hdfc bank: one assist fee debited from credit card without any information

This is vanshuka sharma from nabha, punjab.

I didn't get any call from one assist executive to renew one assist membership.

But todat i got a message from your bank that
Your bank a/c *4302 will be debited for rs.1450 towards payment of hdfcbank creditcard ending 8894 on 11/apr/2020. Kindly ignore if paid.

Please deactivate this membership and don't debit this money from my account. Please...

iphone 11 cashback not received

I was supposed to get a cashback of 7000 on a HDFC cashback offer within 3 months on a purchase of iPhone 11. I still have not received the cashback and its over 4 months now. I bought the iPhone 11 on 8th Dec, 2019. Sales invoice attached....

unwanted amount being held

There is an amount being held by bank itself since very long time.
There is regular transaction in my account every month.
Bank employees also couldn't give proper resolution.
Request release the fund immediately and give the proper clarification for hold the amount.

got message but money is not reflected in account

My train got cancelled due to covid19 hence i got message from hdfc bank ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending xxxx for rs. 1525.00 has been credited/reversed by indianra3472086 on[protected]:18:03:56 but money is money not added to my account and i checked bank statement transaction is not reflected please help me to get my money back as i have too many transaction like this...

recharge not successful amount deducted

Hi i did a recharge of 599 to my vodafone number from my registered payzapp account [protected]. The amount got deducted and the transaction shows success but my number is not recharged yet. Can't contact customer support also no proper response also on the mail.

S here my complaint is that i had obtained a loan for 2 wheeler from hdfc bank for 3 years 1872/_ which was obtained on 4.4.2017which cum to end on 4.4.2020 the hdfc bank had deducted a money from my account without sending single message, the bank number was not sufficient to call and customer care is not responding at all... Without communication of our problem how v people get to know kindly...

Cancellation of one assist membership
I am an hdfc bank credit cardholder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 0790 without my concern on date: 04/4/2020.

I am not interested in this service and don't want this membership anymore.

So please cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

unable to get the noc letter

Hi all,

I have sent email to hdfc (Customerservices. [protected]@hdfcbank.com) which was initially shared with the customer care team of hdfc. However, it's been more than 6 months where i have to been contacting to hdfc by phone and email but no response.

When i talk to customer care via phone, they states that back-end team would contact you and no one and on top of that when i asked the customer care agent to connect...

I added money to my paytm wallet which were subsequently not added to my wallet but were deducted from my account. I received a message to be refunded the money within 7 days but did not receive it yet and the period has expired. I request you to check when the amount ₹600 will be refunded back to my account....

This complaint is not against any employee of hdfc bank. This problem is not solved by you i already tell you in april 2019. You promise with me for solve it immediately but no any action done by you till date. Problem is that my subsidy is not refund by your bank from when i opened my account which is since july 2018. I paid interest and rotation cc on time. Plz solve my problem as immediately as possible. Thanks sir....
