HDFC Bank — threatening, insulting and abusive calls

I am holding an preferred banking account under customer id 82***71 since a long time . The bank provided me the facility for personal loan, consumer loan, credit card and car loan. I was always making the payment on time since i took the loans. From last few months due to job loss and mother has been diagnosed with cancer for last stage i am unable to make the payment. I still tried to arrange the funds and made the payments. I was failed to make the payment in the month of May 2019 towards consumer loan. I got the call from collection person where he assaulted, threaten me to kill me and wants to come to my home. Please find the attached call recording for the same.
The abusive language was used due to which i decided not to make the payments except my car loan.
The same thing was happened during the month of April 2019 and for 1 installment not paid i got the legal notice from the bank for making the payment. I have 5 consumer loans and i am getting 5 collection dept who called from different numbers. I cannot understand whether you cannot consolidate together or lack of communication within bank.

I raised the complaint with CEO, RBI, grievances too on 05/06/2019 under reference number HBL=[protected], I got the call from RM rachit dhingra who is good for nothing. I raised and asked for the help 3 times earlier and all the time he denied to help me out. I got the call from him on 10/06/2019 in the morning to know about complaint i told him to call me back on Wednesday after 2 pm. I never get the call from him. I am getting calls from collection unit for consumer loan to make the payment 10 times in a day.

I got the revert on my email address [protected]@rediffmail.com which was very weird.
The date mentioned on the above email for telephonic conversation is also not correct. I got the call on 10/06/2019 and date mentioned as 11/06/2019.
When you staff doesn't know the facts of the complaint and accurate dates why they are sending the revert with weird answer.
The customers is getting behavior from the bank like we are culprit and whatever bank will say we should obey. This is all "GUNDARAJ". If i have raised the complaint the duty of the bank should speak to the customer and know the reason for it in order to take action. At the end of the day customer is going to be affect with charges. misbehavior and cibil score . The apologise are easy to say but not going to resolve the issue. I will take up the matter further to the court and ready to fight against the harassment calls which i got it earlier.

I can give you many more examples with the proof where the bank is not professional or incompetent in order to resolve customer queries.

I raised it to RBI, HDFC BANK OFFICALS AND NOT GETTING RESPONSE WHICH IS SATISFACTORY.
