I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 9172 without my concern on date:11/11/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-

    They (Hdfc bank) didn't notify me about the charges regarding hdfc debit card annual fee. Now they have deducted 885 rs. From my hdfc saving account. Why didnt they notify me about this charges? For imphal rural (Manipur) area 5000rs is the minimum account maintenance balance which i have maintained. Now they have deducted 885 without notification. Very disappointed with the service provided. Please look into it. I actually want my money back and i prefer to closed my account in hdfc.

      My ppf account is created through netbanking by mistake and amount is dedeucted from my account within 10hr.
      Now i want refund of my money. Niether customer care nor my branch is giving me any proper information. Please solve my problem as soon as possible. My ppf account is created on 17nov 2018. Customer care is asking me to go to branch and fill a form to close ppf account. Is it possible to close ppf account.

        Dear sir,
        1st representative was try to withdraw our devend fund etc against policy no 11311009. By duplicate signing. When it came in our notice from your confirmation branch she is complain to mr kishan kumar tripathi which mobile no is [protected]. Then he will making the investment of rs 379000/- to save our total fund against policy. But we have receive only 299000/-rs policy against this money. Ballance. Rs 80000/- is frouding with us. According to him our total policy value is 1361275/- but till date we have not received this money in our account and also rm is not responding.

          I've submitted aktu examination fees today through hdfc gateway using my sbi debit card. Amount 7500 had been debited from the account but it shows an error message. Kindly help me to get my money refunded or the deducted amount should be paid to the university.

              Hi team,

              Few months back i requested for forex card that i have not received yet till date but i have already charged an amount of rs.275.
              When i was applying for forex card, i was informed that no amount would be charged. This is my humble request that do not communicate wrong information to your customers.
              Now please let me know why i am being charged and for how long i would be charged even if i am not having forex card.
              It was expected from such a reputed bank.
              Please take this issue of communicating wrong information seriously.

                Hi,
                My name is amit paliwal and hdfc credit card ending xxxxxxxx4501.

                This is to notice you that upto apr 17, i was using superior credit card ending 0305 which got upgraded to regalia with increased credit limit in may 17. My old card all outstanding was paid on 6/04/17 with amount of rs. 28290 and after that there was no due.
                After reviewing credit cards statement and discussing with phone banking customer care for query of total due amount, its understood that due to banking system error auto pay option was automatic stored to min due amount with out information.
                My credit card was upgraded in jun 17 after my confirmation on call but auto pay option stored without my confirmation automatically due to banking system error and consequentially my monthly statement was being extra charged and it got upto rs. 2, 50, 000 in oct18.
                Request to correct the system error and reverse the finance charges levied on till date fro starting of new card. I will not be able to pay finance charges.
                Provide the revised statement reversing the finace charges for further payment.

                I have already registered my complaint through mail and website in oct18 but not responded properly. Also escalated to grc and pno but no response.
                If it will not get responded in next 3 days, else with generation of credit card’s new statement, i will not pay min amount also.

                  I had a salary account in hdfc, but after leaving my company, i did not used the account and they shifted the account into salary account and started charging non-maintenance changes monthly. I was not using the account from last 8-10 months. Yesterday i logged into my account and saw that there is a negative balance of amount 7129/- for non-maintaining the minimum balance. But as per my knowledge, banks can not put negative balance below 0 for non-maintaining the account.

                  Now i wish to close the account, and contacted the bank. They said i have to pay the amount 7129 to close the account.

                  Please take appropriate action, as i no longer wish to keep this account.

                      I hold a personal loan #29269551 with hdfc bank. Last month i have received a call from the bank stating due to some technical issues at the bank end the ecs payment for the customers have not happened and i am one of them.

                      I was asked to make the manual payment which i did through an online payment transaction ref no. Pici[protected] on[protected]. As instructed i communicated the trans. Ref no to the collection team as they called.

                      Post the payment i have still got the money deducted through ecs from my account on[protected]. I made the call to your loan customer care and they informed me the money will be refunded.

                      Now, your collection team even after making payments made calls to my father that the emi payment has not happened for this loan account which i really got offended about and expressed to your customer care. They informed that the collection team cannot be reached through them and apologised for the inconveniences.

                      The advisor told me that next month if the ecs fails we will give reach out to you to submit the form. Which i have to go to your indiranagar branch and submit. To my surprise i have not visited any branch of yours when i signed up for the loan but now as i am your customer already i have to visit your branch. This is how you treat your existing customers and again the bank which claims to using robotics eva for addressing customer issues do not have the digital form submission facility. Fine.

                      On above of this the refund that i have got you guys have deducted rs. 92 for late payment. I mean how come i am being penalized for late payment when the issues is at your end. How can you deduct this amount.

                      This month again the amount has not been deducted through ecs and i haven't got a call or email from your end. Though i have got an sms stating that the ecs will be again tried on 23 this month.

                      On the other hand your collection team again calls up my father stating the emi payment default. What the hell!

                      All issues at your end and you are clearly harrassing the customer. How come your collection teams make such calls? Clearly none of your team's is in sync and you are just acting blindly.

                      On calling your customer care there is no contact number through which i can raise a complain. I have to write an email and wait for hdfc to call me back if ever they choose to.

                      I need quick address to this issue and fix your processes rather harrassing your customers.

                          Sir i'm repoting a fraudulent issue regarding my account. Yesterday there was three transactions from my upi of rs. 9100, rs. 15700 & rs. 20700 respectively. Sir all the three transactions were fraudulent. I don't know what to do. The whole amount is bigger than my salary. I'm very depressed and i was trying to rach you from yesterday but it says all clint executive are busy right now. Sir please help me in this what should i do or you can do to get my money back. Sir please help me.

                              credit card bill amount discrepancy

                              I have been using hdfc regalia credit card since 5 years. I have never across any issue with bill card statement. However, i have come across bill amount discrepancy in nov month credit card bill statement (Similar discrepancy was noticed in jul moth statement which i failed to notice that time).

                              Total bill due amount in statement is rs.29015. Whereas when i total it as per transaction done on card is comes out be rs. 27892....

                              It was a shocking revelation to me once again that hdfc bank prefers income to customer service. We m style a partnership firm submitted an application for opening of current account on 28th of september 2018 at mvp colony branch visakhapatnam, i have insisted my partners to open the current account with hdfc, though they were very keen about kenara bank stating faster customer service. Leave about service till today we have not got our account. Mr. Prakash asst manager misled us that the account opening would take only couple of days, after waiting for about a month he has informed us they need some more documents, why can't they clearly check the documents prior to accept our documents? Why should we suffer for someone's inefficiency. On above all why hdfc debited amount from my saving amount 15000 on 22nd october 2018. After lodging a complaint only we got an edc machine, which is not useful without having a current account.
                              Please revere my 15000 back to my saving account. However we will go to kenera bank for our current account.

                                I have applied personal loan in hdfc bank for 9 lakhs. They called me and informed that you'll get loan at 10.99% interest rate. So i agreed and provided documents. Later they called me and informed that we are not availing the interest rate and increased it to 11.25%. So i asked them to cancel the process. One month later again i called them to process the loan for 11.25 % interest rate. Again they collected documents and said your loan is approved for 9.28lakhs but with 15% interest, and she said if you agree i will try to reduce for 12.5 % like that. This is the way to cheat the customers. I got frustrated because of their behaviour. Don't know why they are increasing the interest rates after agreeing with lower rates. Even they are advertising daily infront of my mnc company. Please resolve my issue as many of the executives are cheating the customers by false promises. Any senior managers can contact me, i will explain this issue further.
                                Please process my loan with the early agreed interest rate as soon as possible.

                                  I had purchased a samsung galaxy a6 plus smartphone using hdfc credit card, 2000 rupees cashback offer on 30/08/2018
                                  The offer stated that within 90 days the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's about to over 90 days and i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details
                                  Its a fraud!

                                    On 16/11/2018 rs.1899 debited from my account at 6.34 pm. By firm cponeassis at mumbai. This is done without my permission.
                                    How can you do like this? I have never used this facility and not interested to use at all. Please credit the same amount in my account as early as possible.
                                    Otherwise i will make complaint to rbi. If you will keep on donig this we will not use your bank facilities. Will stop all transactions henceforth.
                                    Your bank is not keeping our record confidential. So our credit card information has gone to one assist company.

                                      I am having issue with my hdfc bank account. I was offered this bank account by vertex customer management in ghansoli. I was working there 1 year ago and they provided this account. While opening my account he did not inform me about any kind of charges that will be applicable. He just created my bank account. It happened in the year of october 2016. It was his duty to inform me about such terms and conditions. When i went to the bank, they told me about this case they said that i need to pay the amount which is shown as a pending dues. I was not informed about this and i was not working anywhere for more than 1 year then how can i pay this charges. I need to settle this account to zero. I will not pay a single penny for this mistake of that executive. I want to waive off the balance to zero instead of minus. If any one can help me then get in touch with me on [protected] after 6.30 pm in the evening. Otherwise i will comsider this case as fraud by hdfc and never suggest anyone to get hdfc account because they are fraudsters. Get in touch with me on my given number [protected] after 6.30.
