Every morning i usually check my account balance through net banking. On 21st dec 2017 when i was checking balance it shown me balance 2000 less than expected. Then i request for account statement then i came to know on 17th dec 2017 rs 2000 was deducted for rd account via atm. When i check my account balance on 18th, 19th, 20th it was correct but suddenly on 21st dec it got deducted and shown me rd account transaction done on 17th dec 2017.
Then through net banking i liquidate rd account balance to my saving account. But i was shocked that bank can transfer your account balance to any other account without account holder permission.
But i am still in doubt whether my rd account is closed or not. I called customer care team of hdfc but they told account is closed but i am sure they will deduct amount in next month also.

    My EMI for Auto Loan was regularly deducted from my Axis Bank account on the due date i.e.7th of every month but in November 2017 I was penalised with a sum of Rs 649 for not maintaining balance though I have deposited sufficient amount on the same day, in afternoon. Unfortunately, this month my account got freezed due to KYC query without any intimation. Having more than sufficient amount in account and EMI not deducted on the due date make me shock. I called up to Axis Bank and learned that resubmission of KYC documents is necessary although I have updated it last year. Freezing a very much active account without any intimation is not acceptable. After resubmitting the documents next day, I was informed it will take a week to activate my account as it is strictly under the control of Central Office. On the day itself I called up HDFC Bank and requested for alternative means of payment as my account have been freezes. They told me that it is not possible to pay by cash until the generation of list by higher authority. So I have waited. After few days, I received a call from Customer Care service for making the payment by cash. Next day, i.e on 19.12.2017, the amount was paid along with a penalty Rs 649. And today i.e 21.12.2017, they have deducted the EMI again from my account. When I called HDFC, they replied it will be redeposited again after someday. Fine, I can wait for the redeposition of the sum in my account. But my complaint is HOW MUCH PENALTY WILL YOU PAY ME FOR YOUR NEGLIGENCE??? Kindly go through the matter and refund my money along with charge for debiting twice as soon as possible. This is my humble request to HDFC BANK Ltd. Please make your customer happy always.

      I applied for home loan to HDFC. The coordinator of my home loan was Mr Rahul, HDFC limitd, SCO 14, Sector 14 Gurgaon.

      Demand from the Signature Global (builder) was Rs 5, 48, 218 after adjustment of 5% payment made to the company. The coordinator above Mr Rahul asked me to pay builder the balance 5% amount i.e. Rs 147, 779.00 then only the loan will be disbursed to the builder. I paid Rs 147, 779.00 to the builder.

      Disbursement of the balance 90% of the demand by the builder i.e. Rs 400, 439 was to be done by HDFC to the builder.

      However HDFC disbursed 100% payment i.e Rs 5, 48, 218.

      Thus HDFC has disbursed excess amount of Rs 147, 779.00 to the builder on which I am made to pay the Interest HDFC.

      In view of the above it is requested to kindly take back excess disbursed loan amount i.e. Rs 147, 779.00 from the builder and revised interest on the amount of Rs 400, 439.00 from me be charged.

        Hello Team,
        This is in regards to the transaction failure, which happened on Nov 3rd 2017. If you look into the transaction details or the attachment that I have sent you, on that day I have initiated a transfer of Rs.2500 where in the status shows that it was failed. Since it has showed me failed status to send the amount, I have sent the amount to that person through another mode.
        Now When I called Payzapp customer service agent, he says that the transaction happened and the money has been debited from the account. How can the app shows me a wrong information. It looks like I have paid the amount twice. This is ridiculous. I want my money back. You showed me status as failed and deducted the amount.
        Request you to take necessary action on Payzapp, so that the problem will not be repeated.

          I had tried to book a few train tickets on irctc.co.in last Tuesday (12-Dec-17).
          The transaction failed but my money was deducted. When I had contacted the irctc customer care I was promised a refund within 3-7 working days. It has now been more than that and I am starting to get worried. The transaction ID would be [protected]. Can Someone help me here.

              unauthorized transactions

              I have applied for hdfc fastag through online and made payment of 300 inr (200 for security amount & 100 as the top up amount). The reference number of the application is hfr018401. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.

              There is no way to contact hdfc fastag guys as the customer care number given is busy or not being attended.

                    My self om dwivedi. Nd i hail from allahabad. I have a big concern towards ur hdfc bank regards services... And misbehaving by your hdfc bank staff with me... Nd. Main matter is dt... I went ur hdfc bank civil line alld (0226) branch. Here i met mr. Shishir srivastava (Bm). And manoj pandey (Abm). Anjana yadav (Pb). Ravish asfq (Bbm). Cluster head ajay gupta (Ch). Those staff did same things with me... Like misbehave and talking very uninteresting tone... Basically i went to hdfc before 10 days and there i want to open my sb a/c with ip amt 20k and all kyc and another formilites done... Yet they told me next days... We are not able to open your a/c... And... I try to discuss with all guys... They just try to pass on nd just pass on to each other and i went there many times nd meet many persons.... I don't know wt is the reason... They didn't explain abt that and also talked very high pich tone... I nvr expect with hdfc bank ltd... Through dis nonsense type of behavior of his own staff... I would like to say that... Kindly listen my request as per concern and provide me exact resolution towards my concern and also take an action of that staff which names are already mention above lines.

                        My hdfc credit card no.[protected].
                        1) i received hdfc advt. 2 call at the early hours of 4.42 am and 4.43 am on 21.12.2017. They disturbed my sleep and what is the need for making advt. Call at the early hours.
                        2) at 4.58 hours i received a message (Sms) stating that rs.22012.44 was spent on ur hdfcbank credit card ending 2653 on[protected]: 04.42.38 at total visa [protected]: avl bal - 181349.56, curr o/s - rs.22650.44
                        Please confirm what it actually meant for

                            Your trx is debited to hdfc bank credit card for rs. 6899.00 in gurgaon at guesthou1254928 on[protected]:05:30:19. This is not an authenticated trx as per rbi mandate effective 1 may 12.

                            Not sure how this transaction happened. I need refund for the transaction

                              Dear sir/madam,

                              This is to bring to your notice that hdfc bank limited, shyambazar branch, kolkata (W. B) has been harassing the consumers like us for no fault of ours. As on 17th nov'17 we got to know that super avenue service station accounts (Current account:xxxxxxxxx0024 and xxxxxxxxx0056) are sealed/blocked on phone inquiry we got ambiguous replies (E. G a/c blocked due to aadhar not linked, however the same was linked long back), on further ascertaining to the bank we got to know for the outstanding esic dues the account was sealed.

                              As on 30th nov'17 we have received one letter from bank that rs 49198.00 is debited as on the aforementioned date from account for esic dues (Note: the dues of esic was rs 61993.00 + interest rs (10*17.45)=rs 62167.50 and the bank balance was rs 68047.00), kindly notice even after having adequate funds in account they did not remitted the dues.

                              Rs 17.45 per day w. E. F 14/11/2017 interest will be incurred till the date of remittance will be levied.

                              Till data as on 20th dec'17 super avenue service station account is not unblocked for the reason unknown to us. Despite providing proper letters from esic for revocation of sealed account hdfc bank refusing to unseal/unblock account adding to that representative from super avenue service station are harassed and mistreated by bank employees.

                              Kindly also note there is no bank manager we could contact, as per the employees there is no bank manager for hdfc bank limited shyambazar branch, kolkata, only an alternative for bank manager is there whose name is supposedly mr rishiraj garai (Not sure whether it is real name or not as he could not furnish us with employee id) there is another bank employee whose name is supposedly mr abhijit nath from whom we are subjected to extreme harassment even when we were depositing money in our respective account. Both mr rishiraj garai and abhijit nath extemely tormenting and abusive. I hope this is how they deal with customer to extort money with out any notice or intimidation.

                              Kindly note we are facing huge losses due to the unforeseen and deliberate act of sealing the account linked with business.

                              Please take strict action against the bank and their highly abusive employees
                              And help resolve the above complaints made at the earliest.

                              Why we were insisted to visit the branch when the same was visited few days back where we gad to encounter harassment and threat by the same person named Mr Rishiraj Gorai.

                                My name is hardik. I am using credit card of hdfc bank. My registered mobile no. Is [protected]. I have been charged rs. 135 on 11/10/2017, rs. 99.38 & rs. 73.72 on 18/10/2017, rs. 91.62 on 18/11/2017, rs 86.81 on 18/12/2017. These charges are without any reasons and information asked by hdfc credit card. I was not informed about any such charges while taking card. Also every month new charges are taken by hdfc.

                                I want refund of all these charges immediately. Such kind of credit card companies cheating and looting customers.

                                Dear Customer,

                                We wish to clarify that the referred charges have been levied in the Credit Card account towards the Finance Charges, Late Payment Fee and EMI interest billed to your card account. As per the current Finance Bill, all fees and transaction charges levied in your card account will attract a rate of GST @ 18%. In terms of these guidelines provided by the Finance Bill, the Bank will be levying the GST accordingly. We would like to clarify that, effective July 01, 2017 service tax rate of 15% is replaced by Goods & Service Tax (GST) at 18% and thereby like to confirm that GST component once charged will not be liable for any reversal. GST is a government initiated item and a government guideline on taxes, as a bank we are abiding by it. Hence, we regret our inability to reverse the same.

                                This is to inform you that no such charges were told to us while taking card. Moreover all theae financial charges a d lete payment fees were wrongly debited from our card which are refunded by hdfc on making complaint. Then why we would bear GST on such charges. Gst is also wrongly charged for txn.
                                We want refund of all such charges otherwise will make complain in consumer court.

                                  Iam kuchimanchi kishore, i applied for hdfc bank credit card on 29/11/17. On 1 dec i got reference no[protected]s3. After 3 days when i verified i got that my card was disapproved, though i got verification calls and physical verification also done. On 11 dec i got a call from hdfc bank he asked for my itr acknowledgment which is self attessted. He said if you submit this your card will be approved. Immediately i provided them the documents. On 15 dec i got a message that your application is in reprocess request and status will be communicated in 7days. Later 19th dec i received another msg stating that process is completed, chech site after 2 days. Today when i verified my stastus
                                  Disapproved. Stating in remarks they said disapproval of credit card application does not reflect your credit standing or your financial stability. I wasted my time but my card was rejected without valid reason. I want a valid and clear reason for my card disapproval according to rbi norms and i want my documents back or else i will file a complaint in consumer court.
