[Resolved] HDFC Bank — regarding double premium payment of lic policy no[protected] | |||
I have paid an amount of rs. 6889 as a premium of lic policy no[protected] through hdfc netbanking bearing cheque/ref no[protected] on 05/09/2017. After 5 days later, rs 6889 had been auto debited through hdfc smartpay from my credit card ending 6824 on 11/09/2017. I have lodged a complaint on hdfc customer care bearing complaint no-[protected] on 22/09/2017. But till today, my money has no been refunded to my account.
