Hdfc Bank — refund not processed even after a month

Airticket was booked via diner card website if hdfc bank. Later the ticket was cancelled partially on 18th oct 2019. The refund was processed by indigo on 19th oct. However, the refund is not reflecting in credit card. Multiple complaints has been raised but to no avail. The bank says the refund will be automatically credited which is not yet done. Similar issue was faced earlier when the refund anount eas geld by hdfc tracel partner cleartrip. However the bank clearly refused to check with their travel partner. As per bank's policy the refund should be credited within 7days but it is not done even after a month. Calling and writing mails to customer care is only harrasment as they do not provide any solution.
