I am an existing customer of your bank at the branch pillu khera mandi district kind haryana. I have been associated with the bank for a long time now and i consider myself a loyal customer of your bank. I am loading this complaint against one of your staff member at pillu khera mandi branch. His name is jai bhagwan as per my knowledge he is currently designated as branch manager. Kindly note the following sad incident that has happened with me and you the judge of it.
On 26/8/2019 at around 2:30pm, when i had gone to the hdfc branch to deposit money in to my account. I went to his cabin to talk to him but apparently he was in a bad mood as he almost annoyingly told me to go back i can't help you and he didn't even offered me to take a seat. He said to his guard through him out then i said please close my account then he said to me you can come tomorrow for close your account i don't care about anything these are the words he said to me. I know he is working but if he is not behaving well with his customer then he doesn't have right to be seat on that place. I didn't like his behavior and it proved hdfc bank have a arrogant staff, non cooperative staff, time pass staff mot working properly for customer's. I will be grateful if an amicable decision is provided on my complaint as soon as possible thanks

Respected sir / mam there is nothing left to discuss actually i don't want to go there again and get insulted or harrassed. Because i had already enough hance can you please tell me your bank employees don't have any protocol to follow and other side looks like a customer's satisfaction is not your bank staff goal because it's too late to get the justice for me so can you please explain me are you going to take action against him or you guys wants protect him to do these types misbehaviour with someone else and put your bank customer dealing standard down. Kindly let me know when you going to take strict action against him then no one else get insulted like me otherwise we have a four accounts with your bank from our family members then we are not staying anymore with your bank we will close our account thanks very much sir

Complaint marked as Resolved Branch manager came to my house and he reliesed his mistake and felt sorry so it's ok now thanx for your concern
