I have already informed the collection executive from hdfc bank that i will pay the amount after 25th dec, today i. E., 20th dec i got call from [protected], i told him i will pay after 25th december, he stated he will send executive now and i need to pay right away, i refused it and told him i can't do it, then he said he will inform my parents, i said its ur wish, then finally he asked is the bank ur dad's property.. I had to scold him but after that he started abusing me and told me that i am a beggar and etc i can't describe what all words he used.
I do have the recordings with me, he threatened me very badly. I want to lodge a complaint against him and file a case as well.
I do not know why do the bank hire such people. If you have the possibility to check my account details please do. I know i have missed many payments, i am in very badly financial situation, but whenever i had money i paid it and couple of months back i had paid 15000 as well, i am only paying interest everytime. I have requested many executives or persons who call me for payment asking if this can be waived but no one bothered all they wanted was payment and there own target to be achieved.
