[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — transaction failed but amount deducted

Dear sir/mam,
I have paid an amount of rs. 489/- through hdfc bank net banking to purchase an item from healthkart on[protected]. The amount was deducted from my account at that time, but the transaction was not processed. Please do your best for return of my amount.

Dear Customer,

The transaction has been successfully processed at the Bank's end. Incase if the final status of the transaction is not known, we would request you to check with the merchant. It may take 2-3 working days for the payment settlement to the merchant end. Incase if the merchant denies of having received the funds for the said transaction or there is no revert from the merchant, do write back to us with the merchant confirmation of non-receipt of funds.

Dear sir,
i have submitted application for credit card 2 times but executive dont submit application on time in branch.
after regular follow up we getting poor response.

i have get application no but its status is showing rejected, i discuss with HDFC executive for reason but he is not giving any answer to me. and no update till i get.

Hi Team,

I have paid an amount of Rs. 1506/- on 17 Mar 2022 through HDFC bank net banking for passport application on passport seva portal. The amount was deducted from my account, but the transaction was not processed and shows as payment failed. Kindly advise if I can re initiate my payment and wait for the refund of amount post repaying the same fee or Please do your best for return of my amount immediately to proceed with repayment.
