HDFC Bank — refund amount not received
Dear HDFC Bank / Amazon
I would like to inform regarding of purchased Portronics Headphone through the Amazon site but product have received with certain damage condition then i have returned the product and sent request for refund amount but there is certain missed communication between HDFC Bank & Amazon, called both customer service center but they couldn't help to me, pls i would request to both pls communicate with each other and resolve this problem,
Reference No. : [protected] given by Amozon Customer Service for releasing the amount through the HDFC Bank.
Product : Portronics Headphone
Amount : 1199 Rs.
Purchased date : 10 Oct. 2017 ( Still i have not received refund amount)
