I am Nisar Ismail Boat and I have opened my account of August, 08, 2023, and didn't transact for even once and unable to even withdraw a single penny! The moment I log in my net banking and try to transfer money to my father's account it says, "Sorry! We have temporarily restricted this transaction. Please note that if you are able to withdraw/add money to your A/c. successfully, then the restriction is on the Beneficiary A/c. to receive money. Else, the restriction is on your A/c., and therefore, kindly contact your nearest branch to regularise your A/c."
It's been almost 50 days! My father's condition is not good- I need money for his medical treatment but my money is stuck in HDFC Bank Account and I am unable to withdraw money from account! I have visited in bank infinite times even I have contacted helpdesk but everyone seems to be clueless regarding my problem! If something happens to my father HDFC Bank will be responsible for that!
