I have received a message from hdfc bank "alert:rs.199.00 spent via credit card xx9505 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:00:31:03 without pin/otp. Not you? Call [protected]."

I also checked my account and its showing me outstanding payment of rs.199.

First i am not sure how the transaction happened without pin/otp.
Secondly it can happen again if it has happened once.
It's clearly a fraud transaction.
Can you please help me out.

    The issue that I have experienced was: My Credit card was struck at HDFC Atm machine on 14.09.2019 evening and next day i called customer care executive and told about this. They told thay it will be delivered nearest bank with in 3 days. So i was continuously visiting HDFC Vishrantwadi branch but no proper response i got from them. They told to call customer care and even mail. But today it is 19.09.2019 and no call i got from any customer care executive and also today i came to know my card is destroyed. I am very disappointed by this as they destroyed my card without my approval and even i have told not to block my card. One more thing i have to make my O/s statement payment and i dont have card details to make payment. Felt very sad by the level service provided. Worst bank executive and dont entertain us well.

      I had applied online for HDFC Fastag via Appln# HFR175275 dtd 5th July 2019. Payment of Rs. 500 made through Standard Chartered Bank. I have neither received the Fastag nor have I received the refund (As instructed by Customer Care, I cancelled the Fastag). I have sent 4 to 5 emails to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com, but no response and no proper response from the Customer Care as well.

        From bank : i (Mr. Jitendra dudhediya, pba, nashik road branch) personally spoke with you and informed that your account loan ecs has been transferred to pnb account and dlink your loan instalment flag from the account hence you can close your account.

        As discussed request you to please visit at any nearest branch or nashik road branch for complaint your account closure formalities with carry the original id /address proof /debit card /cheque book. As per your convenience time.

        From my side:

        I went to your branch "address: shop no 3, aditya apartments, tidke colony rd, mumbai naka, matoshree nagar, nashik, maharashtra 422002" on 19 sept. 2019 @ 1:00 pm, but they are not doing closing procedure. I tried call to you on provided numbers (Mr. Jitendra dudhediya (Pba) on official land line no - [protected] or branch manager (Sanchita kshatriya, nashik road branch) on official land line no - [protected])
        But no one is picking call. [on both number i call more than 20 times from last 2 days]

        I am very much frustrated regarding your services and your are just wasting my time, i need to close account as soon as possible if you are not able to guide me properly, please assign any other executive to complete closing procedure.

        I am getting very very bad experience with hdfc bank nashik road branch not providing proper support to their customers.

            Hello sir,

            This is in reference to the transaction made in my account under the header of depository charges; without any intimidation by the hdfc bank.

            Kindly be informed that an amount of rs 807.33/- was deducted from my savings/salary account on 18 sept 2019 under the name of depository charges.

            Initially when we did not have demat account they forced us to create one without intimating us that they are going to charge annual fees and i received the call earlier from customer care i also speak him deny of this service. Now all of a sudden they have charged rs 807.33/-.. This is very bad and disappointing. And i have never used the demat account till now.. If i call the customer care they will not have answers. And they will not communicate that they are charging.. If they would had communicated that even if i don't use the account, still would be charged then i would have closed the account.

            And after all we are working hard and earning money. Kindly suggest how do we proceed with the same to ensure that in future, no such issue is encountered.

            Also, i request you to please refund the deducted amount to my savings account.

            Dear Customer,

            If you not using the demat account, we request you to submit application for closure of demat account and reversal of charges on prorata basis.
            We would like to inform you that the regulatory guidelines stipulate that Demat accounts can be closed only on receipt of valid closure requests received from the customer.

            Hence, we request you to please submit the closure form to any of our branches offering depository services. The form has to be duly signed by all the account holders.

            The form has to be submitted to the branch in person (at least one of the account holders) incase of transfer cum closure cum waiver request. To process the same, we request you to submit any one self attested copy of valid proof of identity which is mandatory for all the holder(s) viz PAN card, passport, Voter ID card, Driving license etc.

            There are no closure charges involved if the closure constitutes transfer of securities to another Demat account having identical name(s), identical PAN and order. For example, there are no off market transaction charges if all the securities are transferred from the Demat account in the name of Mr. Ramesh Tandon to another Demat account which is the name of Ramesh Tandon.

            The off market transfer charges in such a case shall be waived, subject to submission of the following documents by the account holder during closure:
            Annexure Q (copies enclosed) duly filled & signed by the account holder(s) with target DPID and client ID correctly filled up
            Duly certified (signed and stamped by the receiving DP) Client Master List (CML) or Original Crystal Report (CR) in case of CDSL Accounts obtained from the target Participant with whom the client has opened a new Demat account or maintains a Demat account
            Statement of Holding of the source account duly self-attested by the account holder.
            All unused delivery instruction slips (DIS) to be cancelled and surrendered along with the Annexure Q
            IMPORTANT: If all the above requirements are not met the waiver of off market charges will not be extended to you and you will be charged for the transfer to the other Demat account as per the tariff schedule agreed at the time of opening of Demat account.

            We request you to provide de-linking instructions separately for e-broking/online trading account.

            You may also contact HDFC securities at [protected]@hdfcsec.com to get additional clarifications.

            Also, Kindly note that, Demat account held in sole name with nil holdings and no outstanding Demat charges can be closed based on email insctruction from your registered email id to [protected]@hdfcbank.com along with your 8 digit demat account number (can be viewed under HDFC Bank Net Banking>>>Demat Tab) and DP ID

              Hi HDFC team, please provide latest update on this because In am still waiting for money to be credited back to my account
              Need to reduce my credit card limit from 90000 to 40000.
              Already i requested for Cancellation of One Assist Membership. But still now membership not cancelled and Again its renewed and amount debited from my Credit card. Its very worst service and return my amount and cancel the membership. This membership not use for me.

                I have been charged twice for my online transaction of premium payment in july 2019, which was reversed by insurance company to my credit card on aug 21, 2019, same mail has been shared with credit card team as i had logged a complaint but till date no resolution recd.
                Its been 2 months, amount is also not reflecting in my account and my been charged finance charges for the amount

I'm a existing customer of hdfc bank i took a personal loan and pay my emi on time 6 months but in March i met an accident and both my legs were fractured j lost my job and everything not able to walk properly hdfc bank representative calling me again and again from their personal number and landline number and abusing me and misbehaving me i politely apologize and ask few time for pay my amount but they didn't understand my problem and Harass me very badly.. I was the only source of income for my family now these days very difficult to survive here please help me...

                    After a call from [protected] who is Narendra Singh employee of Bajaj Finance (ID:[protected], told me that i'm eligible for a loan of 150000 and i paid the processing fees of the same in two part 1st part-5550 and then 2nd part-11000 total 16550. after that he told me to pay the N.O.C charge 13635.
                    So, i pay the amount to his given bank details:

                    IFSC CODE, (SBIN0000952)
                    BRANCH, VISAKHAPATNAM

                    Total amount that paid successfully-5550+11100+13635=30285

                    And now he told me again to pay more 17796 to get the loan.

                      Hdfc bank is a cheater bank i have purchased iphone x on cashback offer 12000 but it’s been two years i have not received any cashback i have the bill i have the account number. If i’m recieving cashback after this complaint too i will deactivate my hdfc current account.! Hdfc bank should pay for this. This is a cheater bank they make offers and leave the person on it’s own.

                        Not give any information about this charge or not any statement request done by me so why you cut this types of charge ?

                          I am using Fastag for quite a long time. Most of my transactions are from Hyderabad Nehru Outer Ring road between toll plazas Nanakramguda and Bongulur.

                          I noticed an over charge at Bongulur toll plaza couple of times. Here is the recent transaction dispute I noticed.
                          I have raised a grievance earlier on this transaction but I did not receive any communication on the same. I faced such dispute earlier as well after discussion with Grievance cell I wrote an email to fastag.[protected]@insolutionsglobal.com but no acknowledgement or reply from them.

                          [protected] - Nanakramguda to Bongulur - Deducted 60/- But ideally 45/- supposed to be deducted.

                          Its been more than 5 working days I raised a complaint through email.
                          Which is 100+ working hours but I haven't got any kind of acknowledgement on the transaction dispute.

                          I am wondering what is the right place to escalate this issue. At least somebody has to acknowledge the people's concern.

                            We are facing very difficult to get balance statement for closing loan account. As i came hdfc banerjee road branch for closing statement. They said after giving application i have to wait for 15 days to get statement. Here it is one day time taking process any type of closing work. For this simple work i have to come again after 15 days to get statement. So it is ridiculous decision taken by hdfc. Hereby i requesting pls do the needful at your end.

                                This is with reference to personal loan application no. 93620647 and reference i received from hdfc on writing to [protected]@hdfcbank.com e - mail interaction is[protected].
                                I am filing this complaint here after not receiving any concrete reply - except borrowing 5 days to resolve the issue 2 times each on my first and reminder mail respectively.
                                I am summarizing my complaints as follows:
                                Hdfc bank through its representative [protected]@gmail.com called me on 24th august 2019 offering me personal loan at rate of 10.75% on required loan amount of 2 lac for the tenure of 5 years. This interest rate was offered to me after i had shared my salary and all current liabilities with above mentioned representative.
                                On reaching the agreement of stated interest rate, and pre and post processing charges i agreed to share my all required documents –address proof, bank statements, salary slips, pan, aadhar, office id, even name of my wife and mother.
                                In every communication with hdfc bank i repeatedly requested and insisted that there should not be any change in any terms and conditions and they assured me each time that i needed not bother.
                                On 25th august 2019 i shared all documents with lady claiming herself from hdfc loan department and uday. [protected]@squaarecapital.co.in who she told as her senior and at that day too she assured me truthfulness of our agreement.
                                On 29th august 2019, hdfc representative dropped by my residence to get my signature on the docket and on 2 cheques without mention of amount on them. The docket too had no mention of emi amount and rate of interest. When i raised this concern, hdfc representatives assured me on phone, at that moment too, that i needed not worry regarding any change of roi and loan amount and the detail would be filled by bank. I believed in reputation of hdfc and complied. The visiting representative also took photograph of my house number.
                                On 30th august i received a call from the same lady and uday. [protected]@squaarecapital.co.in that applicable interest rate is 11. X% which i refused because it was sheer breach of agreement upon which i had shared my all documents.

                                You disclosed the actual interest rate of interest only after i had signed blank cheque in your name. You violated my right as consumer of informed choice. You obtained my personal and professional document on false commitment. When you were already in the possession of documents for more than 2 days why the docket you brought to me for signature was empty for emi and loan amount? Why you insisted me to sign the blank cheque?

                                Now, once i have refused to accept your loan for your breach of agreement, what you are doing now with my documents, why did not you return them? How you are ensuring that they will not be misused or copied somewhere else without my consent? What data protection policy of yours are safeguarding confidentiality of my personal and professional data and what evidence you provide me that they are safe? Or all these do not matter to you at all?
                                Throughout my interaction with you i never felt that i was dealing with a reputed multinational bank, rather whole conduct was like a rural money lender.
                                Your conduct has caused me immense mental and physical suffering and has wasted my time lot.

                                If i don’t receive any convincing explanation from you and do not see any visible action on the raised concern within few days, i will report to rbi as my very next step. I will take the matter to highest possible authority of rule of law to see at what level actually i am heard and treated with compassion. You just can get away with by documents by fooling me and then forcing me to put in a place where you can bargain with me at your discretion alone.

                                This is with reference to Personal loan application no. 93620647 and reference I received from HDFC on writing to [protected]@hdfcbank.com E- Mail interaction is[protected].
                                I am filing this complaint here after not receiving any concrete reply- except borrowing 5 days to resolve the issue 2 times each on my first and reminder mail respectively.
                                I am summarizing my complaints as follows:
                                HDFC bank through its representative [protected]@gmail.com called me on 24th August 2019 offering me personal loan at rate of 10.75% on required loan amount of 2 Lac for the tenure of 5 years. This interest rate was offered to me after I had shared my salary and all current liabilities with above mentioned representative.
                                On reaching the agreement of stated interest rate, and pre and post processing charges I agreed to share my all required documents –Address Proof, Bank statements, Salary slips, PAN, Aadhar, Office ID, even name of my wife and mother.
                                In every communication with HDFC Bank I repeatedly requested and insisted that there should not be any change in any terms and conditions and they assured me each time that I needed not bother.
                                On 25th August 2019 I shared all documents with lady claiming herself from HDFC loan department and uday.[protected]@squaarecapital.co.in who she told as her senior and at that day too she assured me truthfulness of our agreement.
                                On 29th August 2019, HDFC representative dropped by my residence to get my signature on the docket and on 2 cheques without mention of amount on them. The docket too had no mention of EMI amount and rate of interest. When I raised this concern, HDFC representatives assured me on phone, at that moment too, that I needed not worry regarding any change of ROI and loan amount and the detail would be filled by Bank. I believed in reputation of HDFC and complied. The visiting representative also took photograph of my house number.
                                On 30th August I received a call from the same lady and uday.[protected]@squaarecapital.co.in that applicable interest rate is 11.x% which I refused because it was sheer breach of agreement upon which I had shared my all documents.

                                You disclosed the actual interest rate of interest only after I had signed blank cheque in your name. You violated my right as consumer of informed choice. You obtained my personal and professional document on false commitment. When you were already in the possession of documents for more than 2 days why the docket you brought to me for signature was empty for EMI and loan amount? Why you insisted me to sign the blank cheque?

                                How can it be marked as resolved.Is this the site for without the consent of complainant the issue will be closed.
                                HDFC did nothing did not resolve the issue.What kind of justice it is -=Keep buying the time, linger the issue do not answer any query raised by complainant and then auto close the issue.

                                    I maintain salary account with hdfc bank, and it was never expected that you will charge me without prior information. Ach return charges were deducted from my account since 2 sips could not be deducted from my account this month. Please reverse the amount as i had no prior information about the charges. If i was informed in prior, i would have somehow maintained the balance. I had raised a complaint in the past and it was closed inappropriately withot refund being done. When it is time to market your products, you are approaching us with all the details. But when customer is at loss, you don't find it mandatory to inform the customer in prior. This is something no customer will be happy with. Please refund the amount, and do not close the complaint inappropriately.in case you fail to refund the amount, i will switch my salary account by the end of this month.

                                      I have applied for hdfc fasttag today (September 17th 2019 1:00pm) with reference number hfr246739 and at the end of payment on a "thank you" screen it shown as my fasttag application pdf is sent to my registered mail id, but till now i didn't get any mail of acknowledgement. I have paid amount of 500rs for this through my credit card. I have tried on the tool free number [protected] so many times but not able to reach as it continue to ring all the time and no response from the customer support team.

                                      After this i have noticed there are so many complaints registered on hdfc fasttag on their poor service. And now i regret that i made a wrong decision. I have a saving bank account with hdfc and i really value all its products but didn't expect this poor service. Please update me on the status of my application.

                                        Dear sir,
                                        I wish to complain about the fake call received by me from the so called termination department of hdfc life insurance, delhi from mobile no. [protected]. The person told me that i had taken a policy in the year 2012 march and paid a premium of rs.60000/- towards the same, i was also given the policy number and told that since the policy has a lock in period of 3 years and i have paid the premium for only 1 year, my policy had gone to their department for termination. If i pay the premium for 2 more years that is rs. 59000/- my policy would be regularised and i will be getting an amount of rs. 259000/- within 90 days. Then i was directed to one prathiba sharma (Mob no. [protected]) who was introduced as my relationship manager. She once again explained the procedure to me by paying rs. 59000/- the same would kept for not terminating my policy which i will be getting rs. 259000/- within 90 days.
                                        Since i suspected the call, i explained them to send to my email (Without enclosing my email), they in turn said this is where the action to be immediately taken and sending mail and reply would take time and my policy being terminated.
                                        The person said my name and complete address in detail correctly.

                                        On saying this without enclosing any of my detail, the person was forced to hang up the call without getting any details.

                                        Now calling my personal banker to verify these details suspecting the call bcoz call received from a mobile number and given a relationship manager number which was also a mobile number (On tracking through true caller nothing said it is from hdfc)
