I am working sales manager in itc ltd i apply pre aproove offer for personal loan thru hdfc bank but my loan pending due to show cibil my two wheeler chq bouncing but i am paid per month cash installment My loan finished emi 2016 hdfc bank issued me no dues certificate. Verified Support Sep 06, 2017 HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Lokesh, We take this opportunity to clarify that all Banks are required to provide their customer database to regulatory authorities periodically. All financial institutions governed by RBI guidelines update such information to CIBIL (Credit Information Bureau of India). Therefore, though your loan account is closed, however any cheque bounces / delinquency will be reported to CIBIL. This is done in the normal course of business. In My acconut its shows 531.00 rs deducted and shows AMB CHRG INCL GST FOR JUL2017-MIR[protected]..Hdfc need yo inform us before deduction. they didnt given any information and they deducted .Kindly take an action refund the amount . My Account No Is [protected], Jayanagar Branch, Bangalore
