I have been charged rs. 1180 in my credit card for a renewal fee. This is the card which was sent to me after i received a call from hdfc bank. I was told that the card was free with absolutely no fee whatsoever. I asked again and again if there were any conditions and i was told there was no fee since i had a salary account with a company that was associated with hdfc bank.

This card was sent to me as an upgrade to an existing credit card that i had which was actually free and i had been using for a couple of years.

One day i received a call from hdfc bank that they'd send me an upgraded card and there'd be no charges as usual, as an offer for those with salary accounts.

Now i have been charged rs. 1180.

I have sent 4 emails, filed on complaint form, sent messages on twitter but no reply at all. The bill is due tomorrow.

    Today 30th, may 2020 we were in in hdfc cidco nashik branch for cash withdrawal. We have preferred account in nashikrd branch.
    They branch maneger & trailers person kept us waiting 25 minute without reason even we are first in que they attend other customer and ask us to wait
    We were agree to pay withdrawal charges also
    Maneger was cheat chatting not given clearance till we ask question

    Its simple harassments they have no write to remove from que. Are they have?
    You are not beggar we have our money with your bank. Hdfc bank is using my money free

    I want to no reason of this
    Why should we register criminal complaint & in consumer protection forum also.

      I have sufficient balance on my account on emi date but emi was not debited,
      Now at the end of the month after passing 23days since last emi date company deducted same amount as name stated loan manual hold charges.

      Hdfc bank let me clear i have full month account statement and the amount remains more than emi amount

        Iam arun iam open a new account @ hdfc bank malappuram branch that time iam account oppening exicutive or staff some delay to cheak presanting that time staff is tell thats note a problem. One day iam direct go to bank and give a complint to close cust id but that time that bank one staff badly behaved me. That the reson iam give complint to bank manager. But manager not respond so iam call opening staff and tell mater. That time staff tell you return give kit and close bank account. After iam stop my cheak that the reson cheq returnd. After bankn staff kiran call me after tell close accound that time iam asked to kiran please give managor number that time kiran cheat me he give another number and tell thats manager number. Iam a fool that time iam trust kiran iam share my detail fot that number. That 2 peoples are cheat me. After iam tel today night iam return give kit but that day iam full busy. That the reson iam not nk after tommarow 30/052020 kiran and 2 friends come my home after tellsigh this form. He try to beat me that the reson iam sighned all forms after kiran tell you give a request to accounbt closing. After kiteam menaty torture me. Hdfc bank isr dangher bank. Please enquairy and take a actiuon i request to you

          I called customer care to report a fraud transaction and in return they blocked my account, debit card and net banking.
          I went to bank and completed all formalities to resume the same and they said it will be activated same day after 4 pm

          Today 3 days have passed but everything is still blocked, my emi's gets deducted on 1 of every month and now they will be bounced and i will be levied a penalty. Who is responsible for the same, why take so much time to activate the account again.

            On 29/5/2020 i maintain some amount of ₹1300 for my emi on 2nd june 2020. But today 30/5/2020 i check with my balance it seems only ₹899.
            ₹400 of my amount hold through this mirevenue gefu. I download my account statement there is no reflection of this holding amount so now how can i process my payment. Atleast you give a intimation or awareness about this it's your mistake only..

              I have bought my iphone11 with hdfc bank CC on 27th jan 2020 from imagine Bangalore. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in Imagine, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                  I had purchased macbook on 12.01.2020 with an offer of cashback of rs. 7000 within days upon transaction being made through hdfc debit or credit card. The transaction of rs. 93900 was made by me through my debit hdfc debit card ending with 4917. However, till date no cashback has been received.in fact, i tried to reach customer care numbers no redressal of my issues. I had also registered complaint through designated email of hdfc but no response. This has become frustrating. Kindly look into the issue and provide resolution. My customer id is 68172088

                      I had purchased an iphone 11 at aptronix sarath capital city, hyderabd through hdfc debit card bearing invoice no. Sccti/1920/739, invoice date[protected] for which i am entitled to receive a cashback of 6000 within 120 days from hdfc as per the offer mentioned from the date of purchase but its been 6 months i haven't received any cashback from hdfc. Please rectify the issue at the earliest.

                          The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my debit card number ending with 0646 without my concern on date:28/05/2020. I am not interested about this service and don't want this service any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                              I'm a hdfc bank acct holder. The has debited rs 885/- from my acct ending no 2130 on 06 jan 2020. I'm a soldier and my acct is dsp acct. So 2x atm card issue to me without annual charge but the bank has been debited the amt. So please refund the above amt to my acct.

                                I have my salary account in hdfc bank which is a zero balance account.
                                So now when i check my account balance it says -502 and the reason is mirevenue hold through gefu.

                                    My savings account is showing an amount of rs. 17.70 on hold on 4th may with the message:

                                    "mirevenue on hold through gefu".

                                    Why is this happening? Blocking my funds without any explanation / cause is violating my rights as a customer. Kindly reach out to me and unblock the amount immediately.

                                      There is a hold on my salary account of ₹905/-. Its shows hold is due to mirevenue through gefu. I want to know why the amount is showing on hold due to the mentioned reason. I do not have any outstanding of anything on hdfc.

                                        Have been offered life time free hdfc credit card with number 485498xxxxxx7934 with conditions that i have to make 4 transactions of minimum 500/- each every month for three consecutive months.
                                        I did all the required transaction but still bank charged me 2500/- annual fee and 450/- igst towards annual fee.
                                        I requested the bank for reversal of these charges and received a mail from bank stating that reversal of charges has been approved and will be credited to card account shortly, but still nothing has been credited even after 20 days of email.
                                        Reference number [protected] was provided by bank in this regard.

                                        Please look into the matter and try to solve the issue at earliest
