HDFC Bank — SmartBuy - Issue with Flight Ticket Refund

Hi Team, This is Debanjan from Bangalore. I have booked one flight ticket from Kolkata to Bangalore (12th August-Indigo-6E271) on 26th July through Smart Buy (vendor was GoIbibo) using my HDFC credit card and unfortunately I have to cancel the ticket on 5th August. The respective snapshots are attached here.

The complaint is I have not yet received the refund amount till now in my Credit card. I have contacted to Indigo Customer support first and got to know that the amount is already sent to GoIbibo and then I contacted to SmartBuy customer support last week. They was about to send me update within two days. But till now I have not received any update and the Smart Buy customer service is too much lethargic to take complaint calls most of the time.

Please help me out to get the thing fixed.
