after taking the Bank Loan that who will responsible and pay your Loan Amount..He also told me that in case if you die, the Bank will recover the bank loan amount from your Insurance Policy. Because BANK Loan was my urgently required so according to his saying I was agreed with him and took a HDFC LIFE INSURANCE POLICY NO 20674255, e- insurance a/c no[protected] The Premium I had paid @ Rs 53753/- Which is directly debited by Saptatarshi Misra from my savings A/C by using of my NET BANKING Password and ID, Which I have offered him before.
    But Alas ! Now my needed loan is not approved and return my torn documents to me except my loan application form.

    Therefore I request you to cancel my above Hdfc Life Insurance policy no 20674255 and as well as return my paid amt. Which was credited from my savings a/c @ Rs 53753/- and take a proper action of forgery against fraud YOUR BANK STAFF Mr. Saptarshi Misra.

      HI Team,

      I'm using the credit card from more than a year and after paying bounce charges and late payment charges multiple times as my request for changing the due date was not changed and some customer care executives say it can be changed and others deny it.

      So after paying fines and bounce charges for many months, I'm fed up of all of it and lost as to whom to approach for this issue so I'm here asking for a solution here. Kindly check this at the earliest and get back to me on this.

        Im an hdfc credit card holder card ending 1555
        There has been an unauthorized deduction of rs. 1899/- from my credit card without any prior intimation
        Kindly cancel this plan immediately by deactivating my membership and refund the deducted amount immediately
        This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's information or consent
        If this is not done as priority i will be issuing a formal complaint to the hdfc bank as well

        Hello I had ordered two laptops from Flipkart on debit cards EMI option. Even though I cancelled both laptops on flipkart and Flipkart is showing refund completed. HDFC deducted 40000 from my account and now the balance is -30000
        I have been charged 177 rs please refund the same if not I will cancel my account and will recommend all my friends to cancel HDFC accounts .. [protected]

          Hdfc bank — cancellation of one assist

          Dear sir/madam,

          I'm using hdfc credit card. I was going through credit card transaction and found that deducted the amount of 1399 from my credit card without my permission on 7 sep 2018.

          Kindly cancel this plan and request you to refund the amount of rs 1399. Pleases deactivate one assist membership & refund me all the deducted amount. This is unacceptable that you deduct amount on name of one assist mfee without customer's info. If it happens again i will cancel my credit card.

          Kindly, refund my amount or i will not pay it.

              I had opened an salary account in hdfc bank, nellore, dargamitta branch, but i left my job in nellore due to personal issues, and i changed my place and went to hometown, i'm not at all operating the account since december 2017, but at present my account has negative balance of rs -6, 686.63 as of now, please waive of the occurred non maintenance charges from my account so i can proceed to close the account,. I cannot visit the homebranch as my condition does not allow me to do so. So i can visit local branch and close my account. I clearly mentioned all these to hdfc bank via email but instead they replied me as "these charges are levied for not maintaining average monthly balance.

              Average monthly balance is calculated out at the end of the month. This is the average of the closing credit balance in the account at the end of each day during the calendar month (I. E. A total of the daily closing credit balance divided by the total number of days during the month).in case this average is less than the minimum prescribed for your account, the charges for non-maintenance will be levied at the beginning of the following month along with the gst at the applicable rates."

              I'm not working, without any job, without using the account at all, how can i pay the amount?

              Please waive of the occurred non maintenance charges of rs 6, 686, so i can close the account

                There is some calculation mistake in my statement of aprox rs. 500. Or smthing please check.
                The debits are not calculated properly it should be 4395.13 total amount that i need to pay but in statement you have mentioned that the total amount i need to pay is 5044.

                How is this possible?

                Please recalculate and send the right statement stop cheating customer this is 2nd time m complaining regarding the same issue.
                This is the last time m complaining next time i'll surely highlight your statements.

                As i have seen i have opted for autodebit but then to rs. 649 wasn't auto debited from my account on 28th aug 2018. which i banks fault not mine. It will also effect my cibil score.

                This is for AMB CHRG INCL GST FOR JUL2018, AMB CHRG INCL GST FOR Aug2018 .. if this is d case I have choose some other banks .

                      I have transaction on 25th august worth of 2743 but i cancelled it. Now, in my netbanking it shows 2743 first credited then on next day same amount debited, but this should not be the case.
                      So, as per my current unbilled transaction it shows 2743 more than the actual amount. Please work on it asap

                        My family was harassed by the collections team only because i phone stopped working for a day and i was not contactable. I agree i am over due but i have never ignored any calls from the bank. However in last two calls that i received from the back official from the collections team radhika called me on the 07/09/2018 and i spoke about settlement, she said will get back to me in 10 mins and now its 4 days gone no one has even tried to contact me. So this morning at 9:20 am 11/09/2018 i called the bank and spoke with avdesh he asked me to call the settlement team, and provided these two numbers [protected] / [protected] and both the numbers aren't working. Means the bank it self doesn't have the updated contact details. I had same issues with the bank few years ago hence i had closed my bank account. The bank has levied hell lot of finance charges without any intimation, when i checked them and called the bank they said its written in the kit and i should have read it. But these charges are an imp thing that needs to be informed to the customers, at the time of applying for the card which wasn't informed. I disagree to those finance charges and i want a settlement

                            ach debit return charges deducted

                            Hdfc bank has deducted ach debit charges in my account without any prior information. I am not aware why this amount was deducted. I was deducted amount of ₹590 from my account. This is happening for 2 time in a line, which was 2 months ago i was deducted with ₹470 and i have only noticed it later.

                            The bank people are not responding i have tried calling them and i have also mailed them regarding this issue.

They first send I have negative account and I cleared it now they are saying that I have two accounts logged in for personal loan. Every time I ask how much time it will take they say it will be done . How can they wrongly cheat the customer when they have no sync within themselves .                             It's already been 15 days and I have no expectations anymore from HDFC so thanks for responding. Just a request kindly close my loan application. It was my mistake to have applied to your bank for loan. You provide the worst service and are pathetic bank .

                              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1299/- without my concern on date:15/05/2017. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1299/-

                                I am writing to you because I made transaction from atm at 7.20 pm on 10.09.2018 from sbi atm location Malviya Nagar, Jaipur (Rajasthan) from my hdfc debit card for 8000/- but transaction declined from atm and amount got deducted from the account and it is not reversed yet so kindly help out for the same.

                                  I have taken a loan from hdfc ltd bilaspur cghattisgarh branch, for prepayment I had deposited cheque on 5 sep18, today on 10 se 18 when I enquired, ravi jaiswal, he turned up very arrogantly and rudely as if I'm asking for personal favour, hdfc should be aware of such black spot staff ., Who are badly spoiling image of hdfc ..A strong and disciplinary action should be taken again such worst, insincere, and black spot employees..Vikas kedia [protected]

                                    I have applied fast tag through hdfc online on 25-08-18, money has been debited immediately. and got ack no too.
                                    application reference no.HFR074143
                                    no one responded till today.
                                    ultimately they cheating the customer i believe.
                                    i called their customer care [protected].. no use...
                                    i booked a complaint through 1033.. complained No :305711.
                                    they r wasting my time.how to approach the court and file a case.

                                    While opening the account all the facilities were provided in near by Shankar Sheth road branch and now they are asking us to go to model colony branch to submit out demat realisation form, why can't they accept it in Shankar Sheth road branch.
