I am trying to contact you since last 3 days. But I have not get satisfactory answer from your side. Neither anybody answered on your helpline number.
Here is the answer from indigo airlines:
Dear Sir/Ma'am,

Thank you for writing to IndiGo.

With reference to your mail, we would like to inform you that considering this as a special case and purely as a goodwill gesture cancellation charges have been waived off and the refund amount has been processed to the travel agency account under IndiGo booking reference number B57UVY, KBYIUW, UHZ9PH and L9MHPM.

Further, we would like to request you to kindly get in touch with the concerned travel agency to claim refund.
As you asked for the booking reference numbers. So find it here and pls follow the procedure.
