I have applied for the fastag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

I have purchased Fastag from HDFC bank on 30th Nov, reference number - HFR817635. It says pdf will be sent to registered mail id but no pdf received.
On 5th Dec received wallet/online account details. Kindly update the dispatch details of FASTAG sticker.

I requested to stop one assist mfee service with out information to customer ur charging so much of amount place refund my amount to me previous year only informed to customer care but they not concerned about this so pls do need full till.

I have applied for hdfc fastag.in which while doing payment it charged me rs. 500. Though i made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not received any mail.
