Hi team, my account is with a negative balance of rs 22000 which includes. My car loan and personel loan. The loan wasnt paid on time becuase of some financial. Crunches which i am facing since last 6 months. So i the loan automatically gets deducted on last day of everymonth as the account is a salary ac. Now account got blocked due to no reason. When i asked the team, they said due to kyc, it is blocked. I am not able to receive any funds...

I have not done any transaction from my credit card ending:4124.

And also it was conveyed initially by your representative that it is lifetime free card.

But still, my statement balance is 589 rs which is due by 9th of august and there is no such transaction done. And the bank is not even showing why it is charging that amount.

This is with complaint on hdfc personal loan cheating and fraud.
Issue started on june 20th where i logged into hdfc net banking and there was an online advertisement on net banking portal for personal loan with 3 mins disbursement. I further proceeded to check the eligibility and criteria with filling the personal details and it was showing pre-approved loan of rs.2, 50, 000 and normal loan of rs.4, 80, 000.

Before one and half months your team member call me related to getting bonus of this insurance. So i submitted all these required documents. I had raise a request from amazon for return a product and as per amazon the return was done on 6 july with the ref. no.[protected] but till now i haven't received my amount which should be 999/- so many time i coordinate with Amazon or hdfc costumer care. But from now both are playing blam game....

Cancellation of one assist membership

Credit card application decline without cause

Hi,
After processing my application, conducting credit checks, collecting applications, 3 calls for verification, calling my references and visiting my place of employment, i am not getting a clear reason for rejection.
I would like to know what went wrong in my application and any guarantees/mitigations required....

I got a sms from my bank that i have spent 199 via credit card at amazon without pin/otp. Where there was no payment done by me or my amazon account dosent show any purchase. I can see many people complaining about similar sms.

Sms says -

"alert:rs.199 spent via credit card xx8121 at amazon1258399 on[protected]:18:31:28 without pin/otp."

Please refund the amount asap....

I am avdhesh yadav customer of hdfc bank (A/c-[protected]) i did my transection of an amount of 6000rs through bank of india atm on 09/07/2019 between 11:00am to 11:30am but amount not received but deduct on my account on same time im raised my online complain through ref no 1953321 before 24hr on my hdfc bank but still not giving any solution behalf of hdfc bank.

I have savings max account in your renowned bank. On 26th july, an amount of rs.1313 have been debited from my account without prior notification. When i google the transaction i came to know that these are some bank charges. I don’t have any deal with your executive regarding these charges. Hi, i have salary account in hdfc 1.5 years back when i was working at that time. After that i changed company & they provided other bank account. But my hdfc exsisted old salary account showing -7951 balance.
The bank converts my salary account converted into savings account & charged monthly.. Now its 7901 negative balance. Without my permission how can the bank convert my salary account into savings account? Even they are not intimated...
