[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund not credited into hdfc credit card | |||||
Dear sir/mam I have ordered one bose speaker on 29th march from amazon using my hdfc credit card. After that because of my some personal issues i have cancelled my order. So amazon has refund that amount on 29th march. I have received one message from amazon saying that, "refund of rs 8860.98 issued on 29-mar, will reflect in your bank by 2-apr for pvt. Banks and 8-apr for govt. Banks: ref# [protected]" I have already called hdfc bank phone banking services many times. But i didn't get any kind of help from them.
