I applied for personal loan and it was denied on the basis that i m not graduated. It was not told or was not mentioned in the terms and conditions before i could apply. It is very frustrating to know that graduation is must to apply for personal loan and not salary slips. Making me wait for 12 days then telling me that graduation is required.. Took my documents my salary slips and pan card and adhaar card then after 12 days i m told loan denied because i m graduated. Very frustrating to learn this.

    On 13th may 2019 i've tried to transfer rs 74, 452 to a beneficiary through hdfc imps but it failed saying "imps processor down". Funds got debited from my account but it did not get credited to beneficiary's account.

    I made another transaction to the same beneficiary through imps and it was successful.

    I had sent few emails to "[protected]@hdfcbank.com" and "[protected]@hdfcbank.com" requesting them to cancel first transaction and refund the money back to my account.

    I got an email in response saying "the referred imps transfer done by you was time out. Amount will be credited in the beneficiary account or refunded back to your account within 3-4 working days", wonder how hdfc can blindly send some generic email.

    It has been 3 days since i've raised a complaint and hdfc hasn't been able to confirm that the money won't be credited to beneficiary's account.

      One of the incidents happen on 8th of may 2019 and 14th may 2019, i have paid 13, 250 twice (26, 500) against my exam and the website shows the error that it is not accepted by bank.
      I called hdfc customer care 10 times for my refund. However, they do not have any answer for this issue. I am not satisfied with the services provided by hdfc for now. You can see i am your user since 2015 and this behavior is not acceptable from such a big organization. I need my money back as soon as possible.

          Hi,

          I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs 1299 from my credit card number ending with 489377xxxxxx7363 without my authorization

          I don't want this membership, so cancel the membership and refund the same. Please take the necessary action and cancel my membership as soon as possible. Otherwise actions would be taken legally.

            I have got a call on 3rd jan 2019, from one of hdfc representative saying since i hold an hdfc salary account, i am eligible for a lifetime free credit card. She guided me how to apply from my internet banking. Once applied i got few verification calls from hdfc in next 3-4 days and then i got my credit card on 6th jan 2019.

            On 22nd april 2019, i got a call again from one of hdfc representative saying my card is still showing a chargeable card, i will have to add any of my utility bill with the credit card account to make it lifetime free card. So on the same call, she added my jio postpaid account with the credit card account.

            On 14th may, when i checked my unbilled transactions i saw, on 3rd may they levied a charge of rs. 2500 which will have to pay on my next statement which is about to generate on 19th may.

            I raised a complaint to hdfc and they replied since i didn't spend rs. 300000 in the previous year i was charged a membership fee.

            Note: the card is just 4 months old now.

            I felt like it is a fraud and misguiding customers by hdfc.

            I know even it is unwanted i will have to pay the membership fee since if i don;t pay it will affect my cibil.

              I had applied home loans in hdfc ltd during oct'2018. As a existing customer, i preferred to go head with hdfc. But, i don't know that the project of the builder should be approved by hdfc to give the loan. Hdfc representative, suggested that we will get loan sanction by using the form pni and then you can give remaining documents. I am confident that they will give the loan. So, i signed the pni and given to the bank. Around jan'2019 i got message saying that my loan sanctioned and they took the processing fees. After few days of time, hdfc representative saying that we are not sure whether this project is approved by hdfc or not. If not approved, again we need to create this project in our catalogue and go for project approval.

              Around jan'19, they requested for additional document for disbursement and i arranged the required documents and given to them. They took again 10 days of time and coming back saying again the project is not approved and we required more documents. I requested to transfer of my file after 5 months of frustration and mental torture to nearest branch. The transferred my loan documents to nearest branch (Hosur) to fix the loan. Atfer 2 weeks of walk to the bank, finally the hdfc hosur branch manager explained that, the koramangal branch not proceed you file completed to disbursement of the loan and explained what need to be done next.

              This is almost 6 months, think about the person who applied loan in your bank and how much he suffered?

              This is cheating with out explaining about project approval you guys detected the loan processing amount. With addition to that, i paid legal fees to lawyer from my packet. I need my money back. Please do the needful.

                I hold a icici debit card. I tried to withdraw 1800 rs from hdfc atm. The atm displayed that, the required denomination is not available, only 500s are available. I didn't receive money. But rs. 1800 is debited from my account. And i didn't get the money credited back. When i complained to icici, they raised the issue to hdfc. But hdfc states that, the money is debited by me. How can a system be such wrong? If required, hdfc can check their cctv footage of my actions in the atm.

                  Hi team,
                  I have made a wrong neft transfer of 1 lakh rs from my sbi account to one of the hdfc bank account. Then for reversal hdfc bank asked us to raise request from sbi bank. Then sbi bank had raised this request sbin[protected] and provided all the required proofs and document on [protected]@hdfcbank.com and [protected]@hdfcbank.com. They responded that we would be processing this request and will refund the money. Since 2 months sbi manager sent lots of reminder to know the status of refund.
                  But no one from hdfc bank is giving response to this. Please look into this issue. Also let me or sbi branch know if anything required from us. Thanks in advance.

                    Hdfc bank is the most unprofessional & unscrupulous bank in india. Please be warned that the bank officials are highly unreliable and have been given the training to harass and torture people, be it any of their department. I have already given pdc and paid the asked installments for the loan against my credit card yet their bank officials start calling me at 7/8 in the morning saying my installment is due. They executives are extremely rude and have no correct information and despite explaining them nicely that i have paid what i have to and they shouldn't be calling me because it's all settled they have a horrible attitude saying so what if they're calling me and if they have missed out information. I have call recordings, messages and emails to prove all that i'm saying.

                      I have made a transaction on 20th april which was canceled by me on 21st april, but still, i haven't received my deducted amount. I have dropped an email to hdfc support but as of now, no one is responding. Yesterday, i had words with phone banking staff name renu she told me to check with the payment gateway. First i have contacted merchant site they assured me that they have successfully refunded the amount. Please check with your bank. I have attached the screenshot of the citrus gateway, they have successfully refunded the amount on 21st april, but hdfc is not initiating it.

                        They have taken my my vehicle in the middle of the road and collection departments taking rubbish

                        Only 3 emi was due i was telling i will pay interested that is 630 actually i paid 5000 inserted already but you person has told that they had bike he is telling that they had sold out the bike. With whose permission they had did this

                              Please don't use HDFC account. I had bad experienced from hdfc. I got loan from hdfc. at the time of loan process, they requested to open bank account. I got account and loan amount was credited. Later I have not been using this account. Recently they sent massage that your non maintenance balance is 7000 rupees. Ok requested to customer care to remove negative balance. They agreed that and requested to maintain minimum balance. I added 12000 rupees, but they deducted my money due to negative balance. Customer care explained about negative balance and said that paying non maintenance compulsory. This the way they are treating customer.
                              Dear friends I am saying that please don't take account and credit card from HDFC. I had bad experienced with HDFC credit card also.

                                Hi my name is karan chopra. I am a resident of gurgaon and am using hdfc credit card since about 2.5 yrs now. Initially it was okay because i was paying my dues on time but i had a my father's death last mth in the month of april 2019 so because of moving out to my hometown in lucknow i had to leave my job because of my leave issues with my manager. The executives are harassing me on a daily basis by calling me not only from their ivr number but also from their personal numbers as well. I would request the grievance department to please pay heed to my problem as soon as possible. All i want is just the end of this month that is may 30th 2019 to repay all my dues. I do not want to he harrased please.

                                As you are aware, payment of at least the minimum amount due towards the card outstanding needs to be received by the bank to ensure that the card account is active and available for usage. Further, to avoid levy of finance charges and late payment charges, payment of total outstanding needs to reach the bank by the payment due date. We confirm that there are no buffer days for credit payment. We confirm that payment towards the Total Amount Due reflecting as per the statement has to be paid by the payment due date to avoid levy of charges.

                                  Dear sir,

                                  i have received the call from hdfc bank on[protected] her name is deepika .and she have brainwashed me - as hdfc bank will give you offer to pre-close your existing two-jumbo loans.by offer some amount with minimum due of 4500/ month upto the due for may 2020 (12 months). and she told me it's benefit to you compare the existing loan amount!. so i was accepted

                                  note : but she was not telling me it's a jumbo loan.

                                  after 20 min she was processed new loan[protected] -rs, 50000) and deposited 50000 to my bank account([protected]).after 2 minutes she was calling me and forced to pre-close my existing old two loans of
                                  1.loan no:[protected]rs, 80000 and
                                  2.loan no:[protected]rs, 35000 (in a fraction of minutes).
                                  that day evening i have calculated my loan payment details it's was totally lose of me.i have call customer care and requested to close the new loan.

                                  today i have checked- still the new loan was in active status.now the customer care person's told me - you have used the new loan amount; so we can't take your new loan close request. i was shocked.

                                  she (deepika) only called me and forced to use the amount 49100 to pre-close old loans; but now all are told me you only used the new loan amount. (they give only the choice to pre-close option only and they will be charged around 4500 approx) this is happened just two days?

                                  now i need to cancel the new jumbo loan (loan no:[protected]rs, 50000) without any processing fee+interest+gst.

                                  i was not using any loan amount my knowledge she (deepika) only forced me to use the 49100 amount to my credit card.i'm a middle class people i can't tolerate this type of theft.i was suffering lot on this issue.

                                  kindly help me to close the new jumbo loan without any fees

                                  still the customer care have blaming and brainwashed me to pre-close option of the jumbo loan.
                                  not try to solve this issue.

                                  these peoples are only focused their target not favor for HDFC bank customers.

                                  please resolve this issue as earlier as possible at before of the bill generate date[protected].

                                  HDFC Deepika have not informed me about the offer as a jumbo loan!? so that i felt that hdfc bank was given some opportunity to close my loan earlier.

                                  but she was blaming me to increase the Due date of my old loans and propose me to get a new loan (that time she was not telling it's jumbo loan-You can Audit the Reocord of the call?

                                  even one rupee i have not taken from the amount but all HDFC staffs telling me to use that amount.

                                  now i want to cancel the deepika mam intiated loan no:[protected]rs, 50000 without any charges.kindly help me...

                                  Still Deepika mam from HDFC Loan department (Phone no.[protected] ) was not taken my call regards the loan was forced to me with out my proposal.

                                  and she cheating me by telling lie - by increase the Old loan due amount and forced me to take a new insta jumbo loan .
                                  i am not interested this new loan and i want to cancel this loan loan no:[protected]rs, 50000 without any charges.kindly help me...

                                  Main Issue is- Deepika from HDFC Loan department (Phone no.[protected] ) was called me on[protected] and forced to get a loan (not telling it's a jumbo loan) and brainwash me lot.and i accept her thoughts (she is told me with wrong EMI calculation of my old loan dues )

                                  after give a new loan on me ( loan no:[protected]rs, 50000 ), she called with her personal number and immediately pushing me to use that loan amount for pre-closing procedure!??? it's a planned fraud activity from deepika to me.

                                  now all HDFC peoples told me- i am only using this amount for something.please check her personal call (Phone no.[protected] ) on[protected] you will be realise.she only push me to take that loan .

                                  she don't take my call untill now - regards the loan details fraud/clarifications.

                                  still i am not interested this new loan and i want to cancel this loan loan no:[protected]rs, 50000 without any charges.kindly help me...

                                  please check her call history on[protected] from her personal number to push me to utilize the loan amount.

                                  please help me to solve this issue with out any charges...

When I checked the balance it was negative. I asked the customer care but they were least interested looking into the matter. And the amount keeps on increasing.

                                    As per my second bill of credit card cha rges are exided. So please revert that charges because this is my second bill. So I'm not able to pay this time. I want credit card should be life time.

                                      I have an hdfc credit card and I missed to pay 5000 rs on statement outstanding balance for month of April 2019. HDFC charged me 8732 rs as financial charges + 1733 rs as applicable GST on financial charges in next month statement i.e May 2019. This is not at all acceptable that 5000rs will be charged with 8732rs as fee.

                                      I request Consumer Complaints to do help understand on what basis HDFC keeping all the charges on customers and how to get the money back which is over charged on 5000 rs.

                                        I have been informed that my emi was bounced for the month of march 2018
                                        but according to my bank statement enough funds were available in the account and still there was no deduction of the EMI.
                                        Now i have been charged with the bouncing charges along with late payment charges
                                        I have been receiving calls that a FIR has been lodged against me.
                                        but there was no information provided to my about the bounced EMI
