Hi sir. This is vetrithambi ss. I’m hdfc bank preferred customer (Working cognizant employee from 2012, also hdfc bank using 08/08/2012 from still now). When i applied for the personal loan, your verification team went to validate my details in my older address which i stayed before. I haven’t updated my new address by that point of time when i applied for the loan.

Name : “ vetrithambi. S. S from prabu. S. S “

I have changed my new address in the bank records prior to 6 months ago. Hope, verification team validated with my older address prior to this address change.

Request you to look into this and consider my new address for verification. And also please remove my personal loan request which was considered under ric and do the needful for my loan approval. I will support your all verification please.

This is my mistake. Please resolve this problem asap.

Hi Sir.I am Kongala.Kutumbarao.
I am a HDFC holder.
Customer id 57664327.I am using hdfc account since 7 years.One time I taken personal Loan in 2015 and it was completed. And again I applied for personal loan in 2017 at that time I given a my company branch address for verification and my loan was rejected. From that time my loan was rejecting many times I was applying for loan that it was showing RIC Negative. So please slove my problem so that I can continue in hdfc.So please slove my problem as early as possible sir.
