I am writing this requesting the bank to address bad behavior by one of it's employee on a call which he did.

Lumpsum story, an employee from 'general office' in ghaziabad made a few calls for informing about credit cards payment, which i was unable to attend being busy during the day. Towards the evening, he calls again and outright starts behaving badly while blaming me for intentionally ignoring his calls.

I wonder what effect such behavior might be having on your overall customer retention efforts. However, i would be glad if this specific issue is addressed asap.

    Respected sir/madam, the executive of the bank did not provide the proper information and the registry of property is not done and in this condition the topup of loan was not possible . The loan is not done yet the full amount is not refunded.
    There is no fault from the costumer yet amount is deducted .i request that my remaining amount should be refunded in my acount.

      Respected sir/madam my loan acount no is[protected] I applied for home loan top up loan .the executive did not told about the compulsion of registry of property in this condition I gave the documents to the executive .after processing the loan the bank told that the paper of registry is compulsory and without it the topup is not possible .while the loan is not passed yet the amount is deducted .it is not the fault of the costumer so you are requested to refund the remaining amount.
      I want my due amount in my acount .

        Please note that i applied for HDFC Credit Card and got Reference No : [protected]N1. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification.

        Today got checked in HDFC Link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows.

        DISAPPROVAL OF THE CREDIT CARD APPLICATION DOES NOT REFLECT IN ANYWAY ON YOUR CREDIT STANDING OR YOUR FINANCIAL STABILITY

        We told to HDB Financial who called us for Credit Card and we never gone to HDFC for the same. Mamta, Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively.

        I called Customer CARE and they are not giving any reason for Rejection. As per RBI GUIDELINE CIRCULAR NO - RBI/[protected]/100 BOD.FSD.BC.23/24.01.011/2008-09 DATED[protected]. HDFC Bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in RBI and bank ombudsman.

        We want Reason for Rejection as it will hit my CIBIL. My CIBIL was all clear and i got Home Loan too on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in Consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against HDFC. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past.

        Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.

And regularly follow with your customer care services vide ticket no 26292746 dt 14.11.18 but no any respond given by the yr person policy issued or not till 19.11.18.             I am ravinder and my hdfc card ending with 7113 and mobile no [protected].
            As part of renewal of my card, reward points was adjusted without any prior notice.
            Rewards points was not adjusted as per hdfc redeem catalog, here i am loosing my reward points.
            I dont want new renewal card, please keep my previous reward points without any adjustment.

            As per the catalogue the ratio was 60%, however you have adjusted 49.33%. I need to get around 3000 points.

              I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs.1, 899/ - from my credit card number ending with 1096 without my concern on date:15/11/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs 1, 899/

                I am Mrunalini owning a credit card which was blocked and trying to close it bit still the customer care says I have outstanding amount.

                I have tried multiple ways to contact the customer care to get this done. And I am being routed to multiple teams and finally nothing was done.

                    I have received this message and a similar mail as well where as i don't have any debit card ending with 6603. Looks like pii compromise to me. Request to suspend my hdfc account asap.

                        Two of your staff from delhi branch has done fraud with me as they called me asked about my policy that any one is calling you any agent i said no than they told me that u will get there bonus amount if you will take one new policy and u will get your client id after that the mony will tranfer direct to your account but nothing and now they are not talking pls help to resolve my problem

                          We would like to inform you that immediately on receipt of your Post we have raised a chargeback on the acquiring Bank vide reference number 1723375. If the acquiring bank whose ATM was used to conduct the transaction does not revert with a valid proof in the form an ATM Log indicating that the funds were successfully dispensed, the amount will be credited to your account on the 7th working day from the date of complaint. In case the acquiring bank provides a proof of the validity of the transaction the same will be forwarded to your home branch. A letter to that effect will also be sent to you and the account will not be credited. The status of the complaint will also be communicated to you through SMS on your mobile number. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

                            Spent 200₹ in october 2018 n paid it on 1st nov. Didn't use the card further still got bill as 190₹ on 18th nov. Paid on 18th nov with frustration (Though cheated) n blocked that #... Still balance is not updated!!!
                            Customer care not responding...

                            Don't use hdfc credit cards they charge without user knowledge...

                            Citi is far better than hdfc cheater

                              I received a call yesterday, 26.10.2017 :

                              "i am calling form mobile no [protected] claiming it from hdfc life insurance one niharika. You have taken a policy called 'classic assurance plan' on 13.3.12. Policy no. : 11452374. You have paid only first time rs. 50000. After that no premium has been paid for 7 years. So you have to pay rs. 3 lac.. We have recived message for cancellation of this policy as so much time is over. If you go for resettlement you have to pay first 6 premiums i.. E 3 lac and then can continue for 7 years. If you don't resettle witjin 1 week you will get only 5% of your paid amt. (50000) and neither hdfc nor you will get balance. It will go to irda."

                              She gave me name and phone no. [protected] :deepti nagar ([protected]) of regional head. She told me to call this no. And tell my decision.

                              Today when i called this no. She said it might have happened that when policy was taken agent told you it is one time only so you have not paid.. He conveyed my present residence address where i have been living since 2015 (Whereas policy was claimed to have taken in 2012) correct. Date of birth, my name correct. When i confronted about address, she said that your data has been updated in 2016.

                              I told him i have not received any document or mail id. He said no mail id is mentioned there in policy document.

                              She said that a link will be provided wherein i will have to make payment of rs 50, 000/ for new policy which will be refunded in 90 days after deducting minima amount. I was asked to give aadhar no, pan card and cancelled cheque for payment of rs 1.85 lakhs from earlier policy

                              I haven't received the link, but i have forwarded my aadhar no, pan card and cancelled on whattsapp no [protected]. Please take action against all of them if they are fraud

                                I had purchased an fridge from sargam using hdfc credit card with offer on 11/08/2018
                                The offer stated that within 90 days the 10% cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already more than 100 days yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing sufficient details
                                I always face such issues from hdfc products.

                                  I have done four transaction of paying insurance premium of tata aia thane on 14.11.2018 using otp from which three transactions are not successfully paid at that time only on fourth transaction i received massage that transaction made successful and received the merchants receipt of payment. This happened before 10.10pm on 14.11.2018. Next day i got massage that there are four transaction details made by me. I fortunetelly
                                  Escaped from heart attack after seeing the outstanding amount rs 132619.
                                  I am very lower salaried person, only for honesty and sincerity i using credit card from last 15 year without any single dispute, like late payment, any other
                                  Misconduct of card it is with proof. So card dept enhanced my credit limit whatever now exit. So i immediately complain at customer care with all details, amd mailed with filled cdf but still there is not action taken. After continuous requestby mail and phone card dept processed the final statement and sent it to my mail id, now i am not able to pay such huge amount at a time. If i will wait for getting three failed transaction amount return it will delay and card dept will unnecessarily fine me. It was technical problem from card dept but i will suffer this.

                                      Sir,
                                      I have tried to change my address as my home permanent address, actually i have two i. E office and to address in my credit card account but i want switch my contact address office to home but hdfc reject my application on signature mismatch basis while no any mismatch there. I tried many time but don't have any solution.

                                        Cancellation of one assist membership
                                        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1399/- from my credit card number ending with 6408 without my concern on date:09/11/2018. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1399/-
