Dear Sir/Madam Please arrange for the refund of one of two premium amount that i made towards my application, no. S[protected] on 05.04.2014 . Rs8427/- was debited twice from my account but one transaction was failed and after that i made another payment that was successful .So please look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible so that i could get refund of my money . First I presume that one failed transaction would automatically credit back to my account, but when after 10 days that would not happen then i mailed you in this regard but even after that nothing is being done . if his is the level of your service in this small matter than i have to reconsider my decision to buy policy from you. i have wrong assumption that HDFC Life provide good service but you have proved me completely wrong . If this matter would not be resolved within 2 days i have to complain in consumer forum and i would withdraw my policy with you . I thing you just don't have any respect for customers, that's why you are so indifferent towards customer complain

    TPT cash txn charges Dec13 090414 112.36 Rs deducted from my zero balance salary account w/o any reason and when i contacted with hdfc bank he said some 3rd party transfer was occur that's why it is deducted but i had not done any purchase and it was showing deduction of DEC-13 and amount deducted in 21st April-14.           Hi, A debit of Rs.112 has been made on 25th April 2014 stating the reason as 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC 190414. Other banks do not charge for TPT. Why do you debit the money without any warning or sms or email either before or after debiting money? This is highly irritating. Please refund the money back to continue my account with HDFC.             TPT cash txn charges Nov13 070414, TPT cash txn charges Oct13 070414, two times they have been reduced 112.36 rupees from my account withut any prior information. this is illegal and i want my cash back as a safety process we are depositing our money to hdfc bank and they itself taking away from the account If they are not paying the money i dont want account in this bank

              I have taken an online policy from HDFC Life on april-01-2014 and made the payment on same date. After reviewing my application, it was rejected for some reasons, and I got a mail saying that my money will be refunded. But still I didnt get my money back. I paid my money through credit card, now I need to pay for the credit card and these guys have not still refunded my money. If I pay one day late for credit card or home loan these guys will charge more interest from me, but they are delaying in paying my money back. Please take action for refunding my money.                 Hi Team, i have been charged Rs.300:00 as 3RD PARTY CASH TXN INC ST & EC 210414 from your bank without any prioir notice and which was not deducted previosly. This is a unnecessary deductions so kindly reverse my amount back to my account otherwise i have to close my account because other banks don't charges these kind of taxes like yours. how can you ppl deduct in 2014 Kindly refund my deducted amout.

                          Folks, Anyone got the HDFC Bank Money Refund? Hi All, 2days after logging the complaint, I received a phone call today from 2 persons. They identified themselves as HDFC employees and they are assuring me to: repay my amount: 337.08. After few mins of our conversation, they are asking me to provide my debit card details, Valid till date, Pin info etc to refund back to my account. I am very doubtful that they are HDFC bank employees. I've asked his employee id and Branch details: Here are the details he furnished: Rahul Verma Emp id: #14372424 HDFC Navi Mumbai High Branch I received Phone call fro below number: +[protected].Its a Mobile number. Doesn't look to be an STD number. I didn't provided my Card details to him. Beware guys! Has anyone received similar phone calls? Anyone received refund from HDFC Bank? Are these guys genuine?                             Hi, I am Ganesh Kumar M Kori and I am HDFC customer since one and half year. I applied for two wheeler loan on 4th April 2014 using online HDFC website and on the same day I got a call from HDFC care and they said that as I am a HDFC customer Loan process will finish within 3 days and they sent a contact number of Mr.Vishal who was supposed to come and collect my documents on 5th April. I tried calling him till 9th April and his number was switched off so I called customer care and got the number of Mr.Vishal's manager i.e Mr.Devanand. I called Mr.Devanand and they told me to submit documents to HDFC agents who are in Raja Honda showroom in which I was buying Honda Dio so I went there on 9th April evening and submitted my documents to Mr.Arvind and Mr.Siddarth but they rejected it as the rent agreement was 20Rs bond paper and asked me to get 100Rs bond agreement. On 11th April, I went to them with correct documents and submitted. They said loan will be processed within 16th April but after I submitted the documents I didn't get any call from them so I waited till 15th evening and I called Mr.Devanand that evening and I asked about the status of the process and I was shocked to hear that they have lost my rent agreement copy and they also said that they didn't had my number to inform about this. In all my documents I had mentioned my number and also as I am HDFC customer they can easily get my number but they started giving me excuses and blaming each other among themselves for this so I told Mr.Devanand to cancel the loan on 15th April evening. On 16th April, I got call from Ms.Thanuja(HDFC agent) and they requested me not to cancel loan as they got my agreement & it is already processed and will be closed 19th April. I waited till 19th April, didn't get any calls from them. On 21st April, Ms.Divya called me and told me to submit 3 checks to Mr.Chandru and sign an agreement. Suddenly that afternoon Mr.Chandru called me and told me that I have to submit documents as they haven't got my documents at all then I called Mr.Devanand and asked about it then he said that my documents were simply being moved here and there. Then at last on 21st April evening I went to showroom met Mr.Chandru and he took my loan request as new request with application form. I was supposed get loan amount on 9th April and vehicle on 12th April but because of HDFC agents negligence, It was delayed by 2 weeks and in this 2 weeks whenever I called them neither they called me nor responded me correctly.                                     Hi

                                    I am Nikitha, Software professional using HDFC titanium credit card. Every time i try to redeem my reward points, the points required to redeem that particular product would be more than the points I have in my account. I thought may be that was the case but the actual case is different which I just got to know as I checked for my dads card. for a particular product when i tried to redeem it showed 6160 points required and my account had only 4468 points, When i tried to check with my dads card the same product requires just 3300 points and its only 1209 points in his account. This is pure fake. These people are bluffing customers.

                                    I feel its better they stop cheating customers. Its really disgusting when we keep trusting them and they come up with such cheap tricks.

                                      HI Team, I have been charged Rs.112.36, Rs.112.36 and Rs.224.72 as 3rd party TPT cash txn charges OCT 13 070414 and TPT cash txn charges Nov13 070414, Feb 14 090414 respectively without any prior notice and which was not deducted previously. This is an unnecessary deduction so kindly reverse my amount back to my account otherwise I have to close my account because other banks dont charges these kind of taxes like yours. How can you people deduct in 2014 for the year 2013? Kindly refund my deducted amount. Regards, Satya Ph [protected]

                                        Hi, Why my account is debited for Rs. 112.36 with description "TPT cash txn charges Oct13 070414" without informing prior? My Account is salary account and I did not see this type of transaction till date in my account. Please refund the said amount ASAP otherwise I will close my account in such bank where even in Salary Zero balance account also gets debited again and again.
