[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Transfer of Rs 57500 into wrong bank account | |||||
Hello Sir/Madam I Prashant Sharma account number [protected] has a saving account in HDFC bank in East patel Nagar branch for the past so many years. I went to ur branch in East patel Nagar and get NEFT done from my account into another account of YES BANK of amount Rs 57, 500 on 31st December 2016 till date the same amount has not been transfered into the benefiacry account because some o[censored]r bank employee didn't wrote the account number properly at the time of amount transfer and the amount is being transfered to some other account number of YES BANK. It's been soo many days now I am requesting to get my funds back but nothing has been done in that manner from your HDFC BANK.Please do the need full else I had to file complaint against your bank in the consumer court in the same manner as it's been linger on for the past almost two month now. The Bank manager M/s RITIKA SOOD (HDFC East Patel Nagar Branch) has given us a letter that they will refund the amount by 4 March 2017 but today on 15 February 2017 she called us and said "I will not refund your amount which is Rs 57, 500 at any cost whatever you want to do you can do I am not afraid of even Police".Please do the needful as didn't expected this kind if behaviour from such a prestigious Bank. Attaching copy of NEFT slip Letter given by HDFC BANK east patel nagar branch as a proof of confirmation from bank to refund my amout Rs 57, 500 which is because of there fault transfered to other account in Yes bank Please do the needful against HDFC BANK as they are not refunding my amount i have requested at every level. The said amount will be credited into your bank account once we receive the funds from the beneficiary bank.
