Dear Sir, I opened a bank account from Noida, Sector-61, Shopprix mall branch. I received my welcome kit on 31 july 2015. My welcome kit is missing the following important items and i can't do anything without these important items for my bank account: Missing items are : 1. Welcome letter ( It has the customerid) 2. ATM cum debit card. The bank official missed welcome letter and atm card to put in my welcome kit. Kindly short out this issue asap. My trust has already gone with HDFC bank for suck kind of mistake. Yes, The welcome kit was properly sealed and it is missing important items like welcome letter and debit card.

Kindly take action against HDFC branch of Shopprix Mall, Sector-61, Noida and take action against employee responsible to send my welcome kit.

    HDFC again did a fraud. Amount of rupees 7215/- deducted from my account without informed me. I called customer care[protected]Alima) and Anand(MGR) who doesn't know how to mange things and he said we can't do any thing Please contact Credit card Dept. Called customer care(Rupali) got the same response. Favorite lines of this Bank: We don't have data. we can't do anything. No one's account is safe with this bank. it is a HDFC(Big group of frauds!!!) HDFC deducted amount for The card which I deregister 4 months ago from my account. I have so many questions in my mind and they don't have answer!! will go to any level to let down these people.

    I just need a small favor, Please give me in written :the amount of Rupees 7250/- that you have charged/deducted from my account is right and there is no ambiguity in it. Also you have rights to deduct money from any Bank Account holder without giving any notice.


    I'm not facing this issue for the first time so I decided, I will be not only filing a case in Consumer Court but also highlighted it to the RBI general Body to show what type of Moral Outbreak has been followed by HDFC bank.

    I deregister my credit card 5 months ago but still they charged me on the outstanding amount. I asked the details for the charges but nobody gave me any useful information. all they said is check your emails.


    without giving any notice they leaned a amount of 7250/- on my SALARY account.


    I had serval emails and phone conversations then I realized that the bank only think what is best for his self not for the customer. I have already paid rupees 7250/- to HDFC.


    HDFC did so many things wrong to me. I had never ever a problem to pay the charge but wrong thing is I paid you which I have never spent on this card.


    I'll go for the closure of this account and also I raising this application to the consumer court how HDFC blackmailed me for the money.


    it's pathetic to see that the bank and the credit card Dept. has no collaboration when any information is asked. How ever when an amount has to be deducted there is tons of collaborations.

      I am taking the classic assurance 3 policyin your haridwar branch at 25-march-2015.but when i taking this policy that time i am sigen on my document and and company propsel foam and when we get policy document Mr.Hariom -[protected] miss guide me and say me that is not POLICY BOND HE says me your policy bound will reached me after some time so i not submit cancel request for widrawal this policy .and when i contact in branch then i know that is policy bound and my policy free looktime expire .please help me to get my policy amount.becouse u company miss guide me and copy of my sigen so i want widrawal my amount .

        Friend, I too faced similar issue. Have you got refund?

        My Issue:-
        Ticket Abort and refund amount not credited
        I have booked a flight ticket on 01/07/2015 from Hyderabad to Bangalore for Journey date 16/07/2015 through HDFC smartbuy (Goibibo Partner). But the same had been aborted from Goibibo.

        Many times I call & e-mailed to smartbuy, they only says wait for 48-hours more for crediting the amount in my credit card account, till now no refund received. No e-mail from smartbuy I have received yet too.

        Please confirm if the transaction was done using your HDFC Bank Credit Card or HDFC Bank savings account. In case of your Credit Card, please provide us the last 4 digits of your Credit Card number and your mobile number.         I have made ticket on 8 June 16 using Smartbuy and later got cancelled due to airline. I got confirmation email from Goibibo (smartbuy) but money is not refunded in my HDCF account yet. sent many email to smartbuy customer support but there is no response.. below is booking details. little worried now what to do as spoke to may time with Goibibo and they confirmed that refund initiated to smartbuy.

          i received so many calls from hdfc life insurance [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] these no. and some one called me and abusing me all the times, i said i'm not interested in your product then the guy call me again and again and abusing me all the times, I'm completely irritated. kindly do some thing and take the action against o[censored]nwanted calls.

            This is to inform you that i was holding a credit card of hdfc bank from february 2015. At the time of taking card they have informed me that there are no hidden charges but if you don't pay within a period you have to pay intrest But on march only they have send me a credit card bill by charging finance charges over due charges late fee charges and all and when i complained they said they cant do anything regarding this. So i said i cant pay ungenuine charges they said me you have to pay the charges. so after some months they said you may do settlement so i done the settlement. But i was not at fault anywhere so i want my civil score should not be degraded. its a reques from my side but if you degrade just by hearing hdfc banks so it would be highly injustice for me.

                I have called lots of time to Mr. Anurag Aggarwal(Officer) and HDFC bank customer care numbers but there is no positive response on my calls, my credit card payment is increasing day by day and i am not a fool to pay these fraud amount now i will post a complaint to Mr. Narendera Modi(Prime Minister of India)'s twitter and file a FIR against HDFC bank.

                  My Salary Account with this bank since 26-Feb-2013. Now recently it is charging some NWD DECCHG and deducting money form my account multiple times. Lastly, HDFC deducted back to back amounting to 28.50 and 15.73. Most strangely now my account reflecting -12.77. This happened just after I completed an Online Bill Payment and Rs. 44.73 was remaining. Why is this strange behaviour, specifically, there was no Debit card transaction even. as I looked over similar posts. HDFC Bank has now become a reputed filthy thief playing with customers account.

                    Dear Sir/Madam, As per promotional email by HDFC bank, that If i pay my BIgbazar bill of more than 2000/- by HDFC debit card on Wednesday i would get 5 percent discount . I went to shopping on Wednesday i.e. 29/07/2015 in BigBazar keeping in my mind that I'll get 5% discount if I pay by HDFC debit card as advertised by company. I shopped in Big Bazar Panipat for 3457.50, Invoice no. 1236007 Tr: 53908, paid by my wife HDFC debit card no [protected] for 3458/- INR but I was suprised i didnt get said discount although i have fulfilled all requirement. After inquiring i was told by Big Bazar guys that that is bank problem sometime card didnt show discount . So was this a fraud ? I felt cheated . Kindly look into matter.                         The bosses out here r all women n so they favour only women working with them. The day shift of 7am or 8am which is a right to all employees men n women alike is only favoured on the pretty women working here as they r women n the men working here have to do only nights n afternoons as if they do not have a personal life at all..my only request is that men should have the day shift they deserve..the lady bosses at hdfc pls b fair to the men working with u

                          Hi, This is S.Dhanasekar and this is my PAN Number ARNPD1630K and my D.O.B is 27.04.1983. My CIBIL report shows that im having outstanding amt in HDFC Credit Card, But I never used any HDFC Cards and Saving Account. In HDFC bank they have captured wrong Pan number. Due to this wrong capture i have lost my credit stability and CIBIL score. Please remove my pan number which was wrongly updated in their system. Regarding this we have contacted HDFC Bank Credit Card Division, Ceebros Building, Nelson Manickam Road, Chennai 600029. But still issue not resolved.                               HDFC ATM Machin no :- S1ANMB37 Sunday morning i gone to the HdfC ATM Machine to removing some cash ...this ATM machine was very old ...When i put my BOI ATM card that time HDFC ATM Machine was HANGED & my BOI ATM card was STUCK in HDFC ATM Machine...Pease removethis Old HDFC ATM machine Beacause of this Peoples are getting trouble..

                                Dear Sir, Instead of complain with complain no.[protected] I am not able to view my account statement or status online through net banking. This is worse service I have ever seen I am getting salary in same account through SHEll but unable to get any sms, mail alert and when Going online to see status it is showing account inactive and your people only saying it is active..if it is active why I am unable to see it online while logging through net banking.. I will go to consumer forum or court if needed I will not let u get hold of my money. Regard Prashant

                                  Inspite of treating hdfc as my major account (customer id 5089771), i am charged neft on my account while i was told that hdfc does not have any neft charges while opening my account.. Indusind and my bank of baroda accounts do not charges me neft, does it mean i need to close my hdfc account nd move all my funds to indusind bank.. Reverse my neft charges and check your setting so that hdfc never applies neft charges on my account especially for hdfc to hdfc bank transfers..

Cheque date was 25th July as per bank statement, I have given permission to bank for re-dropped the cheque on dated 24th july for clearing the cheque on 25th July. but today 27th July & cheque not clear till now. Please let us know the reason & support for clearing the cheque on...

                                    Hi, I was informed by an executive of HDFC, Devaraj - Mob# [protected], that loan processing fees are 1600. But when I got the loan, Rs. 6500 was deducted. When I asked him why 6.5K was deducted he told me that this is due to insurance fees. I was not applied for any insurance but still insurance amount is deducted. I want my lfull loan amount. What shall I do ?

                                      reply dear sir do u really think this guy can handle so easy.no they are ….just like a dog ..this is a high time …..just want to tell you that …i have talk with 20 …30 people with this same kind of problem …..one man can’t give them so much tension they just don’t listen to any one even some one phasing serious problem …and they don’t think about the complaint ….so its my humble request to you send me your mail id where i can contact u we all will take some very serious ….action ….with this guys …they all know that ….bank is setting behind them and they will save him ……so don’t think so much ….i have with me some of the insurance case also with me …m not a lawyer but i have already talk with some of the lawyer ..about the harassment case …m also fasing same kind of problem with the HDFC BANK ……and its all done my patience level over now we all get together and and take some serous action …..reply …and contect me or give me your mail id where i can talk with u ….thanks thanks ABC
