Hi hdfc,

I am not sure why different kinds of fees are getting deducted from my hdfc credit card's amount. I just got 1399 refunded, which was deducted due to some one assist mcfee and now a new fee has been deducted whose description says 'emi processing fee smartemi'. Please ensure that this gets refunded back. I am tired of all these additional fees as these were not informed to me when i took the credit card.

    I have applied for fastag through your online portal and amount has been debited but still now i havent received any confirmation through mail or phone.
    I have filled in all the details online and amount of rs.300 has been debited. Hdfc fastag customer care is not at all responding. I don’t know why such a reputed bank has a very bad customer service.

        I applied for personal loan amounting rs. 5, 00, 000/- in august 2016 and loan amount was got rs. 3, 00, 000/-) credited in my axis bank p. L. Puram, vizag dist., my sb a/c no:[protected] in the month of september 2017. From october onwards i am paying emi on regular basis through ecs. (6970/-)

        But, till date i have not received any loan statement, sanction letter of loan etc. From the bank. Now, i require the mentioned details as well as personal loan schedule statement (Or) interest rate certificate) at the earliest for some specific purpose.

        My personal loan accoun no. Is 42489124. The tenure of loan is 3 years.

        Please help and kindly forward the loan statement as well as personal loan schedule statement through e-mail..

          I have a personal loan ac no. 39363779 eith chember road moga branch. I am paying my installments regularly since july 2016. Due to some problem payment of last two emi paid with dely of 15 days. On 31.1.18 morning 9.30 i have received a call from no. [protected] the person said that the customer of punjab have a habit of telling lie and also abuse me. These type of behaviour lead to me to stop payment of loan and go towards litigation.
          Although being a responsibil citizen i do not want to do it.
          Kindly look into the matter and take strict action in interest of bank.

                I (Ashwni kumar) am a customer of hdfc bank green park branch for past 9 years. With due respect, i want to bring your kind attention that i have been a classic customer for past few years. All my family members have accounts in the same branch. This complaint/issue is regarding account no. [protected] in my mother’s name (Wherein i am the second applicant)

                On january 12, 2018, i was checking my account statement and saw charges of ₹708 deducted for non-maintenance of required balance. I immediately called the personal banker assigned to me (Jai sharma) to enquire about the reason. He told me that he was very busy, but he will look into it and get it reversed. He asked me to wait for one week to get the charges credited back into my account. I agreed to wait as i believed him to be well aware of the procedures and system in place at hdfc.

                However, as i was travelling out of town and keeping very busy due to work, i forgot to check after one week if the charges have been credited or not. On january 29, 2018, when i checked again i was shocked to see that there was no reversal. I called jai to ask the reason, and he asked me to wait for few hours. I again texted him to enquire, when he called me to inform that my account had been degraded from classic to something i could not understand and believe, and consequently i was required to maintain ₹25, 000 balance at all times now from ₹10, 000 required for a classic customer. I did not get any notification from the bank informing me that charges will be deducted if i do not maintain ₹25, 000 average balance.

                When i asked him to assist me in this regard, he flatly refused saying that he could not do anything, and i should visit the branch to close my account if i can not maintain balance. He disconnected the call, and did not answer my subsequent queries on calls or messages. This is not the first time jai has done this to me and my famiy.in october 2017, he took all required documents for my sister’s (Surbhi tiwari) insurance policy, that was going to mature on november 18. He did not know the procedure to apply for redemption of the policy and kept us in dark for one month. After the maturity date, when the amount was still not credited to our account, he told us that he does not know how the system works. It was an embarrassing situation as we had to make an essential payment on november 20, which got delayed by 10 days due to jai sharma’s irresponsibility and carelessness.

                Nonetheless, after the insurance fiasco he used to pitch us to buy other insurance policies and apply for loans and credit cards. First of all, i request you to please remove jai sharma as my relationship manager (Rm) immediately and assign another rm to me who knows procedures and rules of the bank.

                I also request you to please reverse the charges deducted from my account, and also retain the classic privilege as i have some loans running with my accounts and i can not maintain balance of more than ₹10, 000. I would like to close some saving accounts in me and my family member’s names to which are not very active.

                I am disappointed with hdfc’s customer service and thinking of closing all my banking relationships gradually. Hdfc boasts of differentiating itself by providing a personal banker/rm to every customer. But if the rm does not know the rules, and acts unethically or carelessly. It raises a question mark on the practices followed at bank.

                  Today on 30th jan-18-3 persons from hdfc bank visited my permises namely vijay, aman and manjeet singh collection manager as i was in contact with mr. Vijay and i have already conveyed him that i will met him tomorrow on 31st jan for clearing my credit card dues as it is pending from 2 months.

                  To my surprise first mr manjeet singh was very rude with my family members as he was not talking properly using abusive language and when on phone he talked with me he sounds likes that he is the boss of the company i want to know where in clause hdfc has taken sign of me that for not making payment of card they will send these kind of person who donot know how to talk and how to behave with family members or they same behave with their family members.

                      In nov^17 redeemed my credit card points and purchased a philips mixer. The mixer what i received is of 2014 model with scratches on it. Even after repeated follow the issue was not resolved. As insisted started using the mixie on 28-jan and found to be not working satisfactorily. The philips technician on visit found the blades faulty. I feel i have been cheated as i have reedemmed 10000 points and received a faulty product. Who will resolve the issue.                           18th jan a hdfc bank associate almost fooled me to buy this filthy plan.19 th jan i called them to withdraw the application, they provided me with wrong information to mail to three email IDs. When i didnt get response for 3 days i called them, they told to wait for 7 working days and after 8 days i called these assocaites blocked me.
                          Then i called hdfc life customer care and they provide me whole new procedure to withdraw application, my application was not yet updated as i have not provided my details but since they had the money they were least bothered to call me for activation too. I followed new instructions and again mailed for withdrawl after almost 1.5 months i still have not get my money back. For stupid plans and loans proposal they will call daily to disturb but once they get money these fraudsters will disappear like anything we have to call them again and again. Stop making people suffer for their hard earned money.

                            Dear sir/mam, after several trial myself could not able to post this grievance online at your website.Please consider following matter.On 11.03.17 i had prepay my home loan account with hdfc no.[protected] by two nos. Of cheque of rs.179000/- rs. 262657/-.Surprisingly hdfc bank provide me the break up of rs. 179000/- only via letter no. Accts/[protected]/14-mar-2017 dated 14.03.17.What about the other one of rs. 262657/- after several request from my end at durgapurwb branch they have not entertain me. Starting from 2009 onward i paid almost 345000/- against my loan amount 370000/- for 25 years tenure. On 11.03.17 i have compelled to paid another rs.441657/-.Is it not really surprising by bank sir myself from middle class family sir, for god shake please arrange to return the extra amount snatched by hdfc sir and obliged. This is not expected from an organization like hdfc. In the month of january2017 they send email, sms stating that total outstanding as that date was rs.110339, what it mean sir even your bank never write a letter indicating any amount in their letterhead sir. They charge occasionally some mysterious account like their representative come to my house in twice in last 7 years via bus 40 km while charged me some 7000 for that reason.In the account of incidental charges if myself close my account before nine years 2017 instead of 2025 i am not eligible to get any benefit regarding my home loan.What is my benefit sir, for closing my loan account before nine years please help me to return back the excess amount deduct from my account immediately. I am enclosing here with some relevant documents for your reference sir.

                                One loan was in my father's name Bimal Chutia . We got sattlement for this loan is Rs 120000/ in two installments and 1st is to give 70000/ and second is to give Rs 50000/ in next month .
                                Now problem happen like that when we went to bank rs 70000/ as cash, they ask us to give one security cheque leaf . But we cannot able to give them cheque leaf they told we cannot able to pay the cash amount Rs 70000/ . They told us to give the payment next month .
                                Next month we have paid Rs 60000/ in December 2017 and they told we can pay the remaining amount in January . Now we are arranged the amount of 60000/ and it is ready in our hand then one manager stated to bargain with us and he asked if it is possible for us to give 80000/ and again he told if it is possible to give rs 75000/ or rs 70000/ or rs 65000/ like that way he is asking more payment . We are really helpless because after our father's death we are financially damaged .

                                Please help us to pay the rest amount and get the loan sattlement letter as soon as possible. Why they are started to bargain like this we also surprise . We want to close this loan as soon as earlist possible. Please help us .

                                One loan was in my father's name Bimal Chutia . We got sattlement for this loan is Rs 120000/ in two installments and 1st is to give 70000/ and second is to give Rs 50000/ in next month .
                                Now problem happen like that when we went to bank rs 70000/ as cash, they ask us to give one security cheque leaf . But we cannot able to give them cheque leaf they told we cannot able to pay the cash amount Rs 70000/ . They told us to give the payment next month .
                                Next month we have paid Rs 60000/ in December 2017 and they told we can pay the remaining amount in January . Now we are arranged the amount of 60000/ and it is ready in our hand then one manager stated to bargain with us and he asked if it is possible for us to give 80000/ and again he told if it is possible to give rs 75000/ or rs 70000/ or rs 65000/ like that way he is asking more payment . We are really helpless because after our father's death we are financially damaged .

                                Please help us to pay the rest amount and get the loan sattlement letter as soon as possible. Why they are started to bargain like this we also surprise . We want to close this loan as soon as earlist possible. Please help us .

                                  With no other option available, i am writing my complaint here against hdfc loan promotional calls. I keep getting promotional calls for hdfc loans everyday from different number. I had been blocking all the numbers but i am getting calls again and again from different number everyday. I had never every stepped in any of the hdfc banks in my entire life yet i am not sure why hdfc is interested in lending me loan. My mobile number is registered with dnd and i had raised complaints several times with my service provider yet they were of no use. Hope i may get some help from here. I received call from [protected] on 27-jan-2018, upon ignoring and blocking she called me again from [protected] in 5 mins and started arguing with me. Its very annoying and frustrating i am even getting calls in the weekends when i cant ignore the strange numbers as my clients will be calling me from different numbers.

                                      Dear team. I availed a credit card from hdfc bank owing to some financial issue requested the collection agent mr. Ranganadan that the due amount will be paid as soon as possible but he and his reporting manager treat us at low humanity levels they have started shouting and tried to hurt physically they are rushed to inside of house and shouting tried to damage our things.                                         Dear sir, i have taken auto loan (Account no[protected] from hdfc in nov 2016 through bank bazaar. At the time of taking loan, there is no mention of any pre closure charges but after disbursement of loan when we receive agreement copy, there it is mentioned that 6% on outstanding amount if closed within 1 year, 5% on outstanding amount if closed within 13 to 24 months, 3% on outstanding amount if closed post 24 months. This is not fair on company like hdfc to charge such hefty %age. Now i wish to close my loan because i got some from my wage revision and i request to kindly waive pre closure charges. Iam paying installment every month through ecs without any delay and now i wish to close the loan through my own savings. Kindly do needful. My contact no [protected] and [protected]
