I have provided all the possible proof and details of refund still you have not credited the amount in my account. Please look into the matter. On 4th april 2020 i received refund of rs. 8170/- in my credit card but the same is not reflecting in my account. Arn number of refund is as follows Acquired reference number: 75503720096039297964215 Arn is the proof that payment has been made and it is passed to the bank. Kindly track the status and revert in my email : [protected]@gmail.com Or twitter : @sa37922 Screenshot of transactions are attached as the proof that amount has been reversed but not credited yet. I have been ignored since last 20days, hope to get the status of my refund this time otherwise i will just block my card and shutdown my & my family's account from hdfc bank. Verified Support May 15, 2020 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer, We confirm that the refund will be generally credited in 10-12 working days from the date of merchant confirmation.
