[Resolved] HDFC Bank — refund of failed transaction

My customer id 71290424. I transacted an amount of rs 505.27 for payment to 1mg thru paytm on 26th june 2020 vide ref.[protected] but said amount not credited to the payee and amount got debited to my account. And I have transactid amount 1999 to Flipkart via upi on 18.10.2020 but
amount not credited to the payee and amount got debited to my account. I waited for refund of this amount but so far not done. Kindly verify and reply.

(13 & 14 AUGEST) INR: 22, 341 rupees spend on paytm by Credit card & transcation failed bacuse bank declined. the main problem amount still not received. but in credit card outstanding amount is got.
