I ve preclose my jumbo and insta loan in july'17 yet i ven't received closure stmt for it. Being calling to phone bank from last couple of months nothing is working out... Pathetic service.. Feel cheated.. Everytime ur executive say give 4 days i m waiting for last 4 mths... Doesn't understand how much time it takes to generate a stmt. Hope atleast now i will get a response.

    Hi team,

    I am using hdfc credit card from last more than 4 years but i haven't miss any payment of it but this time i missed payment of around rs.3, 500 and paid late by 8-9 days around but what i can see is the heavy charges in the form of late fees and finance charges, applied in my next bill which is not justified at all. (As shown in the below screenshot).

    I request you to please take this as an exception and reverse the same charges from my account.

      HDFC bank needs to give it's EMPLOYEES some serious training material on customer service. I applied for PL and was told it will be processed in a week .. it took then 3 weeks to process the application. You call them 5 times for the same query and you will get 5 different answers and none of the answer is true.
      Poor customer service.
      You drop them emails, they will not respond.
      You call them, they will hang up on you.
      I wish HDFC goes bankrupt and gets lost from the business.

            Hello,

            I’m not receiving otp when adding a new beneficiery from past 4 months. I have spoke with customer care team, everytime they have been saying “the peoblem will be solved in next 24hrs”. I’m getting alerts on my mobile. Either the bank has to remove this otp option or provide good service. Hiw can i use the banking services with out receiving otp. Hope someone from hdfc bank will fix this. Thanks.

              On 7thoctober 2017 saturday i added 20, 000rs to my payzapp wallet by using my hdfc credit card, 20, 000 has added to the payzapp wallet, 1stly i transferred 5000 rs to my friends axis bank acc it shown that transaction is successful, i thought that it is credited and i started to transfer fund rs 5000 to my hdfc bank by two times it got succesful and also credited 10, 000 to my hdfc acc and lastly i send 5000 rs through contact name to myself it also got successful y transferred and credited to my acc, but the 1st transaction to axis acc fund has not received in to axis bank account but money got deducted from payzapp wallet.
              A transaction from payzapp on which has not been refunded yet. On multiple queries, customer care support call centre anytime busy no response from hdfc, they just diverting by telling this is not our dept like that silly answers, no response right now,

                I suffered and torchered by hdfc bank from past 5 months. Seriously very unfaithful bank. No one in the bank executives cleared my query and creates unwanted amount day by day. All persons provide fake information. This is very disappointed because no any court, law and admin is present in india to stop this type of fake activities. And i also recommended to all users please do not use the hdfc credit cards specially.

                    I have been trying since 4 days to contact customer care of hdfc bank to get my query resolved regarding fixed deposit liquidation before maturity date. But whenever i try to contact customer care, after entering correct inputs, the call automatically disconnects.
                    I have sent a comoalint also on hdfc website but have not got any response.
                    Please resolve it or call me asap.

                      Sir, i have saving account in hdfc bank since 2014. But after it reaches 0 balance they continued to debit charges. Now it is negative. As per the rbi guideline, they should not have done it. I approached to the concerned branch, they said you had signed a form stating that you will maintain the minimum balance. That's why you have to pay charges before closing it. I request you to please help me.

                          Dear sir/madam,
                          I had applied for a balance transfer of my home loan (Currently i have my home loan from icici home loan), and before applying i asked the hdfc excutive that how much time it will take he said maximum 20-25 days now its more than 45 days and i didnt get any disbursement details and now i want my prossesing fee return.                           I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. I have been holding hdfc savings bank account since 2008 but this is the first time i experiencing such a pathetic service.

                            My name is ashish mishra. I joined a company in the year 2016-dec and that company opened my salary account in hdfc bank but didn't give any basic terms and conditions of salary account. I left that job after 1 month. After 7 month, i saw that rs.-3700 is being charged on my account as asd deduction. I am totally shocked and worrying about the same. I am getting lpg subsidy every month which is deducted that is not good.
                            Now i want to close my account.

                              I have hdfc credit card i haven't used it once. I am getting a msg for paying 2142rs for some insurance. I have got my card from bank itself. While giving this card they haven't informed me about any insurance. N when i called customer care they said they don't know.. Bank people have blocked my card for not paying that amount. I was in bank at that time n they said bank people have no rite to block credit cards they can only block debit cards that also if customer is giving in written with id proof n all.. So i don't understand without information how u can block someone's card for no reason.. So i am not ready to pay this amount because they haven't informed me anything regarding insurance... I want my card to be unblocked or u just close it.. Because having a card but can't use it.. So there is no use of it.. And customer services people have no sense to talk and they don't know how to solve problems

                                    Please provide me the repayment schedule of my personal loan i had received from your esteemed bank twice (1) rs.5, 00, 000/- tenure 60 months in the month of april, 2015 and (2) rs.1, 50, 000/- tenure 36 months in the month of probably may/june, 2015 i just could not recollect the loan accounts no.                                       1st time rs 1130 has deducted from my account for non maintenance of low balance. Then visited my home branch for querying everything. There bank representative shilpi garg told me that if you will deposit more rs 10000 again and log request to return the deducted amount. Then i will get the deducted amount back within a week. After deposit rs 11000 i have logged request online as well as visited so many branches to return that money. But received very poor response from everywhere. Instead of returning deducted amount, bank again deducted rs 400 today even i have more than 10000 rupees that time. Either take necessary action to return that money or i have to keep posting on social networking sites about false commitment of bank representative or bank.

                                        I had to open hdfc salary account for my first company. Since i had to create different bank account for my second company i am not using the former its been year and more since i logged in to the account. When i checked my gmail (I am not using it since a year too) the mail for account balance by hdfc says my balance is -8379.20
                                        I cannot afford to pay this amount. Please help me close this account
                                        Please let me out of this situation.
