Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 885.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 22nd jan 2018 under the name of depository charges dec-2017 Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 885.00/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. Verified Support Feb 01, 2018 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, Incase you do not wish to continue with your Demat Account, you are requested to visit any of our nearest Demat Servicing Branch and submit your request for closure of your Trading and Demat Account to avoid the levy of charges in future. Upon closure of your Demat Account, the charges will be reversed to your account on pro-rata basis. Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 884.00/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 21st OCT 2022 under the name of depository charges OCT-2022
Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 88400/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.
Please do the needful as earliest.

This is not first time it's happened two times in this month, Total 1768 was debited from account. Please refund it back
