I purchased a mac book pro under hdfc easy emi offer.​As per the offer a cashback of 10000 was supposed to be credited within the 90 days of purchase.
Its been 8 months and the cashback is not credited.

I have purchased the macbook from reliance digital, phoenix mall, bangalore.

The hdfc finance person obulish who sits in the reliance digital office keeps on saying that i ll get it next month and today it has been almost 8 months, His manger deepankar also assured me that I ll be getting the cashback this month for sure but the amount is not credited.This case is not only with me but with thousands of customer.
I am irritated with this unprofessional behavior from HDFC, Even the customer care is constantly repeating that the ticket is in progress past 1 month.
I dont know whom else to contact to get my issue resolved because the easy emi guys are surely not helping out.

Please don't cheat people of their money and stick to your terms and condition.

According to the bank website, the offer includes a cash back o[censored]p to Rs 10, 000 on iPhones, MacBook models and nearly Rs 5, 000 cashback is also being provided on iPad and Apple watches.

The offer is valid on EMI transactions for both HDFC credit and debit card services. One can avail the cashback offer on Apple products from January 1 to March 11, 2018.

      Imps:ref no:[protected]

      I did an imps transaction on 5th september. Money got debited from my account but did not credit money into the receivers account.

      Imps transaction status is processor down.

      When will i get my money refunded into my account?

      As hdfc is an reputed bank we won't expect such kind of technical errors in server. Please suggest me steps to follow to get back my amount in my account.

      Please help me.

        I have never purchased a consumer durable product. However, since from the month of feb 2018 an emi of 1553/- is been deducted from my account number [protected] for loan number 8449. I have raised a complaint several times at the thane lotus park loans department but however, they are not much help. I find this a fraudulent activity as no one seems to answer my query from last so many months.

        Even after complaining so many times all i have heard from them is we are investigating, re:'hbl=[protected]' nch complaint:- 858998.

          I am not received a credit card and it's automatically charged i don't have card why should i paid but force fully i paid saying it annually charged still i am not received card and when i am call customer care executives they like talking casual when i am said i talk your higher authority or any senior but my call disconnected it request to my last 5 to 8 call those are maximums 10 minutes are you listening how to say executives and it not good because i am face issue when i am call customer care i am hope some resulation i give but when starts your service executive mind are diverse pls its
          Request to play i am complaint all the advisor who are not behaviour or tonality pls sir/mam i am already written pls listing those call i am sure i am only mansion 5to 8 calls i think all call are badly service provided executives but it's not possible i know that but i am writing this reason in future nobody can face any customer. I am sorry for that which is i am writing because i am almost 1month face issue but your service executive provided badly it's impact your service.

              My visit to dombivli branch hdfc was for liquidating my fd for a urgent need, as the fd had my wife as a joint holder. We had arranged for a letter with signature of her send to me by mail. The branch manager tamanna makhijani refused to accept the letter, also stated that i need to get the form filled and signed up. This form in my banking of more than 15 years was shown to me for the first time. I had so many interaction with similar process before never met such a road block to liquidate my fund for a urgent need.

              Instead o[censored]nderstanding the customer, ms. Tamanna was ranting about her rules and policies. I had a non consumer centric bank manager / vice president of hdfc as per her visiting card.

              The saddest part was she her reference of my account "you are a classic account right" this was her call out for discussion which was in front of her staff and people around. When i pointed out her being angry for nothing the staff requested me to sit down.

              I have started to get a feel that if she has been trained to only handle imperia customers in a different way. Does hdfc have a clear policy to not discriminate people based on the type of account classic, imperia, etc...

              Would like to hear from the top management on this kind of behaviour from senior management.

                Hi team,

                My name is shubha verma, i had applied for a fastag via online process in the first week of august 2018. I was then communicated that i would receive the fastag within 7 days. Fastag was delivered to me in the second week of august 2018, however i did not receive any of the following:

                1. Wallet id
                2. Customer id
                3. Rfid for the fastag that has been dispatched to me.

                I have received my rfid from hdfc and when i try to login or register as a new user, the website ask for wallet id and in hdfc portal it was mentioned that wallet id will be received from the welcome emailer. Unfortunately, i haven't received the welcome emailer as well.

                I have also written an email to hdfc. [protected]@sahaj.co.in on 5th september but i have not received any response yet.

                Please send me these details as i need to create the login id/password:

                  My top-up loan file no.[protected] i paid procesing fee rs.5900/- in april 2018.
                  I have already taken home loan from hdfc. But for top-up loan unwanted document demanded like zerox copy of blue print plan. I cannot provided this in time. When i submit plan copy to salex executive ms. Pradnya mhaiskar, hdfc bank, badlapur branch she told me you should pay again processing fee rs.5900/-
                  I cannot paid two time processing fee hence i told cancel my loan application and refud my processing fee rs.5900/-. May times i contact to sales executive ms. Pradnya maiskar but she not responding for refund of processing fee and not ansering any reason. I yet not get my processing fee. I request that refund my processing fee rs.5900/- immediately. If not refunded in 7 days then i will complaint to rbi and other forum.

Amb charges are debiting from my account without my notice.in the month of sep 2 times amb charges are debited - on 05 sep 2018 on the same day two times rs 708.00 & 531.00 was deducted. This is very hectic without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. So i am requesting you to refund all this amount to my account. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account for sure & i will do compliant against this to rbi or consumer forum. Really fed-up with this bank request you to kindly get it resolved

                        My name is Rajul Ranka, I have a credit card from HDFC bank they forcefully closed my card & stopped my EMIs on top of that they forcefully levied closure charges. this all done because of a fake & fraudulent forex trading transaction which happened on 10th jan 2018. The bank is saying this type of transaction not allowed my point is if its not allowed then why the bank did not stopped when it took place. I have not such transaction. when it was bought to my notice my complained to the bank then i blocked the card & got a new card. the bank never investigated the transaction & simply cancelled my card & stopped all my Emis. I am a working woman & i cannot effort to pay complete amount together. this people are not listening to my plea & are acting arbitrarily. Again on this forum I state that i do not hold any forex trading and did not indulge in forex trading infact i dont know that business. i am a teacher i teach school students & run my house. i have been religiously paying my dues every month since many years with out a single default. Hdfc bank is acting very stupid when i call there call centre they simply state that they dont know the back office team has done this cancelling. I want ask the Hdfc Bank if the transaction was fraudulent why they waited 8 months to inform & cancel the card on this pretext they could have immediately initiated a process of bring the transaction to my notice. why it took them 8 months to come to know that the transaction is a fraudulent transaction. I want Hdfc bank to restart my card & my Emis. this behavior of Hdfc bank officers is of bullying there customers. my card no last 4 digit is 2403 & its a Visa card.

                          Clear Trip refunded FULL to Smartbuy: 2-Aug-2018
                          Smartbuy refunded FULL to HDFC: 7-Aug-2018

                          Till today, HDFC does not reund money to my creadit card account. HDFC Bank person not interested to entertain me and clearly saying like I cannot help you much. Upon forcing, they received a written complaint from me, but did not give me any acknowledgement. Dont know if the letter is forwarded further, or resting in waste paper busket !!!

                                Sorry to say this but hdfc bank is loosing its customer centric touch and becoming greedy too.
                                I transferred some funds (About 20k inr) from singapore to india. There was a mistake in the beneficiary name. I was asked to provide a swift amendment else the funds will be returned back.
                                I awaited for the funds to refund so that i could reinitiate the transfer.
                                To my shock 20% of the funds were missing when i got the amount back in my bank in singapore (Dbs). When i contacted dbs they mentioned that hdfc has deducted the amount.
                                On contacting hdfc they kept on denying that they have charged any amount.
                                I had to do a lot of follow up with dbs to finally get proof that the destination bank hdfc has charged the amount (4k inr). It is simply outrageous that banks can charge such an amount for reversal of fund. Further the bank kept denying the same and keeping me busy with trying to find out who charged the amount.

                                I have received a reply from your customer relationship officer Venkatesh that the charges were for returning the funds. I cannot understand how charges of such magnitudes (20%) can be levied on the transfer of funds.
                                And even though disappointing if such charges are being levied, at the least customers should be informed. This is very disappointing that nobody from your team even knows such charges exists and were in denial mode all the time. It is only after following up with source bank DBS that I knew that HDFC has charged the amount.

                                  My self katta jayaraju done transaction on 28th aug amount rs 10000/- through paytm on emergency situvations but money was deducted on same day and was not credited to paytm no [protected] on same day.. I called to hdfc customer care on same day regarding transaction to stop the payment due to it was not useful and my purpose will not fulfill for me when it does not credited on same day they said that within three working days the same amount will be credited to hdfc credit card only. After that amount was credited to paytm on 30 aug 18. Now the paytm nor hdfc bank not responding regarding transaction.. Already i have called to hdfc bank on 1 sep 18 to raise complaint on deducted amount they said call be come from paytm or hdfc bank still not came regarding transaction. My i humble request is to raise the complaint and revert back the 10k amount to my credit card. Please do needful..

                                    I have done a lot of request for changing my loan emi date which is 05th of the month. I want to change the same to after 10th of every month.                                     Respected sir, i would like to draw your kind attention towards very serious problems of annoying dogs in our society i. E anchor park, vasai (East), dist: palghar. We are occupant of anchor park of above said area. We are highly troubled due to maddening dogs in our street and in our society, due to the dogs even we cannot sleep in night. And children of our locality are also not safe in such atmosphere. Many of the stray dogs are very dangerous, they bark on person passing through street without any reason. They have bitten many people unreasonably. Also sometimes, when people buy eatables from the nearby market, stray dogs follow them and sometimes attack or charge to get the food. I request the concerned vvmc officials to kindly take the required action and save us from this peril they are increasing in number day-by-day. And their alarm / horror is also being spread constantly. It has been causing lot of inconvenience to the people of our area. Your good self is requested to look into this matter & take an immediate action which would be appreciated highly. There are 10-15 dogs in anchor park society. They have caused so much nuisance by biting children and chase every single vehicle passing from there. Children playing in gardens causing danger and exposure to diseases like laptospirosis. We cannot go for walks, we cannot come to our home at late nights and there are several issues related to these dogs.. Thay bark whole night as a result which disturb our sleep. I kindly request to vvmc authorities to take a serious action to avoid any big incident in future. People can even die because of them. Please take these stray dogs out from this area and send to any animal shelter.

                                      Unknowingly(fraud call/) I have procured subject policy.

                                      I was received a call from Ms.Kashish Mob No [protected] regarding newly launched policy Super income plan+ pension plan as free along with super income plan for promotional offer. She explained me about offer like that " I have to pay 50000 per year upto 8 year then after 9 to 16 year HDFC will pay money back of Rs 36000 Appx per year and Then as per pension plan I will get appx 53000/Year upto my whole life even in death of mine my nominee will receive this amount for her whole life till death. Even she told me as this policy is selling directly from HDFC and No agent involve in it, HDFC will refund 10000 Rs after acceptance of policy.

                                      Policy seems attractive to me and I accepted and proceed for the same. Then Mr. Sanjay Sharma Mob No [protected] appointed as RM for my policy and he explained the same about policy witch as same as explained my Ms Kashish. After that he told me to submit documents along with cheque of Rs 50000 on the name of HDFC Standard Life and the same was done by me.

                                      Mr. Sanjay called me and explained that i will receive 5 different verification calls, 3 for super income plan and 2 for pension plan and he also told me that don't link both the policy just do as i am telling don't tell that any on for other plan. And I was done the same blindly. I never felt that he is doing fraud with me.

                                      After all verification I received your super income policy bond on Dated 02nd of Aug 2018 and when I ask about pension policy document he told me that it will take another 15 days. And After completion of 15days I was called him then he send me a fake document through is personal email id and whatsapp (document enclosed for your ready reference) after reading that fake document I was felt cheated.

                                      I called once again to him then he shouted on me and told me this is the only document I can give subsequently I Told him to cancel the policy, then he told me do what ever you can do. Your policy cancellation time is already over now you can not cancel the policy. He talked with me very roughly.

                                      On that I was really feel like cheated and mentally harassed.

                                      Then I logged a complaint to HDFC's complaint services email id "[protected]@HDFCLife.com" on dated 23 Aug 2018. and escalate the same on dated 30 Aug 2018. But response received from HDFC again disappoint me.

                                      Today I visited at your Mayur Vihar Branch office they also refuse to help me out from this situation.

                                      I really feel mentally harassed sir. Rs 50000 is a big amount for me. I belongs to a lower middle class family. this policy was taken to secure my family life for whole life. But without pention scheme this policy is not fruitful for me.

                                      Therefore you are requested to kindly intervene into it and cancel my policy.

                                      For this I will always oblige to you.
