[Resolved] HDFC Bank — remove lien from my saving account

I have been using your credit and debit card for last 4 years. I met an accident and requested you guys to make the payment in small amount every month. I was making payment till month of october, sometime i paid 8 k and sometime it was 10 k. Then, there was month of november, 2018, i requested to wait for one month i will make the payment in the month of december, 2018. But i don’t understand how you guys work for your valued and loyal customer who keen to make the payment but you make it worst situation for them. No one called me or sent me an email and they used my debit card account lien my salaried account. I was about to make the payment but now i don’t money to eat. I am really not happy the way you treat your customers. If the lien was not removed from my account, i will not going to pay anything to the bank! I would appreciate and request you guys to remove lien from my bank account, so that i can make the payment of credit card and other bills. HDFC,

I was using your credit card since 5 to 6 years, and I made all the payments by time to time and made a good transaction with HDFC credit card. But I was meet with an accident and in my family I lost my parents, from that time it was a very difficult time to made the payment.after that HDFC credit card made the transition very difficulty for me. I lost my job and I was became like next to beggar. But now when I want to use the HDFC salary account HDFC credit card lien my account with the card. I want clear all the dues by small EMI. But for that HDFC credit card need to omit the lien so that I can run my life. If the lien not removeing from account I am not going to use HDFC anymore.

It is requested to HDFC kindly remove the lien from my salary account so that I can make my all payments.
