My salary account (In hdfc bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account (Without informing me or warning me) i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. After that now i have to open a salary a/c so I logged into my account for some reason on 1st August and i see that i have rs -2100 in my account. I request you to please take action against this and convert my savings a/c to salary a/c .. They have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the customer.

    How to close the hdfc dinners club credit card, i reached to bank also they are not helping and just telling we dont have those information please contact customer care, and i tried by calling[protected] but it say's only one thing repeatedly please vist hdfc.com site and if select option 2 they will speak only for the card blocking request, really it is very bad and also i droped a credit card closure from in the hdfc bank bangaore mg road branch

      I having account no [protected] in hdfc bank in ulhasnagar 4 branch, and I have requested for change in my address and it's not been done since week, i want it on urgent basis and as already a week past, every time i visit bank they keep in saying that it will take time and all, poor customer service provided ever

        My salary account converted itself and bank charged me approx 5000 rs which is a huge amount. I visited bhosari branch in pune where manager told me that he will waive off but it will take 10 days for this to happen and its a month now nothing has been changed also they have added more charges. Worst experience with this bank.
        Please help to resolve this so that i can continue to use uninterrupted services from hdfc in future.

          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has charged one assist mfee of 1899/- in credit card statement on 05/08/2019 and send through mail. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and resend the credit card statement.

            Dear sir/madam,

            I want complaints against hdfc bank. Hdfc bank debited 6000/- rs. From my account to bharti cellular mobile number [protected] on dated 5th august 2019.

            The thing is that i don't have any account in bhati cellular (Airtel) but still credited in own account. I inform to bank regarding this by mail and phone but they do not given proper respond.

            Transaction show in favour of bharti cellular got this amount. And most important this transaction done without my knowledge.

            Transaction date :- 05 aug 2019

            Merchant / atm name
            Transaction amount :- tbs billpay-bharati cellular ltd-[protected]

            Disputed amount :- 6000/-

            Bank also confirm that this amount is credited to bharti cellular timited. But how can do credited that i don't have any account inthis company.

              Hello hdfc team,

              My name is shubham kumar a/c no.- [protected] baldev nagar ambala haryana. Like i am a student and i have no income source to maintain my minimum bank account balance. I have negative account balance in a/c about 8325/-. This amount might look very small for you, i am not able to clear the negative amount.

                not able to add beneficiary as it doesn't search ifsc code of the benefactor

                I did open an account with hdfc bank 3 months ago.
                Since then i have tried to use netbanking but i am not able to add a beneficiary.
                When i login and choose adding beneficiary but after entering account number of beneficiary it demands the ifsc code of the same but in the box provided i cannot add the code manually neither it searches on intermet.

                I have to reset my net-banking pin. There are 2 options :

                1) registered number + debit card — i can't use this because i have the debit card, but i have not created it's otp (By that green otp method)

                2) registered number + e-mail : now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

                Ps: this used to work earlier, i have had reset my ipin by this method twice earlie

                  There has not been a single day for past few months when i don't get a call from hdfc bank for loans, inspite of me being in the dnd registry. I have been marking the call as spam and have also been blocking the number, but then i get a call from a new number. This is a big harrassment, invading into my privacy and i need it to stop. I am a customer of hdfc bank.

                      Dear sir,

                      The heist by hdfc goes like this:

                      1.in november 2018, i ordered a samsung mobile phone (Though my wife) online for rs. 23, 499.94 using my hdfc credit card.
                      2. On 11th november 2018 i decided that i do not need the mobile and hence cancelled the order.
                      3. I was told by samsung customer care that the amount will be refunded and the emis will stop automatically.
                      4. However, hdfc very deceptively credits rs.24000/- and the emis are being deducted every month and neither hdfc or the samsung informed us about the emis getting deducted since nov, 2018 till date.
                      5. More than rs. 2000 going out from my credit card account every month since nov, 2018 till june 2019.
                      6. Hdfc bank was blaming samsung and vice versa.
                      8. I have been requesting for reversal of all emis illegally taken so far, but no response from hdfc.
                      9. I have been requesting for my credit card statement till date, but no response from hdfc

                      Cancellation of the product email from samsung has already been forwarded to hdfc (Reproduced below). But no response.

                      Also hdfc is not sending me monthly credit card statement to [protected]@gmail.com despite my several requests

                      Requested several times to reverse interst, financial charges, late fees, gst etc etc etc charged to rip me off!

                      Kindly request you to look into the matter and give justice to me or they will take one more emi this month also.

                      Now hdfcs paid collection agent goondas started calling me

                      HDFC not sending me updated statement reversing all EMIs and other charges that HDFC illegally taken from me and charged me

                      There are few unnecessary Late Fees, IGST & Finance Charges in the statement. As already agreed, Please reverse all Late Fees, IGST & Finance Charges.

                      Please send latest statement reversing all interest, Financial charges, fines, penalties, GST etc etc etc, so that I clear everything and get rid of it..Otherwise again there will be interests and fines this month also for no fault of mine..

                      I need to close this immediately as ive been harassed for last 3 months as no one responded me earlier!!

                      Also, pls educate your paid collection agent goondas whats the issue here and not to disturb me.

                      They dont have any background & talk rubbish!

                      I need to close this TODAY!!!

                          I had purchased iphone by using my debit card on 6th april 2019 for rs. 58691. I was eligible for 10% cashback for the amount of rs. 5869/-. Also, it was stated that the cashback will be received within 120 days. So basically 120 days are already over and i haven't received my cashback yet.
                          You understand this being the hard money for a consumer. Kindly resolve at earliest.

                            Hi,

                            This mail is in regards to my home loan application no.[protected].

                            I have applied this loan application with help of your representative mr. Pradeep xxxx. From borivali east dattapada branch. I would like to inform that it has been very unfortunate to have my time wasted on approaching hdfc bank for the loan.

                            Firstly, mr. Pradeep had been very unresponsive at times and not transparent about the facts of the application. Had to approach branch manager mr. Edwin samson for my case and that's when i was asked to communicate with mr. Rakesh gehlot for further updates who later has been helpful. During these times when i was in contact with pradeep, i was never informed..

                            1. That even if hdfc bank doesn't respond customers with the "amount of the loan that can be sanctioned" and/or the "rate of interest", bank can still charge processing fee to the customer.

                            2. The standard market rate of interest for home loan currently stands at 8.5 % to 9.5 % (At least that's what i was expecting). To my shock, i was informed by rakesh that for me roi will be 10.5%.

                            3. Till date i am not yet informed about the loan amount that can be sanctioned by any of your representatives.

                            4. Initially when i submitted all of the necessary required documents which clearly states that i have a business running from last 3 years which doesn't qualifies the criteria for sanction of loan, why would your representative still process my application and charge me for the same knowing that this factor doesn't suits the criteria?

                            5. Just fyi, i am a preferred hdfc bank customer for saving a/c from past 7 years with customer id 38048073. All of my incomes in these years had only this account for banking.

                            6. This application was a joint application with my mother mrs. Radha dinesh sharma. Who also has preferred savings a/c with your bank (Id[protected]. She has a fixed sustained income of ₹ 65000 p. M generated just through the rent apart from other incomes. Documents justifying this was also been shared.

                            7. Apart from this, even my current a/c for my business entity m/s jtech innovations (Proprietary firm) had hdfc as the banker. A/c no.[protected] from last 3 years

                            Considering all these accounts that we hold with you and these years of banking relationship that i had with hdfc and only hdfc, i was never given any proper support or information for the application of this home loan.

                            Even after this ordeal, i hope my request for reviewing the application will be looked upon by the bank, by providing me the details of the loan amount that can be sanctioned with a fair rate of interest (The standard market roi)

                            I look forward to positive reply on this matter at the earliest. Failing to respond on timely manner or replying with high roi would eventually result in "change of bank" along with refunding me the processing fee of ₹ 11, 800/-
                            They need to work properly they are doing a kind of scam by taking money and saying you not eligible and what not they need to stop it please look into and stop this

                                Hdfc bank has been charging me continuously from 3 months for a credit card which is not even delivered to me. I never used this credit card and still the bank is charging me money for unknown payments and fee.
                                I tried calling the bank customer care but everytime they are forwarding the query and hanging the call. I have also sent email to hdfc customer care but no luck. This is worst experience of holding slaary account and credit card with hdfc.

                                  On August 10th, 2019, I made a payment of 6000 rupees at a merchant. That payment was not successful but money got deducted from my account. I contacted bank representatives, they asked me to wait for 2 working days. But it was not resolved. I contacted them again today, now they had asked me to wait for 7 working days for no reason. I somehow agreed on this, but, a few hours later, a friend of mine transferred Rs. 500 to my account( on August 19th, 2019) and we were about to place a order for food, but, the amount which he transferred was put on hold by account for no reason. I again contacted them( a girl named pooja picked up my call), she told me that this amount has been put on hold due to MI revenue. I asked her, what is MI revenue, she was not aware of that. Why do you keep such representatives which do not even know the terms of your company. Also, in this whole paragraph, I have already explained that I am in a loss of 6500 rupees just because of HDFC bank's carelessness and even now they are not willing to resolve this.

                                  I am looking forward to get a resolution of this issue on consumer complaints forum. Let's see what's gonna happen!!

                                    Please find the attached referance screen shots & documents from your credit mantri equifax credit report regarding nagative account status showing on my credit report.i have paid my loan fully and closed the loan on 20.11.2018.but in your report it showing as loan closed and still showing as nagative account.(if loan is closed and how come it shows as nagative account in status.) I have checked in other report(cibil, highmark, experien) it is ok.but on your credit mantri report it is showing as nagative in status. I have attached loan closer certificate for your referance.
                                    I request you to pls rectify the nagative status account from equifax report shared by credit mantri and remove nagative account statusfrom the report.

                                      Hi,

                                      I Did not receive my refund from instamojo that has to be credited to my HDFC Bank Account. The Instamojo venodor says that the transaction is successfull
                                      and gave me the ARN number[protected] on June 20 2019.

                                      But still I did not receive my refund. Also tried to contact hdfc customer care service not responding.

                                      Kindly help me with this issue.
