Dear sir I am Pravat Kumar Jena and I had an HDFC Value Plus Card (card no. [protected]). I received a call from customer care to convert this Value Plus Card to a gold card. Though I said yes at the time, I did not receive my gold card, but I received a bill for it for Rs. 18, 000. As per the bill dated 14/12/07. I had made withdrawals on 4th and 7th December, 2007, though I had not made any withdrawals on these days. As per my letter to the Manager, HDFC Credit Card Division, I had requested to resolve this issue. However, as per all the communications sent to your office on jan-28-2008 I have clearly stated that this bill is incorrect as I do not hold a card by this number. I have already filed FIR with my local police station for the same. HDFC Bank not resolve this issue. recently my salary account opened in HDFC bank. On Aug 14 2015, I noticed that an amount of Rs. 13, 125.44/- has been kept hold by bank from my salary account. I have spoken to the customer care of HDFC bank. But they are not sorting out the issue and refused to credit the amount back to my account. Requesting you to kindly help me into this and get my money back. I have spoken to the customer care of HDFC bank. But they are not sorting out the issue and refused to credit the amount back to my account.

Has it been resolved? I have a similar case with HDFC where they are agreeing that the mistake might have happened from their end but they would not want to agree in writing.

    The bank had placed a lien of Rs 7249 for my credit card which was already terminated in April 2015. I paid the amount and the lien was removed. Today again I get a message regaring the credit card : E-stmt for your HDFC credit card ending 3068 sent to your email id. Min due RS.0. Total due is Rs..24 Payment due on 09/SEP/2015 I terminated my credit card in April 2015. After which they placed lien on my salary account and kept adding God knows which charges and yet I paid though I never spent anything on my card as I terminated it. And still I get messages regarding the due. It may be just RS .24 but I do not want to ignore it. Later they will come back to me saying I did not pay and now I have to pay xxx Thousand money and when I dont pay they will agin place a lien. The guys dont understand that the card is terminated and I am not using it. What kind of charges do the people apply on a terminated card. And hats off to the customer service which is good for nothing. God knows how many time do I have to write emails because the credit card dept never recieves the call. And the other dept say we dont know anything call the credit card dept. I bet them to give one number from credit card dept and when someone calls they recieve it.

      I have opened an account in HDFC Bank Rohini branch 2 years back. Customer executive has told me that i need to deposit 25000 initially and can withdraw afterwards and no AQB charges will not be deducted. But they have charged the AQB Charges regularly each month for 1 year. When I contacted branch manager they told me that if I am not able to maintain the balance than I should close the account. Instead of reversing the charges they forced me to claose the account.

        Dear mam/sir, i m sham sunder monga s/o sh mulakh raj vpo mallanwala teh zira dist. Ferozepur. My ca account in hdfc branch mallanwala is [protected] under jmd telecom last one year. Bank employe bm and mr. Gagandeep personal visit at my office at open my current account for acheive own monthly target. Both ask me 40000 depoist and withdrawl 30000 next two days . I withdrawl amout 30000 after 15th days . After six month i check own ca account no. [protected]. Rs. 8000 debit in my account. I say bm and gagandeep whar is this ???. He ask ur deposit 70000 rs for six month and 8000 waiver n your account. But not any action on this i deposit six month 70000 depoist . Now he ask me rs. 240000 deposit afain for six month for waiver . These person fully harashment me . Pls help me.

            Hi, I have come across some unexpected and unreasonable deduction from my HDFC bank account. I am bothered and pissed off by reporting this issue to the customer care dept. of hdfc bank several times leaving without any result/solution. The story is last month unexpectedly my debit card([protected]) blocked, I rushed to nearest bank branch(Faridabad) also made the calls to customer care many times to know the reason but they couldn’t help me to explain it, why it was blocked…OK, I again rushed to bank branch to provide me a debit card, they issue me a very basic debit card(Rupay) and told me that will charge for this card something Rs 150+service tax, that equals lump sum Rs 170. I said yes despite the fact that my earlier card was blocked without any reason. But my account has been deducted with Rs. 855 two times, summary listed as: 04 Aug 2015 DEBIT CARD ISSUANCE FEE 170715 04 Aug 2015 855.00 19 Aug 2015 DEBIT CARD ISSUANCE FEE 070815 19 Aug 2015 855.00 Can you please help to return my money back which deducted without my permission, reason, explanation or again I need to make calls to customer care and make understand the issue. Seriously I am feeling helpless from last few days as bank’s response is not mature and sensible. Please help me to get my money back (Rs 1530.00) as soon as possible.               Hi, I have been facing lots of trouble from bank officers behavior since last a years and each and everyday I make call to grievances help line and try to reach out to managing director but offices are not available since one and half years.                   This is an unauthorised charges of Rs.450+sTax on dt.25.7.15 due to autopay returned on same date. But as you see in attached statement, paymen already done on 24.7.15. therefore charge will be refund to me, I have already registerd a request ([protected] dt.10.8.15) but no response from HDFC. Please help me do the needful.

                    Dear Sir/ Madam, I'm very disappointed with HDFC bank services. I tried to express my concern since Mar'15 to till last month through mails so many times, but not get the proper information. I requested so many times to close my account through mail as I'm out of country & not using the card also. HDFC bank have already deactivated my card long back (Mar'15). Every month they are charging unnecessary to me. They are charged huge amount every month since last six months & before that. I told him earlier that I couldn't pay this type of charges & close my account at the earliest. Then after also they didn't taken any resolution.Now the final charges is INR 15, 325. I can't pay this amount. Finally I contacted one HDFC representative Mr. Ashoo Arora as referred by HDFC RPMC Senior Management's mail after tried so many times, but he told that now he is not dealing my card account, another person is handling my account. Also he told that he can't help anything regarding my card account & not able to resolve the issue. I wrote a mail on July 17, 2015 that "I will not write any mail after this mail on ongoing issue. If this time you are not able to resolve my issue & close my account, I'll complain at consumer court against HDFC due to non-resolving my issue since last six months."                       I was user of HDFC CC but some how i was not able to pay. After 3 years i received a call from HDFC bank (mr. Rahul @[protected]) for Tye settlement. And i agree on certain amount. Afterthat they have started to call at my all the relative numbers. kindly suggest the process to complain about this activities.

                      I want to draw your kind attention towards one issue which is happening just to cause mental harassment to me.
                      Some peoples are calling me in the name of HDFC bank and they are saying that an Amount of Rs. 1, 72000/- is due on me and when i asked them for detailed statement then they refuse to give the statement by saying that they will not provide me any statement, now i just want to say that how can i pay any amount to an unknown person without taking any statement.
                      They are calling me continuously from last 4-5 months, and they are threatening me regarding the above subject that "tereko utha lenge" and "tujhe itna pareshan karenge ki tu suicide kar lega".
                      Today one of the man named "Rohit" saying that if you deposit 15000/- by tomorrow then i will remove all data from bank, and then no one will harass/call you regarding this issue.
                      sir its my humble request to you to kindly sort out this case, according to me there is no due on me and my card is in "writ off" stage as per bank confirmation. But if they continuously harassing me, i was tried to solve this matter but they are continuously calling me and now they had started to call on my office board numbers.
                      I want to lodge a complaint against them regarding creating mental harassment to me in the name of false statement and false details.

                          On 18-08-15, I called the HDFC card customer care for the very first time and after answering to a hell lot of queries over IVR and waiting for 10 min. I had to disconnect the call as no representative even bothered to receive the call. Such pathetic support service from a banking sector is highly critisized and it raises a question over accountability in case of any emergency.

                              Do not take any credit card from HDFC. I have taken 10000rs from HDFC Credit card when I receice payment message they sent me to pay 11482rs, they sent 1482 processing fee and transation fee for only 10 daysm. There is a lot of ways to lose money, They will irritate u they will not respond your request. Better to avoid HDFC Bank for accounts and credit cards. When you call them they will not respond. Custmor care is fraud entire HDFC is a fraud bank.

                                  Similar transaction was made in my account too.

                                  This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

                                  An amount of Rs 855.00 has been debited on 12 Aug 2015 from my salary
                                  account, mentioning about 'DEPOSITORY CHARGES JUL15 -
                                  with regard to my demat account. I have never used this account.

                                  When the account was opened, I was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers.

                                    I observe the deduction of 746.66 rupees from my HDFC Bank account stating providing narration as DEPOSITORY CHARGES JUL[protected] with reference no: [protected] on 12 Aug 2015 withdraw of rupees 746.66. Whereas never use DMAT account even a single time. Spoken with Demat Phone banker, they are not able to do any thing. They are asking me to close the Dmat Account.                                       Hi Team, I regret to say that my experience with HDFC bank Defence colony branch is turning out to be a nightmare. I have had salary account since 2012 i Noida branch. On July 2015 first week I went to Defence Colony branch B-block as advised by 'Juhi' my relationship manager opened an account as I stay near Defence Colony. I agreed to the proposal but I never got my debit card as she said it will come through post which never delivered. I went to the Branch and got a new debit card with a promise my cheque book and rest of the stuff will be delivered. A week latter they closed my new account on weekend without any prior intimation. My debit card declined in a club I had no choice except for being embarrassed. I borrowed money and paid my bill. Again I visited to the bank and met the Manger Mr Manoj Sethi. He consoled me and said account was frozen due to compliance. When the blue dart delivery boy came at my place he found that it was an incorrect address so they stopped my savings account. I was shocked to acknowledge the fact that if the verification parameters are confirmed by a courier boy. I was not convinced and asked the manager to re check his data. I live in Government accommodation and submitted all the relevant documents for KYC. Moreover I had an account in Noida branch already. The manager checked the facts and got to know that my address was incorrectly updated by the bank. The manager was kind enough to start my account once again and I was promised that now the kit will be delivered. Now I am still waiting for my bank kit to be delivered. My online banking is not working. I have been on the phone and went to the branch 3-4 times. I am working with a 6 months old baby. I have too many responsibilities. I cannot go every now and then to the bank just for basic stuff like a bank kit. The complaint was already launched by me through an email which was not dealt like a mature bank. They do not have their facts ready and nothing is done to solve my problem. The only thing they have to say is " ma'am bank aa jao baat kar lo" which I cannot do as I have one weekend to spend with my baby and every Saturday I cannot go to the bank for getting no help.
