[Resolved] HDFC Bank — received an sms from hdfc regarding ashish securities pvt ltd for 25000 deduction monthly

Hello there,
Today i have received below sms from vmhdfcbk;

"dear customer mandate reference no: hdfc[protected] issued to ashish securities pvt ltd with value rs. 25000.00 and frequency mnth is received today for processing.in case of any issue please get in touch with your branch."

I have not issued/allowed/authorized any company/person for any kind of transaction. I called csr many times, but they are unable to speak a single word about this, as they don't have any information related to mentioned reference id.

Please do resolve this asap. Thanks!
