HDFC Bank — Saving account blocked

Hi team,
I'm a customer of HDFC Bank. My bank account is blocked due to some transaction done by someone (credited by someone), and most importantly, they have not informed me about the same. I got to know about this when I tried to do UPI payment. I contacted the bank and also submitted the required documents to complete the process and to unblock my account, but it has already been around more than 25 days and there is no communication from the bank via mail/text. What is taking them so long to unblock my account? My amount is stucked in account and all EMI's are bounced. Who will be responsible for this scenario.
I request you to please unblock my account again as soon as possible.
