[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Sales Pvt Ltd. — Harassment by senior sales executive

Dear, Sir/Madam, I am Mr.Diptendu Roy working in Doha-Qatar applied for LAND LOAN against my NRI A/C on 3rd March. Next day Mrs.Suchismita [executive of hdfc sales Gariahat Branch, Kolkatta and asst. of Mr.Aritra Roy, senior executive of hdfc sales] reply me with loan requirements and application form. On March 16th i send my last six months pay slip and India and Overseas bank statement. After then part by part i send my balance other attested documents by Indian Embassy, qatar chamber of commerce and external foreign affairs with my loan application by mail and courier. i also submitted processing fees check to Mr.Aritra and a/c verification check. I clearly write to Mr.Aritra loan amount should be 85% of land valuation with fixed rate. After his assurance i paid 4 lakes to land owner and also expenses near about Rs. 20, 000.00 for attestation in Doha and for courier. Now after 2 months later he is saying, i have no sufficient fund in my account If it is then why he not inform me before . Already he knows well about my salary and all of my bank accounts. Now tell me who is the responsible for my respect [ in front of land owner], my money [which i already give to land owner and expenses others] and also my valuable time. For your kind information, my previous hdfc loan accounts no[protected]. That time i take loan that amount which i can bare and successfully completed my loan without any fail. But now there is no value of that loan certificate . Is this the customer service of hdfc ? If hdfc not take any strong step against that man Mr. Aritra Roy then in future hdfc and others public will suffer a lot for that man . Sir/Madam now what about me?
