[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — The address change letter for my Customer ID 52846066 was returned undelivered, Please re-send urgently & unblock my account

Subject:- The address change letter for my Customer ID 52846066 was returned undelivered, Please re-send urgently & unblock my account

On 12th May, 2022 I received an email saying that my a/c is blocked due to address change letter undelivered. Below are the sequences of events which I tried to get my account back.
1. Called customer care and they suggested visiting nearest bank
2. Called my RM, she said she will send an email to concern people and will keep me posted. Till today she is not responding to my calls
3. On 12th May, Sent an email to escalation, grievance.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, customerservices.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, [protected]@hdfcbank.com, [protected]@hdfcbank.net, Gargi Mitra, Minhajuddin.[protected]@hdfcbank.com, [protected]@hdfcbank.com, [protected]@hdfcbank.com, [protected]@hdfcbank.com, [protected]@hdfcbank.com, [protected]@hdfcbank.com with detailed information on the issue. No resolution yet.
4. Sent an email to nodal officer. No resolution yet.
5. Raised complaint on website. No resolution yet.
6. Visited nearest bank and explained my issue. They had no idea on why there is block on my account.
7. Submitted a written letter along with the correct address to be updated on the account on 30th May. No resolution yet.

This is the worst experience I got from HDFC. Pathetic service. Even managers have No knowledge on their own bank services. Don't call yourself as national bank. I am lost while trying to get my account back.

My ATM/Debit Card, NetBanking, PhoneBanking and other direct banking channels has been blocked without any reason, more over I didn't get any intimation message form courier department and form last Twenty (20) days continue asking unblocked the ATM/Debit Card, NetBanking, PhoneBanking and other direct banking channels but till now my account has been not activated and they are not even taken any action on this. While you are blocking don't you have any responsibility to intimate the customer or else any message. While opening an account you people address everything from customers. One of the worst services is HDFC bank. Review the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
