I purchased an iphone 11 pro on 20th December 2019 and now its 22 April 2020, it's been more than 120 days and I've not yet received my cashback of 7000 INR.

    I have made an online payment fee for rs 2276.34 as on 12.04.2020 using my hdfc debit card. The same got processed successfully as on same day (And it was an otp-based debit), than after this transaction an auto-debit by hdfc bank has been made stating 'mctf 12.04.' for the whole / same amt. Of rs 2277 (For which i am totally unaware for which purpose, it has been deducted from my savings a/c)'.

      Mu refund for rupees 390 has been processed successfully by amazon on fifteen march 2020 ses per bank policy amount should reflect in my bank account reben five working days and amount still not reflect yet the return refrenc number for tha refund days is[protected]

        money on hold from my savings account

        It's been almost one month hdfc has put my money on hold i tried reaching the customer service but i didn't got any response it's frustrating...

        I am maintaining minimum account also i want better clarification on this.

        Amount put on hold is ₹4491

        Is was put on hold on 31st march

        get a cashback of RS.6000/- within 120days..but till now I didn’t get any refund..How many days should i wait..

          I am a HDFC credit card holder and my credit card number ending with xxxx1346. This mail is to warn you regarding the fraud your company is doing with me and other such customers.
          Money has been deducted from my account without any prior consent or information from me. I was informed in clear words that this credit card is free and I don't need to pay any charges. Your company charged me for one assist policy or service for which i never opted. Rs 1399 were deducted from my account on (date ) and i was assured later that it won't be repeated again.but on 03 April 2020, Rs.1399 were deducted again without my consent and still it is showing overdue left to pay.i talked with hdfc customer care and i was informed that they are not charging any money and no money is being deducted by them for any value added service.
          So, i want my money back as soon as possible or i am about to lodge a complaint against this fraud company on consumer forum of Delhi government and Government of India. I will file an FIR against your company for committing fraud with consumers, stealing their money and no prior or later consent approval is done .nit only i will make sure that my complaint is forwarded to the cyber cell but i will file a case against your company for online fraud and phishing . I have already done the mandatory streets within 3 days of the fraudulent transactions..and now, RBI will definitely take the stringent action if i send them a confirmation mail.

            I haven't received the cashback on my purchase made on 11/12/2019, I have a proof of the slip which says the cashback will be credited within 120 Days but it has been more than 4 months, no cashback has been received yet.

                Hi team,

                Hdfc cust id: 58527777

                I have purchased an iphone for inr 109900.00/- on the 5th of december, 2019.
                There was a cashback of inr 7000/-, for which i was told that i will be getting it after 3 months/90 days. But after 3 months/90 days i haven't received the cashback yet. Also i called the hdfc phone banker and they told me i will be getting it in the last week of march but still i am witing for the cashback in the month of april.

                So can you please provide me with an update when shall i receive the cashback or the necessary steps to be taken by me to receive the cashback.

                  I had paid rs 57201 as first year premium for a term insurance from hdfc life vide application no[protected]. Despite so many mails the amount has not been refunded to me even after i cancelled the application and paid another premium and took a policy from hdfc life. Request urgent refund of amount as my credit card payment is coming up.

                  Another premium i paid and was withdrawn due to mistakes in application has been refunded in a weeks time by the company. But the above amount is still pending.

                    Dear sir,
                    I want to say you that i have received a message today that i have spent today 999.00 rs from my debit card. Which is not used or i have not received any otp. When discussed with bank they they said its standing instructions i have not issued any standing instructions to bank. So i request you to refund my amount and block my card because this is an unauthorised transaction.

                        I had done shopping for rs.17796, rs.5197 and rs.839.30 inr at clothing store using my hdfc card on 22 dec 2019.
                        I was clearly told by the shopkeeper if i am using my hdfc card i will get a cashback of 10%-12% within 90 days from the day of purchase. But i don't see that reflecting in my account..

                        Transaction order number is mentioned the screenshot attached.
                        Kindly clarify about this..
                        It's been more than 120 days..

                          I have bought my iphone11 pro with hdfc bank debit card on 25/12/2019 in poorvika bangalore. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in poorvika mobiles, they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                            I have booked flight tickets from goa to mumbai for the month of december. Booking id is NF[protected] where i applied coupon code and was availed for 1040 cash back within 30 to 60 days. Its been more than 120 days i havent receive cashback .                                 I got the Refund with arn number from makemytrip.com on 04/04/2020 in my hdfc credit card.But amount is not credited to my account. Also tried to contact hdfc customer care service through email, phone, twitter but I got no response. Details for the refund is as below

                                  This is regarding the locker fee for which i’ve tried to contact my rm mr. Rohit yadav multiple number of times but did not get to connect with him over the phone. Let me re-iterate the sequence of events for you.

                                  I received the message on 5th mar 20 from hdfc bank saying "dear customer, locker rent of rs.10000 for your locker no. 163 held at mandakini will be debited on 01 april' 20. Please maintain sufficient balance". It should be 5000 instead of 10000 due preferred account. I tried to contact my rm (Rohit yadav) on [protected]. Couldn't reach him on his phone, so, sent him a text and a whatsapp message on the same day. He never called back for this. He did not give a single min to discuss this with me.

                                  On 18th mar my rm replied "sir, pls visit the branch to rectify the standing instructions..!!". I informed him that i could not visit the branch due my work schedule. Again he couldn’t spare a min to talk over the phone to discuss the matter.
                                  Moreover, this is inhuman to pressurize the customer to visit the branch, when honorable cm has urged us to stay at home during that time. Furthermore, lockdown has been order by our honorable pm. Therefore, only way to connect with bank for any query is to talk over the phone, which my rm never bother to attend, or through email, which is not provided by him.

                                  Going forward, after one month, on 4 apr he replied on whatsapp (Still no phone or email) saying "sir, pls provide me the locker no...!!
                                  And i hope there is only one locker availed in your group id.!!
                                  And yes provide me the locker no., if they discount has bot given to you, i’ll get the reversal done on or before 20th april".
                                  He is being reminded that all the relevant details were already shared with rohit on 5th mar through whatsapp. Upon `

                                  On 20th apr, he replied on whatsapp that” sir your mother got locker benefit,!! And in one group only one locker can avail the benefit.!”
                                  I told him that “my mother and i have a different group as per the previous rm. We both have been using different lockers in different groups. Moreover, i've received the 50% discount last year as well, which you can cross check.
                                  So, how can we are in a same group now? I request for an investigation and a reply in a formal email.”

                                  Today, on 21st apr, he replied that ” sir, good afternoon..!!
                                  Checked your account and in last year also you account has been deducted by 10k for the locker charges.!!
                                  You can crosscheck it from your statement..!!
                                  And your mother is getting the 50% benefit.!! She got the benefit last year also.!!”

                                  So, as of now my account is debited for 10000+gst without the waiver as promised to preferred customer. Therefore, i request for an investigation in this and a change of rm.

                                  Keypoints are:
                                  O i and my mother are not in one group as clarified by previous rm, mr. Arvinder singh, in mar 2019. Then how can mr. Yadav is claiming that we are in one group and the locker benefit will be given to one person only. So, who goofed up or regrouped us without any authorization from us.
                                  O last year, 10000 plus gst was deducted on 2nd apr 2019 due some error in the bank’s system, which was confirmed by arvinder and shibdas. So, they assured me the reversal of half the amount and i got reversal of 5000 plus gst on 9th apr 2019.
                                  O last to last year, correct amount of 5000 plus gst was deducted on 2nd apr 2018 towards the locker fee.
                                  O my rm pressurized me but not responding to my phone calls and messages to visit the branch to discuss this, when the country is facing the pandemic. Now, his display picture of his whatsapp account says “stay safe bank from home”. This double standard approach has to be reported to concerned authority.
                                  O i have raised several request on the internet for a call back from my rm, which went unheard.
                                  O the inefficiency of my rm has led to this situation, which is no less than a harassment to the customer, where i’m now forced to file a legal complaint.

                                    I have purchased iPhone 11 with my HDFC Diners Clubmiles Credit card(I have no savings account in HDFC) on Dec 4 2019. I have not recieved my 6000₹ cashback even after 150 days.

                                      I'm a hdfc Bank credit card holder..The bank has auto debited RS.1899 from my credit card number ending 9069 without my concern on date 15/4/20. I'm not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more.so cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of RS.1899
