HDFC Bank — salary incentive's issue

Hi my name rakesh kumar from chennai avadi, im working as personal banker (Prime banker) in hdb financial services.
I work for hdfc prime channel. This place near to skywalk. Nelso manickam road aminjakarai.

For the last one year we are not getting any incentives's. The people who are all close to the sales manager, people who not performing candidates only receiving best incentives. We dont know whats happening around, prime channel literally they are taking all our efforts and hard work. But they are not ready to pay incentive for whose giving hardwork. We dont know about incentives structure also we informed this already to our higher officials. But there is no response. Sm rudeness, showing an attitude. This what we getting answers for incentive problems.

I think the money we earned as incentive amount it went for some others like sm, manager pocket as whatever it is. If they done auditing also issue will come to knew definetly
