I had presented my party cheque of state bank of india, at my account holding branch (Hdfc bank, 2nd lane beach, parry's corner, chennai-600001, ifsc: hdfc0000166) on 14th dec. 2018.

I have received message from bank this cheque has been dishonoured. I went personally to branch to collect this cheque, but they say it has been sent by courier to my old address, where i had already instructed bank to change to new address, in a banks prescribed form.

Courier man has delivered to old address to somebody without even taking his mobile number. Till now, this cheque is not traceable for which i need to file suit for cheque dishonouring.

I request you to give me reply on this, otherwise i may have to file suit on this branch for their irresponsibility.

I look forward to your immediate action in this regard.

He said to me from his mobile number [protected] to share atm, otp, cvv for your old payment through payzapp/gateway and deducted my account no.[protected] from rs.1999/ dt.19/11/2018 ref. No.132505 and fruther rs.1999/dt.19/11/2018 ref. No. Pf[protected] total-3998. Therfore i want to reimburse my above money and action against fraud man.

    Dear Customer,

    The debit entries in your savings account(s), which shows withdrawals, have been made using the debit card. The usage of the debit card is incumbent on the PIN number, which is essential for operating the card. The said PIN is privy only to the customer and except the customer, nobody else can access the Debit Card and withdraw funds without the knowledge of the customer. Further, the said PIN needs to be kept discreetly by the customer without the same being shared with any person or persons as it may result in the Debit Card being misused. The misuse of the Debit Card cannot happen without a possible compromise of the PIN number. Based on the above information provided, the bank will not be able to bear the liability for the disputed transactions. We are however ready to offer our support by providing details of transactions, date, time, locations and all such data that could be useful for any investigation/ natural progression of the case.

      Dear sir or madam
      As per current regulations, i am informed that i have the option to take the hdfc maturity (Vesting) benefit and the surrender benefit in the following manner: take up to1/3 of the benefit as tax-free cash lump sum as per the current tax regulations. The rest of the 2/3 amount must be converted to an annuity. According to hdfc i must buy the annuity from hdfc as per the prevailing regulation.
      Due to prevailing personal and urgent unforeseen circumstances i do not want to be forced to buy the annuity from hdfc. After taking up the 1/3 of the benefit lump sum that they are allowing me to withdraw after 5 years, i am not interested in buying annuity from hdfc with remaining 2/3rd amount. I would like to have the option of taking the entire amount right away or alternatively at the time of maturity in 5 years i want the entire 2/3rd amount to be given to me lump sum.
      Currently hdfc is forcing the purchase of the annuity and this is not what i signed up for. Please provide me some practical options to pull the 2/3rd of my investments out of hdfc life pension super plus. Thank you

        Hi.
        I did my fastag application acknowledgement on 5th december 2018.
        Till now i haven't got my fastag courier.

        My application reference no. Is hfr092113

        I had called customer care couple of times and they say there is not inform about my details.
        The customer care people are only saying we have raised a complaint we will get back to you. No one is responding.

        Very poor service.

        I'm still waiting to hear from them

          Sir,
          I have a policy taken from LIC in which I was suppose to receive an amount from them in my account a sum of 10000rs. They have sent the money to [protected]. This is not my account number and also I have contacted Nana peth branch for the same. HDFC manager says this is not a valid account number but LIC has shown me the payment details of received amount in HDFC for the same. The UTR number is CMS[protected]. The payment is done from LIC on 7th July and is credited to above account on 10th July 18.
          Kindly check and revert where is the money gone

          Please cancel the one assist memebership on my credit card ending 8794 and pay my amount back because this was debited without my concern at tge earliest, I was not notified about it and i don even need the service.

            I have a salary account in hdfc bank opened on nov2018. The first month salary got credited on 28thnov18. On checking the transaction history on 26thdec18, i am able to see that theat there has been an deduction on 6thdec18 with the description as "installment pay. Transfer from casa."

            But i don`t remember authorizing any payments as such.

            Please let me know the details of the above deduction in hdfc bank asap.

              I am one of the hdfc customer. Dec 13 or 14 i have tried to withdraw rs 2000 from ahmedabad. But i couldn't able to take that money at the same time 2000 debited from my account. I contacted more than 3 times to the cherthala hdfc branch regarding this complaint registration. But they are not taking care of my complaint. This is my last attempt to register my complaint. I[censored] can't solve my issue. I can shift my account or cancel my current account. I have another options to start using other bank services

                Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

                I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

                I'm using hdfc credit card, card number ending with 5*8. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1899 rs on 24 dec 2018 with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
                And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                Please kindly take a notice and cancel the plan and repay my amount rs.1899 as soon as possible.

                So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also.

                  Hello,
                  I have applied a credit card from your branch with the application number 18L[protected]S5 as per the continuous phone calls from the branch employee. They told me to apply credit card with the basis of my other bank credit card, they told me 100% assured the card will approve to me, so i given my pan Adhaar copy, other bank credit card front copy, last statement and photo. i asked several times before the application whether it will approve or not? they told me it will. But today i checked it is decline stating without any reason. I have a good cibil score and there is no bounces in my history. earlier i have taken a two-wheeler loan from you and paid all emi's successfully without any delay. really this is not unfair service from your end to an applicant. false promises continuous phone calls, i think for collecting the important information from me it has done from your team. if card is not approved then i need my all collected documents back and a valid reason for rejection.

                  already wrote the mail and addressed with the reference ID [protected], in the last mail it is stated that We wish to inform you that the above credit card application is put through for review process as per existing guidelines/ internal credit and policy guidelines and we will update you upon completion of the same. I need a conclusion for the matter. while tracking the application number still it showing on decline status. OK if the card can't be offered to me please return my collected documents at least.

I am not interested about this service & don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

                      I have transferred money to one of my accounts with sbi ([protected]). My account () is debited but the other account ([protected]) is not credited with the amount. I have contacted phonepay regarding this and also sbi customer care. Phonepay says bank should provide a resolution, hdfc says sbi will give a resolution and sbi says it does not take care of the issue. I want to know where my money is.

                      Account is deactivated so we can not get beneficiary account statement. It has been a year since the SBI account ([protected]) is deactivated.
                      Cash back is not received for my reliance purchase of more than Rs. 10000 on August 15, 2018. As per offer expected to deposit in 90-120 days. Now it is more than 120 days.

                        Hi team,

                        I applied for hdfc loan on 12 dec 2018.
                        Loan application no. 63630885
                        Approved date: 15 dec 2018

                        An hdfc agent promissed me below quotations for personal loan.
                        Principal : 1, 00, 000 rs.
                        Tenure: 12 months
                        Emi: 8800 rs.
                        Roi: 10.99%
                        Charges: 1% of principal amount (I. E. 1000 rs. Exclusive of gst)

                        However, i was charged extra (Rs 1309) by the bank without prior intimation, as below.
                        Principal : 1, 00, 000 rs.
                        Received amount:96337 rs.
                        Tenure: 12 months
                        Emi: 8897 rs.
                        Roi: 12.25%
                        Charges: 2% of principal amount (I. E. 2359 rs. Inclusive of gst) + rs. 1309 (Unknown)

                        For more infor please read below,

                        After my application, an hdfc executive called for verification and informed me that the the roi would be 13.99% and pf 2% (I. E. Rs. 2359) inclusive of tax.
                        At that point i asked the exec to cancel the loan as it was higher than what my agent quoted.

                        Now, the agent calls me and assured me that he will talk to the bank and ask to lower the roi.

                        The exec calls me and tells me that they can lower the roi to 12.25%, but i will have to pay rs. 5000 as insurance along with 2% pf.
                        At which point i rejected the offer and asked to cancel the application again.

                        On informing this to the agent, he calls me again and tells me that he talked to the exec and the bank agreed to drop the insurance amount.
                        And i would now have to pay at roi 12.25%, pf rs. 2359 for principal amount 1lakh for 12 [protected]@emi 8897 rs/month, for which i helplessly agreed to as it was very urgent.

                        Now, after a day, i get an sms from hdfc that my loan amount of rs 1lakh has been disbursed (Without any final verification from bank). But, the amount that i received was rs. 96337.

                        On asking the agent on why amount of rs. 3663 was deducted from the loan amount, when the pf fee was just rs. 2359.
                        On which the agent said that the that amount is compulsory deducted as insurance (Rs. 1309 in this case).

                        Kindly look into this matter, as this is required from hdfc bank part to compulsorily inform the customer regarding all the charges incurred in providing the loan.
                        This does make me feel cheated from the bank side and the agent side. As they are using customer's urgency to their advantage and making the customers helplessly accept their expensive final offers.

                          Its regarding my loan repayment to the bank & on following up with the customer care executive she told me to mail the following

                          It has been 10 days and still i haven't received any breakdown from you guys regarding my payment.

                          Issue : no response from the hdfc team, mailed to [protected]@hdfc.com date :17th dec

                          Subject :please give me a detailed report of my charges till date including ecs, for loan amount: 50323238 & also change in the ecs from citibank to other bank.

                          Can you please explain me what is the issue? Inspite of calling and malling you guys for the detailed report of my loan, you guys don't at least bother to costumer queries.

                          Please note i have paid all the car loan emis till date without anything pending.

                          I can't pay extra money, as you guys are taking the ecs amount along with the cheque bouncing charges, which i am not aware.

                          I would request you guys to give me a detailed explanation of my query, else i will take required action.

                          This is the worst costumer service from the bank, i want it to be resolved simply sending sms for payment with fines won't help.

                          Can i know why it wasn't adressed earlier sending me fees of 2650/- for payment through sms doesnt solve the purpose.

                          Also while giving the loan you guys cook up stories & once loan is over there is no proper support from a big bank like yours.

                          I want the issue to be resolved immediately without delay and an answer for my mail.

                          (Kindly note this is not the first time of grievance for me).

                              Sub-waive off my late fee, financial chareges and igst of month (Statement date14/11/18).

                              We would like to inform you that i am utilizing your bank’s credit card for last two years, we are receiving credit card statement on 14th to 15th of every month. Due to some family problems, i couldn't payment of statement date 14/11/18

                              I kindly request you to waive the late fee (06/11/18), igst (06/11/18), and financial charges (14/11/18).
                              I am unable to pay all these charges.
                              As a good will gesture to a loyal customer of yours.
                              Incase you are not making waiver of the above charges, then i will surrender the credit card which please note.
                              I kindly request you to waive the late fee and financial charges as well all taxes.

                                  I had been charged a huge finance charge on my credit card statement which i was not aware of, as the bank had never sent me the credit card statement by post.
                                  On enquiry, i was informed that the statement was delivered to a third party and his signature was wrongly taken and my credit card statements were wrongly given to him, i have proof of this as sent by the bank.

                                  I complained about this to the bank, including giving my confidential information to a third party and also charging me interest without any fault of mine. However, no response has been received in the last two months.

                                  Kindly look into this at the earliest.

                                  I sent the details to the bank based on their response, after which the bank has not reverted at all.
                                  HDFC Bank has WRONGLY marked the above complaint as resolved without bothering to call me or reply to my message to them.

                                    I received a message from hdfc that my bsbd account has been opened and that on 17th Dec the kit has been sent but today is 25th and I still haven't received the kit which was supposed to be delivered in 7 days...I was given a contract number for any assistance but the number provided doesn't work..none of their number works and I'm unable to talk to any of their customer care executive to address my issue.

                                      Hdfc bank are the one who directed me to one assist but really this company is not taking any request and auto payment mode is activated in my credit card. When i asked for the hdfc bank help they are not responsible.

                                      I din't expect this irresponsible behaviour from hdfc

                                      I'm using hdfc credit card since last 10 year card number ending with 4*1. My account is activated with one assist mfee and charged amount 1399 rs with out my knowledge. I want to cancel the unauthorized plan against my card, and also credit my money in my credit card which you have deducted in my credit card account.

                                      Also this is unfair that you cannot deduct the amount from the credit card without prior notice through call/message.
                                      And hdfc bank also has to recheck this issue with the auto payment modes.

                                      This is the 2nd year i'm requesting again for the cancellation of this one assist plan. Please kindly take a notice and cancel the plan and repay my amount rs.1399 as soon as possible.

                                      So request you to please cancel this activation against my credit card, and refund my money also on priority.
