[Resolved] HDFC Bank — salary a/c not open,

From last two months i am (Hasmukh r neriya) employ of hdfc life's at jalgaon branch want to open my salary account at hdfc bank but no response from dana bazaar branch ifsc coad hdfc0001785 and dsp square branch ifsc coad hdfc0000180. I have submitted all required documents to subham gandhi employees of hdfc bank but no response from either from branch and branch manager of both branch's.
Requesting you to do the needful as early as possible.

I got a two wheeler loan from hdfc bank on 12/01/2007 a sum of rs 28, 565.00 vide his agreement no 91041630 and customer id 91043583. Named satikunvar prem laljibhai, and i fully payment to bank. But i did not received n. O. C. Till date
