On 7thoctober 2017 saturday i added 20, 000rs to my payzapp wallet by using my hdfc credit card, 20, 000 has added to the payzapp wallet, 1stly i transferred 5000 rs to my friends axis bank acc it shown that transaction is successful, i thought that it is credited and i started to transfer fund rs 5000 to my hdfc bank by two times it got succesful and also credited 10, 000 to my hdfc acc and lastly i send 5000 rs through contact name to myself it also got successful y transferred and credited to my acc, but the 1st transaction to axis acc fund has not received in to axis bank account but money got deducted from payzapp wallet.
A transaction from payzapp on which has not been refunded yet. On multiple queries, customer care support call centre anytime busy no response from hdfc, they just diverting by telling this is not our dept like that silly answers, no response right now,
