HDFC Bank — relationship manager change request | |||
Hi.. I am not happy with the service of relationship manager... Can you please let me know how to change relationship manager at hdfc bank? My relationship manager is extremely slow. If i have asked any question she replies after 3-4 days post reminder. Post reminder she raises query with relavent team and that too she shares their response after 2-3 reminder and half the time she is on leave... Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi, I want to raise a request for the change of my Relationship Manager. I am not happy with the service due to following reasons -
1. I do not receive the callback from RM on the same day when I try to reach out
2. Whenever I raise a concern with him, he is more interested/focused on selling me HDFC products than providing the resolution. For instance, I recently raised a concern with a CC being assigned to my account when I was checking my CIBIL. When I reached out to my RM, he called back after 2 days and was pressurizing me more to get a CC upgrade instead of looking into the concern.
3. I tried to reach out to him last week multiple times as I had some queries with a loan, however, I have not heard back from him yet and its already a new week.
This is not the first instance, but I do not want to face similar instances going forward. Could you please help me understand the process for RM change?

Want to change my RM Akhilesh Yadav. It's been more than 2 months he is not able to solve credit card issue and now he has stopped responding from past 10 days.
