There has been wrong deduction of inr 1770 from my account on 1st october 2018, the payment deducted from my bank account and shown as not received by merchant. I have raised the complaint multiple times to customer care, also visited branch. However, the issue is still not resolved. I was informed by mail that amount will be credited in my bank account by 15th november, however nothing has been done till date.

    I withdrew cash from ATM, I got the message " unable to process" but the amount has been deducted from my HDFC savings account. I used ATM at race course road, indore.

      I have some issues with the branch service:
      1. I visit branch on daily basis for cash deposit but i don't find cashier on seat any day at 9:30am. I have to wait for atleast half n hour and than cashier comes to the seat. It happens because off the daily meetings of branch manager.
      2. If i ask for any queries no one in the branch gives the satisfactory answer to my questions. They are always busy in their work.
      3. It takes too much time for any modification in account.
      4. I have a cc limit account in branch and due to unsatisfactory response from branch i asked them to surrender my limit as i would like to change my bank and they said ok but you have to pay 4% of your current limit as the transfer charge of your limit.

      I feel like i have chosen the wrong bank for my transactions. I feel unsafe with my money in your bank.
      Statement charges, cash deposit charges are too high.

      Over all i am not satisfied with branch service.

        Hi, i have a big issue, i have an saving account in your bank in bodhgaya bihar but it was my mistake i opened. I haven’t received my cheque book even not my debit card, i’m sick with your worst service in bodhgaya bihar branch. I don’t believe is this hdfc bank or local patri bank. I don’t want to upload on social media these things. I respect hdfc bank but i’m angry because of your unexpected service. Please make sure i need my cheque book and my debit card. I hope i will get confirmation as soon as possible and i hope you will do your best.

You have best branch manager in hdfc bank and great helpful staff in bodhgaya but unfortunately it was mistake dispatched authorities. They sent my kit through bluedart and bluedart service is not available in bodhgaya . Can you do one favor please send my kit to your Bodhgaya hdfc branch and I will collect from them that will be your most kindness else you can send my kit through other Coriur company like dtdc, post office . That will be your most kindness .

            I had closed my hdfc account 2 years ago.. Till now they didn't close or update my cif number from my account. After that i din't get my gas subsidy coz it shows my aadhar card status show inactive and rejected from npcl.
            I went in hdfc bank changanacherry branch, kottayam, kerala and told this complaint but the employee behave very harsh and very rude.
            I need some solution for this as soon as possible.

              I had some wrong transaction so raised a complaint and later they asked to file a dispute I did. Still was making regular payment. After that some unauthorized transaction happened and I blocked the card. I lost all trust on HDFC. I had 1.5K balance and said until dispute resolved will not pay, still calculated interest and made it 5K and issued a PDA notice. No one answers phone, neither the Cc legal help line, Cc dispute, HDFC credit card email id works.this is harrasment sir. I need help.

                Customer id 715008. This bank charges rs 750+gst for atm debit card and looting the account holders while most of the similar banks charge rs 100-150 or nothing at all. This charge is when you maintain the minimum balance required at all times. I would like to bring to the notice of all new entrants about the exorbitant charge for debit card. You can well assess other charges in the bank i[censored] try to seek any service additional like dd, neft etc. Further the service in the bank has deteriorated very much in the recent past. Any query raised in the bank website will not be responded except an auto response stating that the matter is looked into as priority. The personnel do not seem to know the meaning of word' priority' since they sleep for months without any response. I took up 2 queries at their website and so far no one has bothered to respond.

                  I have cancelled a order on flipkart, i immediately got a msg from hdfc next morning that

                  Ur transaction on hdfc bank debit/atm card ending 6338 for rs. 29663.00 has been credited/reversed by flipkart16326 on[protected]:05:34:00.

                  I checked the online statement and it is not credited into my account. Please help. Since it is a confirmation message from bank, i am assuming that the flipkart has done it's part. Will it ever get reflected in my account?

                  Your order could not be completed. Refund has been initiated for payment amounting to 29663.0.

                    We have an EDC machine from HDFC Bank having TID No. 47071414. In this many cards fail to transact giving error message "Tracking Error" . Noteworthy to mention that the same card transacts successfully in another EDC machine we have from ICICI nd UBI Bank.

                    I tried upteem time to reach to their help desk number[protected] or[protected] or [protected] but never could get through as it always comes engaged all through the business hours (9:30 AM to 9:30 PM). I tried atleast one hundred times in last one month and every time it comes engaged, I attempted to send them an email at [protected]@hdfcbank.com which too failed with error message.I shall appreciate very much if any one can help me in reporting the issue to an appropriate place.

                      My account is debited unnecessarily multiple times without any notification also there is no notification after debit.

                      They have debited almost[protected] from my account

                      Hdfc is simply trying to loot the customers

                      When I tried talking to customer support they told its for insufficient balance maintenance

                      But according to rbi guidelines, you cannot deduct the balance without notification

                      Also, my account was a salaried account which is allowed to have zero balance.

                      Secondly, they are deducting multiple times in a month how do they justify this.I'm withdrawing my account and will close it too if that's the way HDFC works.

                            I did not apply for any loan. I dont know what is ashish securities. I need it to stop immediately.

                              I have applied for a term insurance policy in hdfc life insurance app no[protected] and paid premium of rs 13748 for the same (Premium receipt no [protected]) based on a pre approved offer from bankbazaar. Due to contradiction in the terms that are told before paying my premium and after paying i was dissatisfied and wish to cancel my application.in this connection i keep on mailing and speaking to bankbazaar and hdfc over customer care for the past 10 days. But no action is taken till now and did not get any positive move to cancel my application and refund my premium. Pls do the needful to cancel my application and refund my premium as early as possible. Thank you.

                                I purchased a fridge on 01.11.2018 from electronic paradise, indira puram ghaziabad. At the time of payment the sales man and a representative of hdfc informed me that if i pay the amount through hdfc bank credit card, it will be converted into "no interest emi of 3/6/9/12 months and i will be entitled for 10% cash back also." on this i agreed and made payment through credit card. Lateron i came to know that 12 months emi has beeen made with interest @ 1.17%. I immediately lodge complaint at the showroom. They assured me again that there will be no interest on emi. I tried to lodge complaint at your customer care center but they showed their inability in lodging complaint in this regard as there is no procedure of lodging complaint in this regard.
                                I again request you to make my emi without interest otherwise i am not interested in emi with interest. Please let me know at the earliest so that i may take decision for further action in the matter.

                                  I am using hdfc credit card from last 4 years, i did many shopping from this card.

                                  Last 1 years, i have paid the amount rs 4000 every month but still the margin amount was not reduced and i have requesting for executive more then 10 times to closing my credit card for some amount but they are not give the proper response.

                                  Last one years paid the extra amount was (Late fee + interest+over limit fee + gst) come around 45k but my credit card limit was 55 only.

                                  I am not able to pay the extra amount contentiously so please help me to closing the my hdfc credit card for final settlement.

                                    Good morning mr. Puri,

                                    My card details are as follows:

                                    I'm a loyal & a long term customer with your bank for more than a decade & the services offered by your bank on a timely basis, i've opted it and it helped me as a savior like a friend who is in need.

                                    I've not used or utilized the benefits from the card that i am eligible for but i've used the benefits when i'm in need & your bank have considered it.

                                    My purpose of writing this email to you is because my credit card was expired in the month of october 2018 & ideally my renewal credit card should be delivered to me before it expires & the same procedure was followed by your bank.

                                    To my dismay, what i came to know is that my credit card will not be delivered to me as i got a confirmation text from the logistic team (Bluedart) confirming that the card has been returned back to sender, as my premises was closed.

                                    After a day or two, i contacted customer service of your bank & informed them that my parents are always available 24*7 to my residence & they confirmed nobody turned up to attempt a delivery.

                                    My past experiences teaches me that company like bluedart have informed their employees to drop a note if premises are closed & luckily what i came to know that there was no such note left at my premises, so this was the 1st malpractice attempted by the logistic company.

                                    I made another request with this belief that during diwali i'll receive my new credit card, diwali passed, bhai dooj passed but still my card was not delivered to me, i assumed that due to festive season it may got delayed.

                                    I tried contacting your customer service team again in early morning, one of the chap directly provided me the awb number & i felt he was in hurry to logout from night shift. As awb number was provided to me, i checked the status, i found that the card was sent back to sender, don't know why???

                                    Post 9 am, i got a chance to speak with a human from bluedart & confirmed the status that why my credit card wasn't delivered to me, she said that there's no landmark provided on the address. I re-confirmed my address to her & said that when it's mentioned behind matushri bhamibai punshi charitable trust, what does that mean? She agreed that it was a landmark detail but to cutoff the call, she directly blamed that the sender has requested the courier (Card) has to be returned back.

                                    Day before yeasterday (13/10/2018, tuesday), i called again to your customer service team & spoke to a chap again & i told him that i'm receiving paper statements, dd's at my given address, so why not the renewal card?

                                    If the card will not be delivered to me by 14/11/2018, wednesday by 12 noon, i'll understand that i'm no more associated with your bank & i'm not liable to pay or clear any osb's on my credit card & i requested him that as i'm already harassed in life as these days i'm not doing well due to a bad phase of life & top of all these, i'm being harassed by all these that i've gone through.

                                    I told the chap that i demand to get a call back from one of the floor manager or from the one who has an authority to take a major decision & not to waste my time as well by 12 noon on 13/11/2018, tuesday but i feel my complaint wasn't taken seriously.

                                    Like as usual i was 1000 times sure that you're so called customer service team executives haven't forwarded my complaint or request & nobody will contact me & the same thing happened. Today i. E. 15/11/2018, thursday when i called your customer service team & spoke to a chap called bhaumik, i shared all these details with him & i came to know from him that without my consent a new request has been taken to re-issue a new credit card to me & also i gave him the logic that when i don't hold any credit card from your bank, i'm not a customer with your bank nor i'm liable to show my loyalty to your bank again.

                                    When my patience was tested during the conversation, he simply kept my call on mute & when i just said that let mr. Parekh to contact me & demand me for my money to paid, i'll kick off the #, bhaumik disconnected the call. So it was a insult to me & he made me so uncomfortable on the call that i lost my patience. Before i convey my apology, he immediately disconnected the call & i felt that he was also list bothered to listen to me.

                                    I also found that the logistic partner (Bluedart) their employees are not doing their job properly & due to which we as a customer go through these problems.

                                    This email i am writing to you under this perception that you being a ceo of the bank can understand that not only me but customers like me who are loyal & pay on time & give appropriate business & we don't do fraud like vijay mallya or lalit modi, so why our loyalty is not considered and why your bank don't treat us special customers??? Why???

                                    On this note i confirm that by today evening i. E. 15/11/2018, thursday before 5 pm if i'll not receive the new credit card at my registered address, it confirms that your bank & your employees don't have any rights to contact me with any mode of communication nor i'm liable to pay any osb of my past credit card.

                                    If i'm being tortured or harassed by any mean of communication or if i receive any threat from your end, i'll escalate this difficulty to prime minister modi & tell him that when he requested all o[censored]s to consider & do business with the banks & in return what we get "a appalling service" from the asia's no. 1 bank & will also tell that he expects us to be loyal every-time?

                                    Mr. Puri, if you or your team is reading this email, think yourself from a loyal customer's point of view & think about it.

                                    I've lost all the hope from your so called disgraceful customer service team & as well as from your finance team who chose these kind of logistic partners who simply ignore all such things deliberately.

                                    Don't try to contact me, by the time when you or your team will be reading this email, i've already told my parents (Family) & made them prepared mentally that if i exist or not don't get disappointed, as your bank is responsible for any actions taken from my end, because my loyalty doesn't considered by your bank & you people simply do publicity to attract & cheat with their emotions.

                                    I'm not threatening nor i'm warning you or your team but i'm conveying my feelings, maybe you're & certain people are hardworking and genuine but there are such humans everywhere, not only in your organisation they don't do their working efficiently for what they are assigned for? They don't bother with their customer's feelings, the only concept in their mind is been passed out by the trainers & by their seniors, sales has to be done, whether it's by the wrong way or fraud way, let customer go through the trouble, as we are already dying since ages by this term known (Customer) it means cust (Pain) mer (Die). Die painfully & give us your money.

                                    Hi Manoj, I've received a reply from Pramod Nair on my email id & to his email below is my reply:

                                    Yesterday i.e. 20/11/2018, Tuesday, I've received the renewal credit card but for this whole episode that I've gone through, who'll be responsible for the mental trauma that I've went through? Since it's a big error from your side & HDFC bank is responsible for me to put in a situation where I've to think about committing a suicide.

                                    On our day to day basis of life we as a loyal customers of any service provider including your bank, why you people take us so granted that harassing us and giving us such traumatic situation, what's the fantasy you people get?

                                    I seek for a compensation from your bank for giving me a false commitment & to make me feel so hyper during these whole episode. This conversation will also be shared with consumer complaints department to give me appropriate justice.

                                      Dear team,
                                      I already sent mail as well as submit an hdfc credit card account closer form at your bundgarden - hdfc data center, pune on 3rd oct 2018.
                                      After that i also received text message on 15th oct 2018 regarding processed for permanent closure.

                                      Also i tried to contact to toll free no. But they didn't respond.

                                      But till date i received monthly bill statement.

                                      Kindly close my account.

                                        This is with the reference to the transaction id mir[protected], i have been charged an amount of 885 as debit card annual fee, i am really frustrated by these charges. I spoke to the customer service and i was been told that the amount cannot be reversed. Kindly requesting you to reverse the amount or else i want to close all the accounts i am holding with hdfc bank and this really does not encourage me to use any of your services.
