On August 10th, 2019, I made a payment of 6000 rupees at a merchant. That payment was not successful but money got deducted from my account. I contacted bank representatives, they asked me to wait for 2 working days. But it was not resolved. I contacted them again today, now they had asked me to wait for 7 working days for no reason. I somehow agreed on this, but, a few hours later, a friend of mine transferred Rs. 500 to my account( on August 19th, 2019) and we were about to place a order for food, but, the amount which he transferred was put on hold by account for no reason. I again contacted them( a girl named pooja picked up my call), she told me that this amount has been put on hold due to MI revenue. I asked her, what is MI revenue, she was not aware of that. Why do you keep such representatives which do not even know the terms of your company. Also, in this whole paragraph, I have already explained that I am in a loss of 6500 rupees just because of HDFC bank's carelessness and even now they are not willing to resolve this.
I am looking forward to get a resolution of this issue on consumer complaints forum. Let's see what's gonna happen!!

HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
As per telephonic conversation, I went to HDFC baldev nagar branch and filled up bank closure form there. so now kindly close my bank account as soon as possible.
