[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — reversed transaction not credited

I got a text message saying Ur transaction on HDFC Bank DEBIT/ATM Card ending 6135 for Rs. 4700.00 has been credited/reversed by GOOGLE *Hotspot Shield on[protected]:12:36:57 but still my account balance is not credited the amount, kindly help.

I have sent an email on the mentioned email id with details

Sir/Madam, My name is Sreekanth, i have hdfc credit card ending with xxxxx1577. In my credit card 1299rs was deducted for one assist membership ( relationship no. is 3309705). I won't be a member of OneAssist. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

I submit c/o address and the request is rejected . It took 1 month to reject. My last 3 address are c/o address. The worst experience. Now I should close the account with hdfc bank as in market more than 10 banks offering credit card with good customer service..

I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. I am scared as it's a large sum please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the Amazon has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?
