I am holding hdfc credit card no ending 7429
They are debitting my card for auto renewal of one assist without much concern
I have given a request for cancellation last year itself evsn then they are debitting
The person from one assist cancellation team is speaking rudely and telling every year i should give a cancellation request and he is asking proof of cancellation i have given last year which i don't have as i requested...

As per hdfc policy they are obliged to disburse home loan to farmers on cultivation land. However, bank manager denied to process the application as they don't have orders to give loan to farmers, which comes under gram punchayat jurisdiction. Even i am a salaried person and had sufficient agricultural land. It is requested to inform remedy for the same....

Ad hoc statment charge ₹118.00 deduct from my account

When i reach to branch regarding they cant provide proper solution as well as customer care told same answer.
But my point is that if i cant visit at branch on 04/07/2016 and dont take any statment according to my account so why they charge me ₹118.00
So need to clearification from bank or reverse my ₹118.00 to...

Still machine is not working, its been over 13 days, no response from your end. Not sure if hdfc is really serious to do business. Confirm back to us, so that we can go with other solution, instead of loosing so much business.

I have submitted online application for hdfc fastag on 26th november 2017. I have also paid 500. I got a confirmation e-mail with reference number hfr090737. Till now i haven't received my rf tag id or any update on this. The customer care number is not working and none of their regular bank customer care employees are aware this service. It's big disappointment that hdfc bank is involved in this kind of scam....

I have similar experience with hdfc bank. I use to have account with them and only reason i opened an account with them only because their debit card can be used on paypal. I was aware that i need to maintain average quarterly balance aqb (Rs 768) in my account but all of sudden they changed the rule from aqb to amb (Average monthly balance) without notifying me.

Please take necessary legal action against credit card division-hdfc bank and help me for the recovery of these unnecessary charges by hdfc credit card division till dated. As per my calculation and knowledge i have paid more than the principal amount on the card and the card was already blocked long time ago.
