This is further to my recent interactions (Via email) with the hdfc executives from the customer care team, i have mentioned the details as below.

Recently i have applied for an instant loan through hdfc website, as i don’t have an savings account with hdfc, hence i have send an email to the customer care and have requested them to process the loan through neft as i am not residing / working in the address which is been updated in the records, but i haven’t received any proper response for the same and later, i have got an acknowledgement for the same as well, and later i have received an sms which confirms the processing of the loan. I did not got any call from the executive on the same all i m getting is an automated email.

Please have this sorted out, all i am requesting is to process the loan through neft if not please cancel the same asap.

At last i have send an email to nodal officer also (Mr. Sundar krishnamoorthy) email id : [protected]@hdfcbank.com, today at 9.26 am explaining everything, however no response from him also, so i am helpless and have to write here.

I hope i made myself clear sit on the same.

    My account was inactive from more than 36 months but unfortunately, my itr was deposited into that by the income tax department, don't know why. If my account is inactive from the last 36 months then it should be deactivated automatically and it should not allow the transaction from the income tax department. Now i unable to use my returned amount, i have to fill an exam. I planned for it. Really bad service from hdfc.

    From my last 2-3 experiences with hdfc, i strongly suggest that you never go with any kind of service with hdfc bank. It's really not a good bank, even the staff does not know how to talk with customers.

    Please resolve my problem with hdfc.

    I went to the HDFC on 10th October for account closure request and a bank person told me to come the next day after all formalities to collect Demand Draft but I decided to go after a few days because I am quite aware of HDFC bank services and it was as expected, nothing is done yet. Really a bad service by HDFC bank, so unprofessionalism by HDFC bank.

      It was my salary account but then i left the company and it got converted to savings account, there were charges getting deducted for non maintenance of minimum balance in account. But in january 2019 i joined another company and shared the account details of my previous account of hdfc and shared a letter and mail also from my current employer to convert the account back to salary account with authorised signatory in the month of march 2019 and all but still bank is deducting charges for non maintenance of minimum balance and they are having no clarification for the same. Its very serious and troubling thin because my hard earned money is getting deducted that too mistake of bank and they are not able to solve the issue. Its highly negligence for customer support and its purely harrasement of the consumer. There should be penalty on bank for negligence of consumer services. Its purely a fraud o[censored]nauthorised charges and mental harassment.

      This is the follow up mail to bank for conversion of the account but no response from bank till date, and still deducting money till date. They should now be liable to return the amount for the time period for which to hey have deducted amount after conveying them the message for conversion of savings to salary account, and even they should be penalised for this unauthorised deduction and giving this mental harassment that too after informing them and providing them all the necessary information the requested. Its purely a fraud and negligence of consumer services with unnecessary usage of power and position against general public and general consumer. I would like to file a case against them for the same. Since i’m having all the proofs required to get it done.

      Thanks for update and i do understand the same, but i have already mentioned that the request from my current employer is sent to bank to convert the same to salary account since my salary is being credited in the same. Have you gone through the attachments or images i have shared, these are the mails forwarded within your bank and no update and no conversion till date.

        Hi team,

        Please look into below issue.

        I have loaded 1000 rs into my account from my card and have seen the failure message after this. I see that the amount is debited from my card but is not reflecting on the payzapp balance and also could not see the update in the recent transactions.

        I need my money to be loaded on payzapp or should be refunded to my credit card.

        I am completely dissappointed with this app.

            This is regarding my bank account in hdfc bank, i wasn't aware about the maintenance polices of banks, but it's ok, in the first they charged me 900 rupees fees for not maintenance, i let it go, then there was no money in my account, so they charged me 700 rupees, they were in minus (-700)
            One of the costumer executive called me and told me everything about their maintenance policy, that they didn't told me earlier, and he asked me to deposit atleast 10000 rupess + 700 rupees last month charges, i somehow arrange the money and deposit 11000 rupees so, total money left in my account was 10, 300, but today they again charge me 600 rupees, this is serious unprofessional way, 2400 rupees is not a small amount, please help me out with this as soon as possible

              This is prasad hinge - [protected], in past 2 months many times i have a got call from your hdfc call center that you are premium customer and bla bla.. So we have appointed personnel manager to solve your query. Please give me your time to meet you.
              As per above call i have given date and time and no body came. Not even contacted
              Even yesterday also happened with same thing (3rd oct 19)
              I got call that for your policy information and bonus information our representative will come and he will give you information. So as per call i have given go ahead and on 4th oct i have received a text message that mr. Prashant waghamare will come today and meet you.
              Again he dint came. And saturday he called me and was saying that today is an appointment then i have forwarded message to him then after some time he replied sorry sir, appointment was yesterday and because of system it missed. So please give me time on 7th oct. I have given.

              But today (7th oct) also he dint came and he dint received my call

              Now really i am errited about this kind of rubbish services and decided not to go with hdfc henceforth for any policy / bank account / loans and etc

                    In september i got top up for my pl, total amount was 30l. They have provided 4 checks which are related to my credit card jumbo loan as balance transfer amount to close them. Due to delay in the loan amount disbursement the outstanding amount and the check dd amount was not matching, srikanth ([protected]) is sales manager at banjara hills road no 1 who processed loan. He told to pay total outstanding amount (1.8 lakhs), i paid and provided the 4 checks and payment statement copy to him, till now there was no response to my calls even raised complaint on oct 3rd they says we cant help much it will take 5 working days to get your complaint addressed. I tried reaching his manager but no luck, they are not fit for this postilion, they are not able to help customers when we are in need of money. Always bank is getting befitted not customer. I would like to raise this complaint and escalated to higher management so that my request will get addressed and resolved at the earliest. Kindly do the needful help.

                    Like this many times and i lost 10k only bec of this charges in one month, i have hdfc account at chavakkad branch and the staff is also not responding
                    A transactionof Rs. 1012/-happened on 29 Aug 2019. I reported it to the support team. Their reply was that transaction is success. But the beneficiary did not get that amount. Even though the support had not refunded my money

                      There is an amount of 717.92 on hold stated as mi revenue hold through gefu. I'm not sure what is this all about and why the money was put on hold without any prior notification. The question is that why i have no notification email to this hold amount before taking action. I'm currently out of country so i can not be present every time to solve such issues. Please give me a detailed reason of the given situation.

                        But they are not closing my card again and again i am calling to their customer care number and they are keep on telling it will take time.

                          I have made an online transaction on 21st september 2019 for irctc, the transaction got rejected by bank but the amount got debited from my bank account. As per the norms, it should have been reverted back to my account wihin 3-4 working days but it is still stuck somewhere in dispute. I tried reaching hdfc bank's customer care and visited the local branch ass well but no one is ready to help on priority and asking me to fill the transaction dispute form multiple times. Request to kindly help resolve this issue on priority basis

                            I had placed two orders on 5th july via zomato app using a coupon code zomatohdfc where a cashback of 25% of the total bill value (Upto rs. 150 max) was supposed to be credited to my bank account within 90 days. Following are the details:

                            I have been raising complaints on hdfc portal but there is no option for promotional codes for hdfc. This is such a pathetic service on your end.
                            On contacting zomato, they informed me to contact hdfc as it is a promotional offer from their end.

                            This is not the first time where hdfc provided coupon codes on third party apps for bookings and has not credited the cashback amount to the users. They give us a cashback duration of 90 days so that the user forgets about the cashback offers and it is easy for hdfc to fool their customers.

                              I order online through swiggy/tomato on a regular basis and i frequently experience a problem where i do not receive the otp from hdfc and cannot place my order. This happens several times a week. I usually don't carry cash with me because i prefer making online transactions and i often don't have the time to go to an atm just to withdraw money for a food order. Please resolve this issue at the earliest as it is very frustrating.

                              That does not help because there is no option in your complaint system to complain about OTP issues. I even tried selecting another option at random to at least write down my complaint but it did not give me the choice to write it just opened a window with some information that doesn't concern me. Kindly stop giving these condescending automated replies and making me run around your shoddy feedback page and please resolve this issue, Anay if you are even a real person. I wouldn't be surprised if you're a bot.

                                I have received verification calls to my number. I have provided the details and i received message on my no stating:"dear applicant your hdfc bank credit card app refno 19i[protected]s3 is approved in principal subject to internal subject:. On 04/10/2019... And track after 2 days. Now its application status is showing — decline.
                                What the hell is it after completing all the quires.

                                  Respected Sir/ Madam,
                                  I am current/ saving account holder in your bank ( [protected]) Cust ID[protected] date 28/07/2019 I was using bank's ATM located at Central Bank of India khudiram boss pusa waini ATM I'd (D22D253611) . at around 06:20 pm to withdraw Rs. 2000 from my account. But suddenly the machine switched off and I could not receive any money or receipt, but I received a message on my mobile that Rs. 2000 has been withdrawn. In reality, I had not received any cash in my hand. I checked my account summary online also. It is also showing a debit of Rs. 2000.

                                  Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

                                  We have already responded to your email. Upon receiving your complaint we had raised a chargeback with the acquiring bank in response to which we have received valid proof indicating that the funds have been successfully dispensed and hence express our inability to credit the said amount in your account.

                                  However, basis your query and as a service gesture, we had once again raised this case with the acquiring bank and requested them to confirm the successful dispensation of cash by providing the additional documents including CCTV footage. We would like to inform you that the acquiring bank has once again confirmed that they did not have excess cash in the ATM on the date of the transaction. We are awaiting CCTV footage from the acquiring bank. In case, if any further clarification is required, please feel free to contact our Branch Manager Mr. Amit Sinha on +91 [protected] or email him on amitg.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, and he will be glad to assist you.

                                    Tried to withdraw money from atm in mysore road metro station at 10.50 am. Unfortunately cash did not dispense and session time out message was displayed on the atm display.

                                    After few minutes when i left from the place i received debit message on my mobile for the failed transaction.

                                    Tried to talk in person to the bank customer care but no luck. Sent few emails with required information but was able to get only automated reply.

                                    Please help me get the refund as inconvenience happened from the bank's end.

                                      We have parchased the vehicle bullet in last year from hdfc bank in the name of rohit chandwani vehicle no is mp21ml7039 at present rohit is out of station and his mobile no is swicth off some time loan emi not paid regularly becouse family condition not well. Hdfc agencey guy demanding 12000/- to me for paid last two emi from agencey. We did not pay the 2 emi at our end. Emi paid by some executive and they are pressuring us to give two installment

                                        I have booked a ticket in redbus on 22-sep-2019 from kavali-banglore on 08-oct-2019 using my debit card. I have cancelled that ticket on 04-oct-2019 and redbus has initiated the refund process on 04-oct-2019 and i got message from hdfc bank on 5-oct-2019 at 8:31pm saying that my refund has been credited/reversed into my hdfc debit card but that amount is reflected in my account.
