HDFC Bank Securities — NO POSITIVE FEED BACK OR ASSISTANCE FROM HDFC SECURITIES

THIS IS TO INFORM THAT HDFC SECURITIES DO NOT HAVE ANY POSITIVE FOLLOW UP ON APPLICATIONS BEING MADE FOR THEIR PRODUCTS. EMAIL AFTER EMAIL IS SEND BUT STILL THERE IS NO OUTCOME THEY JUST KEEP SHIFTING THE ONUS TO ANOTHER CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF. I WISH AND HOPE THE TOP MANAGEMENT OF HDFC SECURITIES CAN NOTE THIS COMPLAIN AND ACTION UP AND ENSURE THEY PROVIDE WHAT THEY CLAIM IN TERMS OF SERVICE AN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
