I have applied for the fastag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have purchased Fastag from HDFC bank on 30th Nov, reference number - HFR817635. It says pdf will be sent to registered mail id but no pdf received.
On 5th Dec received wallet/online account details. Kindly update the dispatch details of FASTAG sticker.

HDFC team, any update please. Applied for Fastag on 30th Nov then on 5th Dec got wallet details but still waiting for physical sticker. Kindly update.

I am a HDFC bank credit card holder . I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership.
