I have not received the Rs 17091(seventeen thousand ninety one rupes) refund amount which is refunded
by ease my trips on date 12th april 2017.The refund details are as follows

1) Exact date of debit from My account -11th April 2017

2) Exact Amount of transaction- Rs 17091(seventeen thousand ninety one rupes)

3) Transaction reference number - Cheque / reference no[protected], PAY U ID-[protected] / PAYUINDIA

I have already given so many mails to [protected]@hdfcbank.com regarding this issue .but there is no response from them
HDFC CUSTOMER CARE IS WORST SERVICE PROVIDER IN MY OPINION

As per the below mail they refunded the money into my account on 13th April 2017.But still date you have not credited the amount into my account. I emailed to your customercare several time but there is no reply from you.

So far I have not received the refund amount Rs.1709/- from Easemy trip. they intimated that maximum monday on date 17th april 2017 I will get rhe payment .But now they are telling another 3days are required.Please refund the amount immidately.
