HDFC Bank — request to provide correct relieving letter

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is a kind request to you my Name is Md Abdul Rahim, I was working with HDFC Bank, Dharmanagar Br(1976), Officetilla, D.K. Road, as a Contract Sales Executive(EMP Id. CM22017) from January 03, 2011 to February 28, 2013. I have a resignation acceptance letter where date of leaving is mentioned but date of joining is not mentioned..
Sir, as per employers requirement, for showing my total work experience(For internal promotion) they are not considering my work experience with HDFC Bank due to this.I have attached my appointment letter, salary slips along with resignation acceptance letter.
My humble request is to, please provide me correct relieving letter which will very helpful to me.
