[Resolved] HDFC Bank Securities — money not credited in account after corporate fd matured | |||||
I had invested in a syndicate bank corporate fd in 2013 (O6-dec 2013) for five years or 1826 days. It had subsequently matured on 06-dec this year. However, it is almost a week since and the money has not yet been credited in my savings bank account that was configured with the hdfc securities account. I called up the hdfc customer service number and spoke to one punita. She told me that she will call back in some time. However, there was no call from their side. When i called back, i was told (By another person, as a result of hunting by the epabx) that they will be contacting me after two working days. This has left a sour after taste in me especially when i have been a loyal customer with hdfc bank since the last 15 years and hdfc securities since three years. Was this information helpful? | |||||
