HDFC Bank — Regarding HDFC credit card refund

I have accidentally paid more than I owe, the excess amount requires to be refunded. Though my credit card got closed in 2018 but then HDFC Bank yet to refund the excess amount from my closed HDFC credit card. Kindly do the needful.
