HDFC Bank — two wheeler loan

I am samuel john who had taken a two wheeler loan with the centurion bank of punjab in year 2006 however the bank loan department was taken over by HDFC in year 2008 the loan has been closed and i have the NOC from HDFC bank but the RC book of the vehicle was taken by the bank as collateral at the time of loan which has not be returned to me by HDFC as the loan depart was totally handed over to the hdfc bank Loan agreement number : 2007MB4632561 i have been going to the HDFC loan department for years now for my Vehicles RC book with no results just fake promises from the bank officials kindly take this seriously and give a quick resolution on this issue as i dont have any documents for the ownership of my vehcile
